A must visit if you are in Canberra. There is just so much to do for the kids and everything is educational. Plenty of paid parking, there's a Cafe inside which has reasonable food, and you'll easily spend half a day there. Really do recommend dropping by.
Pretty good for young kids but very busy in school holidays
Questacon is a great science museum, where adults and children are able to learn alike in a fun and interactive way.
The shows in the Japan theatre were great. We saw the Perception Deception and Liquid Nitrogen shows, which we all loved.

We really enjoyed ourselves here. Fab for all ages. Pretty good food offerings for too, catering to vegans also and the gift store is great too.
Must visit with kids place in Canberra. Fantastic membership option for locals.. very well worth it.
Absolutely love this place! So much to do!! I love the drop slide especially! The gift show has a lot of amazing and interesting souvenirs to take home! Recommend this place!

Disappointing used to be a wonderful place. Found it very expensive entry and a lot of what used to be there us now gone. Deft lot less to see and do.. not great value anymore
Always love revisiting this place. Good for all ages, fun hands-on learning, interesting exhibitions and talks, great staff, fantastic facilities. Definitely deserves some government funding!

Questacon is always an awesome place to spend a couple of hours. They manage to entertain people of all ages and you may even learn something. If you go down to Canberra every now and then, stop by Questacon. They change out exhibits quite often so there is always something fresh on display.

Displays are nowhere near as good as they used to be and not very engaging. I took 3 kids and even they were bored, something hard to achieve with these ones.
Nice place for the kids but packed crowd during the weekends and holidays.. it's better to go on weekdays . The best part is the sky gazing..
Great place for the family. You can easily see everything in 4 hrs, however you could also stay longer.

Great place. See the Scienceshows! They are really really good. Bring your kids. This is a museum where they must touch everything! But you need to bring your own food. No fresh food like salad or fruits. Foodplace needs an upgrade
