Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is little better, than usually.

Great hotel just 15 min walk from the city center. Refurbished not so long ago. Nice restaurant and meeting facilities. There are a lot of differente size rooms as this used to be an old office building. If you fancy a special thing reserve the sauna department on the top floor. Nice views.

The corridor looked like the hotel had a water problem and there were stains on the carpet. Generally, the room on the 1st floor quite poor. It was fairly clean, but a lot of minor shortcomings, the chair was flooded with something. There was no ironing board in my room.

Very good quality hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and a room with high quality fixtures and fittings that was comfortable to stay in. Good breakfast too, though I did end up on a low sofa seat which was not the most comfortable to eat from.

Good breakfast. The other day after leaving work, I stated that there was no room at all. The previous night's cocoa cup on the table. No shower soap. Towels not changed. Garbage filled. In the morning I asked about it at the reception - I got a plastic shoe spoon, thank you for it. The price and quality really did not come together. I wanted to pay a little more because it would be nice to just take a shower, cook evening cocoa and go down to bed at the weekend for a long day's work.

Great friendly service at reception. The rooms are asymmetrical with a cramped shower. Luxurious breakfast. Not very child friendly, no pool in the sauna, or bath in the hotel room. Pool broken. A little expensive compared to the level.

Air conditioning never worked for the duration of our 7 day stay. Maintenance tried to fix it twice. Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice, rooms were too. Fitness Center was upscale. Breakfast was good.

Three stars for this hotel is objective. The furnishing of the rooms is simply functional and clean. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Is sufficient and rich. The staff in all areas is very friendly and helpful.
The tram stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. This means that there are very good transport links.
Price performance ratio for Helsinki is ok

The breakfast is great, the room is perfect temperature and sheets nice and crispy fresh. Extra star for the cool interior design.

We recommend! Price-performance more than top! Room was very clean, modern. Had rooms with harbor view, just great. The king size bed was so comfortable - queen bed with full length mattress! Bathroom also very chic, clean and comfortable. Hotel in itself very stylish, lobby very cool. Staff very friendly and helpful! Great: sauna in the basement in the fitness area - free for hotel guests (opening hours on website, just go, non-textiles, separate areas, showers are right there). Everything runs on key card (room lock, electricity in the room, doors open, fitness area access). And all for under 90 per night for 2 people. In addition good connection, with public transport to downtown. I am more than happy!

Highly recommended! Our room was very clean, modern equipment. View on the habour, just perfect! The kingsize bed was so comfortable - one big mattress even in a 2 person bed. The bathroom alos was very modern and clean. The hotel itself was very stylish, the lobby had a very stylish design. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Super: sauna in the basement (just go there, opening hours are on the hotel website, divided areas, without bathing suit, showers netx to it). And all that for less then 90 per night for 2 persons! Super connection to public transportation. I am very happy wih my stay there!
(Breakfast is not included in the prize, we decided to eat in town.)

Location is good. Near a tram line that takes you into city centre in about 15 minutes. Flea market nearby and food hall as well.

A good room, a parking space should have been included in the room rate!

We got excellent service when we arrived. Our room was clean and got just enough room for two of us. We also got excellent restaurant references from the staff. Breakfast was also tasty. Not much to improve. Great job!

Lovely large rooms, children taken into consideration, quiet

It used to be my favourite hotel when visiting Helsinki. But something happened between 2015 and 2016. No WLAN at the room, no remote control for the tv...but worst thing of all: No Sauna!? Although they said that you can go there from 6.00. Really disappointing experience. Never again!

Currently going through serious renovations (not told about when booking). The room is comfortable enough. We were told it was a sea view which it is - but on a corner. Breakfast is very reasonable buffet style.

Attended a conference at this location. Facilities were clean, staff friendly, and space was well appointed.

Radisson is the Radisson. You were waiting for something else. No, everything is on the level. We took a room for 2 adults and 2 children. 2 huge beds, tv, bath ... Even nothing to describe ... On the floor there is a shared kitchen ... Snowballs, kettle, honey .... Everything is fine

Cleaniness is not the strongest asset in this hotel. The toilet was very dirty, and even after requesting cleaning service the shower was full of public hair and the sheets with blood from other guest....

Wonderful modern hotel with cozy rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Meals are tasty. The overall feeling of staying there is positive and I fully recommend it.

