Thank you for your professionalism and speedy completion of my property (wind mitigation) inspection. I do and will recommend "A Radiant Property Inspection !

FYI... The purpose for the inspection was to reduce the cost on my home owner's insurance with the recent upgrade of a new metal roof.
You mentioned you have seen reductions on home owner s insurance policies in the past of 15% to 25% with new metal roofs and verifying roof connections.

After your report was submitted to the insurance company (and by the way I liked that you submitted directly to the insurance company) and sent me a copy for my records. I had a pleasantly shocking surprise of a 52% cost reduction, and a refund came in the mail a few weeks later!
