Having failed to inform our homeowners' insurance carrier that we'd replaced our roof back in 2013, we were required to get an inspection and fast! Radiant Property Inspection was able to come out the same day to provide us with the documentation & photographs necessary for our renewal. Eileen was not only incredibly responsive but professional and comprehensive, courteous and friendly.