This hotel is not as good as other in the same group. I did not like the design that made the room and bathroom look like a building site. Leaving stickers on wash basins etc and keeping metallic furniture looks bad and cheap. The shower was a disaster as well as showering meant you had a wet bathroom floor after. The breakfast was ok but not great. Very nice staff though.

Nice hotel close to the ferry terminal. Short walk to city center attractions.

Do have to say that I didn't enjoy staying there. The hotel staff was cold on arriving. Breakfest was limited in comparison to other hotels. Navigation in hotel is a nightmare and the worst was when I tried to go to sauna..almost inpossible to find. The lockers in gym have a strange system with no instructions..quite many stuff with no instructions or guidance. Also bathroom had a strange structure, if you use it it's almost certain the whole floor will be flooded even with quick shower.
Good thing - the bed was in a very good quality.

Really loved the hotel. The design is very stylish, I would describe it as a "cool Nordic" look & feel. We had a superior room which had two super king beds. Enough room for my family including two small kids and a baby.

The location was perfect for us as the city centre is only 10 minutes by tram while the Western Port (cruise to St. Petersburg departs from here) is also only two tram stops away.

The staff were also friendly and for example allowed us to leave bags at the hotel when we came back from St Petersburg for a day.

The breakfast is very rich with a lot of choice so we actually came back for breakfast separately on the last day in Helsinki.

Highly recommended.

The shower will have to squat, an anemic room, a wardrobe in front of the door handle, a bath table dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. With the tram stop, for example, you can within minutes to the train station, respectively downtown (Aleksanterinkatu / Tuomiokirkko). Also the metro station Ruoholahti is 5min walk away.
To the hotel, in the inviting lobby one is greeted by the friendly staff. The rooms are stylish and practical. Cleanliness is expected here and is confirmed. It lacks nothing. To the floors there are also elevators. A bar and restaurant as well as sauna and gym complete the package. Priced it is great for a 4 star hotel, not too expensive.

Good rooms and a nice breakfast room. Why the wonderful sauna on the roof of the hotel is not made available to the guests and you only live in an inhospitable atmosphere in the basement remains, probably the secret of the hotel.

The worst experience in Finland in years. Extremely small room and furniture too massive for the size - no space to even open the suitcase. Electricity switches were completely illogical. Premises are worn, shower area broken, wifi constantly dropping off.
I never believed that I would advise against Radisson. But now I do. If in Finland, choose rather Scandic or Sokos chains instead of Radisson.

It is a 10-minute walk from the ferry landing. A modern hotel. Amenity is substantial. Breakfast was very good.

Clean and modern hotel. I got a big room with two double beds! Such a room could be booked for a family holiday. The tram stop was next door and the West Harbor was within walking distance. Breakfast was congested, but I survived. Friendly service.

Good hotel with nice rooms. The only minus was that the sauna is separated by sex so you can't fit together as a couple.

I went to the roof on a private occasion, but the facilities were not limited to a prominent private event. Even the respa staff gave me a passport when they just announced they wanted to go to the roof. There was no way to check the invitations or make sure that the guest is going to the right place.
So the strangers came to the event with the encouragement of the hotel staff and, after noticing the invitation, they embarrassed out of place.
There were no miraculous spaces, rather cramped for 40 people and the balcony was quite disappointing.

There is no experience in hotel rooms.

Have been here four times and will gladly come again ....

Basically ok, but little things were left untreated.

Good meeting hotel. The night's fire alarm somewhat disturbed the night's sleep.

The room facilities were ok, but its design is just awful. No windows, "fancy" lighting, and that huge column in the middle... I had a feeling that I was in prison.

And a cherry on the cake - the smell of renovation and drilling sounds. Full set for just 213 euro :-)))))

Conclusion: never more! There are many good hotels around.

The bed is soft and the bath can be spacious and spacious. There is an iron, a hair dryer and a kettle. You can watch JSTV. Wfi very early

The staff was amazing. Breakfast is very delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable.

I gave four stars because hangers in the bathroom were right above the bidet so it feels dirty to have the towels touch it. It just didn t feel clean. It s also inconvenient that there is no possibility to reach the towels or the bathrobe right out of the bathtub.

Also the tub drains very slowly and piles up the water if you are taking a shower.

Not a great hotel, hotel kitchen staff not cooperative, not worth it.

All the Nazis but so well. Location, price, comfort.
