What a great experience! I'm a first time home buyer, I stumbled upon Radiant accidentally. I spoke with Mary in the morning just to get a quick quote. Mary actually took the time at the end of the day to follow up. She was so nice and pleasant that I told my realtor I wanted to use them because of her!! Even after being yelled at by the current home owner, they maintained professionalism, got the job done and had the report in earlier than expected. Highly recommend them!!

Andrew was amazing. He paid attention to every detail and explained everything during the inspection. I am happy that I hired Radiant to inspect my first home purchase!

Appears to be a very thorough report ! Only criticism I have is that as a non contractor I would have welcomed a distinction between recommendations and necessary if required by law or building code.
Termite inspection, it does not state if this is only old or still prevalent development. In case of old, it probably requires a tent over the house to make sure it s safe. If it s ongoing, the purchase is in big jeopardy.

Fast, Prompt, Thorough, and very professional!
I'm a Tampa Realtor and my client needed a home inspection, wind mit and WDO asap. My client was able to get a hold of Radiant at 6pm on a Friday night and booked them for Monday afternoon! They did a phenomenal job with the inspection, set proper expectations for my client, and lined up a pest inspector to come out at the same time. Their follow up and professionalism is bar-none!! I highly recommend Radiant and continue to use them.

Hank is an excellent house inspector. He inspected all aspects of the property that I wanted to purchase. I joined the inspection and he answered all of my questions as well as stating some deficiencies at the property. This was all in his report to me and the realtors for resolution. I was very satisfied with the house inspection.

At last, a company that is represented by competent employees! From the first phone call to the receipt of the inspection report, this Radiant knows what they are doing, Polite, knowledgeable. Radiant & Steve did an amazing job on property inspections for my new home. I had a 7 day window for inspections in the sales contract, but Steve was able to schedule, inspect, and provide the report within just a couple days.

He was incredibly thorough, testing every light socket, appliance and piece of plumbing, in a timely manner. His feedback on the (older) home has given me piece of mind on my purchase, as well as a starter list on home updates to make.
