You learn so much here! I great place for kids to explore the wonder of science. The best part is at the end where you can lay down and watch a projection of stars and a massive blown up moon. Each floor brings a new and interesting type of science. The shows there are amazing too!

I found the experience under COVID rules disappointing. Especially the Science Show that is usually the highlight of our visit. Not only did the guide in the previous room not let us through as he said the show was starting late. It didn't so we missed half the show and the children were in the back row and couldn't see for tall parents sitting in the front blocking our view.
In the words of my 4 year old granddaughter..what was the best part of the 2 hours? The hand sanitiser. Oh and did I mention that although we had membership we still had to pay for tickets and the parking cost over $8.

We did have alot of fun here and there is alot of things to see but i do and see. The exibits are great and very well layed out so easy to navigate around but think there needs to be more staff to police people as parents literally let thier kids run wild and push infront of people to steal whatever theyre looking at. Was at the machine that shows how fast you throw a ball with my toddler and had another kid came over and stole the machine before my daughter even got to throw 1 ball. Another incident we were trying to make bubbles and another kid that was older came over pushing us out of the way and his mum stood there and didnt say a thing. These kinds of things happened quite a few times while we were there and Also only found 1 hand sanitiser that wasnt fully empty. i was quite dissapointed with the way people are just so selfish. I still give 4 stars as i kmow its not all questacons fault but i really do think they can make it alot better by employing extra staff to watch the exibits more.

When I went to Canberra this was definitely one of my favourite things. The only thing is is that some rooms aren t very good. Gift shop was decently priced but I definitely enjoyed my time their.

It s a great and fun place for any age! I hate it when a child wants to go to a place that s fun for them but not for the adult but in this case Questicon is fun and exciting for all ages! I especially enjoyed the sensed harp which teaches you the different notes and cords on any instruments you want just with the click of a button you can move your hand around within the harp shape and it will sense you and play that note! Questacon makes learning fun for all ages!

Questacon makes science fun! There are lots of interactive exhibitions with lovely staff and volunteers always around to explain, help and entertain. There is something for everyone with the mini-Q area that is great for babies to early primary age kids (my kids were sad when they outgrew it and still love visiting this area with their younger cousins), to the excite area which has a gravity drop (experience free falling), the earth quake experiment house and the lightening displays. I really like the new Shed area that regularly changes its theme so you constantly have new constructions to try and build. You can spend hours without even noticing exploring this place. I also highly recommend the regular shows put on by the Excited Particles - they are always high energy fun!

An interactive science museum that will make you feel like a kid again. If you have kids they will love it. A place where you can learn, explore and test knowledge. Very well designed and love love love the moon in the centre. So amazing.

Great for kids and families. There's always something interesting to see and some hilarious science shows on offer. Good for people with limited language too, I took my cousin who spoke no English and they had a great time.

Did not disappoint. Budget a whole day to see and do everything. The staff were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful. The shows were entertaining and educational- especially the liquid nitrogen show. The exhibits were well designed, interactive, and loads of fun for kids (and adults). It's well laid out, and easy to follow. It's also worth considering membership for the reciprocal entry to places like Powerhouse Museum in Sydney. My kids can't wait to visit again
