Radisson Blu Seaside Hotel Reviews

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The decor and ambiance in the lobby was modern and unique. The restaurant was absolutely amazing! The food was phenomenal, especially the reindeer. The service was great as well.

The quality of the hotel is went down after my last visit an year ago. Here is still garbage on the flor that was let by previous customer, the only mirror in the room is broken, toilet paper holder droped off etc... The shower is very small and if you are bigger than me, don't ever try to go to take a shover in the room.
Anyway the bed is very comfortable.

An ok place to level. Rooms ovikortit works poorly.

Nice hotel, the standard room was nice, clean and good size. The lobby of the hotel is pretty cool. The breakfast buffet was good.

Enjoyed the quiet room, good Wi-Fi, clean fresh bedding + pillows, helpful staff & good location. Didn't like the tasteless breakfast and in room phone that was malfunctioning, weak flow of water in the shower & door that needed slamming to close.

The hotel is great Nice and clean, friendly and welcoming. Just beat coming during a 100yr heat wave, as the AC is not equipped for it, and our room has never gotten below 24.5C.

We stayed one night at the hotel. The hotel room had a view of the sea, plus plus a wide and good selection of breakfasts.
However, the cleanliness of the hotel room is a minus. There were stains on the bed sheet and the tiles in the bathroom had been accumulating for a long time.

Great lobby design, OK breakfasts, 4star conformity , free WiFi (a little overloaded at 21-23), bicycles (pros) , BUT:
- Some room furniture needs an update;
- They certainly need to clean or replace corridor carpets, - looks awful.
NOTE to smokers: it's totally nonsmoking hotel.

Really nice hotel with nice staff, maybe the flaw is the position compared to the city center, even if the location where the hotel is located is not bad, the breakfast is very wide, the room for three persons chosen by me, plus familiar, it was small.

High price level and great disappointment at the hotel level, mainly in terms of customer service and room. Nor was anything regretted or any defects compensated for the price. We had booked in front of the room the windows from the lowest possible floor to the sea, but the room was on the top floor and overlooks the courtyard with noisy renovation. Television video channels did not work and had been told for weeks without repairing the entire hotel. This was not announced beforehand or credited with the problem; Also, the internet is not in use through the television, which was amazing, because at the very latest today it is even waiting for it automatically. The room was tastefully decorated and only renovated. Because the room was booked with a debit card, our room was locked in a minibar and we were banned from room service. We also suddenly had to pay for everything in advance, not leaving. However, this unfriendly and downright suspicious behavior towards us seemed to be due to the nature of my friend, not debit card reservation. She is a mildly mentally handicapped person who was treated as if she had been severely drunk. The restaurant had delicious food but the same unfriendly treatment continued and the table was not even brought to bring servets even when the food was imported. I had to point out that. All in all, a really bad experience. Nowhere else in the hotel, where I have been in the past; From Europe to Africa and the States I have not experienced such a bad and unfriendly service. I do not recommend this Radisson Blu Seaside hotel to anyone. All of the subtotal is all. If we knew all this in advance, we would never have gone to that hotel, even if we had been paid for it.

Nice location worth a twentysomething minutes walk to the city center. Well served by public transportation. Good service and friendly staff.

Check-in in exceptional times VERY congested. 2 receptionists, a 20m queue and just over an hour of queuing did not give a good first impression. Otherwise a clean hotel and a good breakfast. Staff also very nice.

Dirty and dusty, room service in the evening does not work, although the menu and services cost 24 hours, the mini bar is filled in time, in general, it s amazing from Radisson .... By the way, they can forget about slippers and toothbrushes ....

Expected so much but disappointed that they missed out on the customer service. There were moments when they delivered as expected but the check in was missing the politeness I had expected. I was not told of the breakfast area nor if the other facilities during check in. The first impression had really impacted my review. I'm sure they can do better in the future.

The vague servicemen visited our room during the day and left the curtains we put open, so when we came back we arrived in the sauna (the sun was shining directly in). The air conditioning didn't work properly, the drains didn't pull out and the phone woke up at 6:30 in the morning. The only positive ones were breakfast and waiters. The hotel did not even try to compensate for the events, but was sorry. The fires go twice at the same time, the first and last time.

Premier Inn style value proposition but with design as a key attribute. Backpackers and tourists predominate. Good juices and a very good gym. Small but perfectly formed. Finnish style. Dirty stains on carpet and wall. Breakfast is like night of the living dead as the property struggles to cope with its manifest of undersupervised children and uncouth parents.

Large and clean rooms, spacious bathroom. Great location. The only flaw in the restaurant, apart from the wines you don't eat very well, instead breakfast is plentiful.

Nice hotel at the harbour. I have stayed three nights for business purpose. Size of the room and cleanness was OK. Altough there was nearby water channel and crowded road, I never been disturbed.
Front bench was also OK. Clerks were very supportive and helpfull.
There is a room for improvment in breakfast, where I could not see so many options, but nevertheless, i like to stay in Radisson hotels and Radisson Sea Side is a typical Radisson hotel where you can find certain level of comfort and cleanness.

Some technical difficulties with the elevators (nearly took off my hand), and the common areas should have a sign for people to clean up after themselves (i.e. wash your own dishes after you are done), or else have hotel staff come by at the end of the day - there was a growing pile of dishes on our floor that were in the sink for a week.
Buffet is a wee bit overpriced for the quality of food served, but not bad, actually tasty.

The bar is great.
Service is very nice.

Pleasant stay, extremely clean, interesting view of the harbor and polite people.

Good room, but the layout was very confusing. I think construction is underway to fix this though...

Excellent hotel located next to the port west of the city. A 15 minute walk from the center but excellent in facilities and equipment. Recently remodeled with a practical and modern minimalist style

A very good hotel at a rather central location. Had a great room in two levels.
The beds where awesome. Really comfortable. Good breakfast restaurant. Even though I missed them not having an omelette chef on duty. Good selection otherwise.

Awesome ocean view and great breakfast and nice location

Had a great time ! I spent two nights with a friend there and we both slept very well, the beds and pillows are amazing. The bathroom was nice and clean. Also the available sauna is very clean and it was very nice to go there in the morning and in the evening. The only downside was that the staff was not very welcoming.

Hotel near the port, 4 stars but nothing to do with the other Radissons.

A good Radisson. Prices were quite high in comparison to other hotels and location is not so central. Therefore just 4 stars.
