Scheduling our inspection was a breeze even with several unexpected delays on our end that resulted in us having to reschedule. Our inspector Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through several of his findings while on site and explained them in detail. Andrew was even able to get the report to us the same day as our inspection. Our one wish would be that the pictures embedded in the report were larger and higher resolution. Overall our experience with Radiant Property Inspections was great. We would both use them again in the future and recommend to others.
