They send out bills with no working hours listed. No-one answers the phone on saturday mornings. The website they list for online payment is a rube goldberg machine where you are redirected to yet another third party thats requests a bureau number you have to dig up on the DMB website. Then it asks for an account number to submit payment which isn't even listed on the bill. The only thing their bill lists is a patient number. Are we meant to make a $2000 bill payment hoping that we guessed the correlation between the patient and account number correctly? Get the basics right folks. This is amateur hour.
