They were fast and professional, but I don't like the fact that I am now receiving emails and calls from some other organization wanting to sell me moving help and new owner help. I am neither and they won't stop inspite repeated attempts to have them stop.

The Radiant people were amazing to work with. I contracted with them for a multiplex investment property. They took the time to explain the issues and concerns. Although I decided against that particular property, I will be looking at other properties and they will be the company I call on again and again.

Radiant inspected two prospective homes for me. Both times the inspector got out quickly and was thorough with their inspections. As a first time home buyer, they went above and beyond to walk me through each of the finding a in great detail. This included preventative measures, corrective measures, and explanations of what to look for in the future. Following the in-person debrief, the inspector provided a detailed report containing pictures and explanations. Their reports saved me thousands and were crucial in finalizing negotiations. Would highly recommend!

The service more than provided what I needed. I requested the best available inspectors because I was in the process of purchasing a home without physically being in Florida. The service was detailed enough to make me feel as if I was present. They not only provided a summary by video upon completion but they provided a detailed inspection with pictures and video of all the concerns. They were so meticulous they even looked in areas of the house that I would not have but surely appreciated. Radiant even discovered recommended areas of concern that my agent did not see. My family and I can t thank you enough. We expect to request their services to go back and reinspect the place after the recommended fixes are done. Six years after buying our home as a short sale, my husband and I were thinking it would be a good idea to check in on our house and make sure that as we sunk our time, money, and energy into updating it, we were focusing on the most pressing issues. When we heard about Radiant Inspections, we thought it was exactly what we needed and it was. Hank came out to our home and was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection. He found issues that we had already suspected, as well as some that my husband and I had no idea about.
