Having failed to inform our homeowners' insurance carrier that we'd replaced our roof back in 2013, we were required to get an inspection and fast! Radiant Property Inspection was able to come out the same day to provide us with the documentation & photographs necessary for our renewal. Eileen was not only incredibly responsive but professional and comprehensive, courteous and friendly. Given the fact that other inspection companies were either unresponsive or failed to see the urgency, Radiant Property Inspections was a life-saver!

Don performed a 4pt Inspection as well as a Wind Mitigation Inspection on our home in order for us to get new homeowners insurance, I called them on a Thursday evening and he was here first thing on Monday for us! Overall he was on time, on point, and got the job done very smoothly! You wouldn't even have known he was in or all around the house, that's how easily and quickly it was done and thanks to his great work I saved over $1400 on my new insurance! The inspection report was well organized, with the the items of interest listed first, accompanied by good photographs to illustrate the problem. The person who took my initial call was SO NICE . They were able to get the inspection done quickly, and were accommodating to the house owner s restrictive availabilities. I hope to use the Porch service that they are providing for no extra charge. Would highly recommend.

FYI... The purpose for the inspection was to reduce the cost on my home owner's insurance with the recent upgrade of a new metal roof.
You mentioned you have seen reductions on home owner s insurance policies in the past of 15% to 25% with new metal roofs and verifying roof connections.

After your report was submitted to the insurance company (and by the way I liked that you submitted directly to the insurance company) and sent me a copy for my records. I had a pleasantly shocking surprise of a 52% cost reduction, and a refund came in the mail a few weeks later!

Scheduling our inspection was a breeze even with several unexpected delays on our end that resulted in us having to reschedule. Our inspector Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through several of his findings while on site and explained them in detail. Andrew was even able to get the report to us the same day as our inspection. Our one wish would be that the pictures embedded in the report were larger and higher resolution. Overall our experience with Radiant Property Inspections was great.
