Hotel in the central area of Helsinki, comfortable room, international breakfast. Staff available.

We booked this hotel last minute and were disappointed. We requested a tub and didn't think that would be much to ask for as the room we booked said "shower or tub" for the standard room. The first two rooms they gave us were unacceptable. They were very very small closet size rooms with no windows and an entertainment center that did not work as all the plugs had been pulled out of the wall. There was gum or something stuck on floor and someone's sock stuck on the ceiling (see pictures). Not to mention there were giant concrete polls in the middle of the room making a small room even smaller. To give you an idea of how small they were, you couldn't open the bathroom door without hitting the bed frame. After complaining twice to the front desk, they finally got us a good size room. This hotel really needs to work on its quality control as the first two rooms they tried to "dump" on us were really terrible. Would not stay again, the Clarion near by looks much nicer.

I was training and basis of the program already fears that the legislation could be this time mixed with some hearty serving with. Yes, I never really guessed reality! It was a bit like eating or having coffee again. (The coffee was not terribly good. The latte from the vending machine was quite tolerable in that respect. Nor was there any good big tea, there were just such small cups. And the artificial sugar in the miserable two-button bags.) But for the food, it was fun! I rotated out of the hotel in the afternoon, because different to offer was so much and it was seductively been raised. Wonderfully had fish and vegetables! other education arrangements were also tolerable, except in the hall (the dining room) was too efficient air conditioning (of what to wear?). Tempts to test hotel services ...

Great hotel, the gym is huge and has anything you could need

Today in the evening the downstairs restaurant table service worked very badly. I waited at the table for more than 20 minutes, and the waiters did not count at all at the tables waiting for customers. Aasialaispariskunta waited longer than I did. Unfortunately, the future of my clients, partners and the rest of my money somewhere in the restaurant.

Well located hotel. Smooth welcome and friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet, but messy, too small breakfast room and too few staff to keep everything in order.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but the bed was extremely comfortable! It's right in front of two tram stops so very easy to get around.

If you want to use the gym and sauna, make sure you provide your Radisson Blu membership number. Otherwise they charge 10 euro per visit!!

A bit cramped, narrow aisles. Would miss some makeup. Okay, great location near the harbor.

Really fresco-flavored luncheon lunch menu. The service is not good, though. One star out of it.

They even offer you a vit C dose before you take your breakfast, love it and the environment!

The best hotel I have done! Superb room, no disgusting carpet but parquet. Beautiful pillows against mites. And breakfast ... King! Thank you for this benefit.

Great location, probably the most nicely decorated hotel I've visited, nice big rooms with separate shower and WC. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Hotel comfortable, bed good sleep and big, feel like helicopter landing: D. The hotel's breakfast is varied. The sauna was difficult to find and the parking fee seemed expensive

Nice hotel, good location, very friendly staff, huge room. Breakfast felt like a bit of scrum, and a little disappointing the top floor was closed for refurbishment.

Smooth, easy, cool. Good breakfast, very crowded breakfast.

Moderately tilacat rooms. Nice layer and lower lobbies. All the bucks seemed to work, except for the breakfast that is, quite frankly, confusing.

Bellissimo Hotel nella zona portuale di Helsinki. Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo stile "sailor-industrial" (non saprei definirlo meglio, perdonate) delle stanze ed in generale di tutta la struttura. Personale accogliente ed affabile.

Da ritornarci per prossime visite.

Clean modern rooms, children are taken into consideration. Free drinks with bracelets and so on!

Everything is nothing and the sauna only worked in the gym, it is not ice!

It was single person use of twin, but was reasonable and room was large widely, too. It was good to have a separate bath and toilet.

All the best treatment. On behalf of the hotel free upgrade, 2xkingsize bed for three people, excellent beds and super breakfast for the day. Big thanks.

Perfect location with easy access to the city centre and the beach. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

The people in the hotel are very nice and friendly, the location is good. What was not so good was the cleaning... Although in the room it was ok, at the restaurant the cutlery, cups and mugs were very often dirty. The gym had great space and machines, but it was lacking lots of cleaning... Which made me not even want to go and see the sauna...

Excellent rooms and amenities. The organisation is let down at breakfast when it is busy. Finding table is problematic. It is also not obvious where to find things....plates, cutlery.... obvious after the fact but not as logical as other hotel set-ups.

Like their new renovation. Very modern and chic. Near to the west harbour where you can take ferry to Tallinn.

Very comfortable stay, with attentive staff. Good food and hotel clean throughout. Highlight was their driver service to airport, with driver, 'Sidney', who was excellent.

Stayed at this hotel in feb for couple of nights. It is your usual Radisson with everything being at the same standard level. Staff is very courteous and does everything to provide you good service. Breakfast buffet is better than many other similar hotels in Finland. Location is close to the sea, and would be a huge positive in summer.

Conference rooms and catering good all day long. It was easy to get to your destination with a wheel.

The room is cool, but the blankets are very warm . If you go to the sauna, ask for a separate key for the cabin for things.

The bed was exhausted Wc's sewer smelled all over the bed Aamiais restaurant space too small for the number of customers. So the level of place has dropped a lot since the last time.

Hotel location is good and I like the numbers look like. When I come to Helsinki, I prefer this hotel. Highly recommend ;)

Only acceptable, big difference between the 2 blocks of rooms. Those of the central block well, the Soviet sides. They charge Gym apart and expensive restaurant.

Pros: The location and the friendly Staff.
Cons: Cleaner bathrooms and more attention to cleanliness and detail.
Location: Shopping Center nearby on route 9 tram. Route 6 takes you to all the locations one wants to go to such as shopping and museum (E3.00).
PROS: The location was excellent.The west harbor is very near, trams 6 and 9 are excellent to get around right in across the hotel. Walking distance to the city center, shopping mall, groceries. Great Turkish restaurant close by. Halikarnas. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There were no sour apples throughout my stay. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as hair dryer, heated towel racks, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap (sewing kit which wasn't in the room, vanity kit ---which was not left for my room). Comfortable mattress, pillows can be ordered to your desire. Sheets, towels were clean. The furniture was comfortable and a nice working table and chair. The view was of the harbor. Housekeeping is quick. Great service. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous. CONS: Do not accept US$ for payments, US$ cannot be changed in the hotel. It can be changed in the nearby shopping center about a mile away. Shower was mildewy, requested cleanup and they cleaned it up. Shower blocked on the first shower, called and fixed it immediately. The toilet also was not hygienic enough. Generally the bathroom and room is not clean enough, the housekeeping does not pay attention to details. Generally not clean enough. Disco noise until about midnight comes through the windows. Housekeeping does not clean the rooms in the morning always, sometimes as late as 6 p.m.!!

Good location. Good restaurant services. Brisk atmosphere. Next time I take the jumps.
