The inspection report was well organized, with the the items of interest listed first, accompanied by good photographs to illustrate the problem. The person who took my initial call was SO NICE . They were able to get the inspection done quickly, and were accommodating to the house owner s restrictive availabilities. I hope to use the Porch service that they are providing for no extra charge. Would highly recommend.
