Very enjoyable. My children 3 & 5 absolutely loved it. Expect to spend 3hrs+ here.

Lots of stuff to do, cool exhibits and a bunch of great examples of science at work. Great for everyone from young kids learning about the world, to big nerds like me who just like seeing the cool examples.

Very nice experience! Kids are not mandatory as I supposed, but they make things way more interesting...

Visited here with 3 children 11, 9 and 6. They were all equally pumped about being there. Was expecting to stay for an hour or so, but stayed 3. Would have stayed longer if I was exploring the place properly. So much to see and do and the shows are both entertaining and educational.

Took the kids, not quite 3 and 8mo, for 1/2 price this month. Eldest found something he loved in every gallery and the youngest enjoyed the activities in the kids area. Mostly went for the eldest who had a great time.

Lots to see and do. The exhibitions are interactive for people of all ages. The gift shop is a bit overpriced.

this place is fantastic not only for kids. so many interactive exhibits bit difficult to find if you are looking for some specific exhibit. there are lots of instructors on the floor ready to answer your questions. they are highly knowledgeable and polite. must go for kids. And for not-so kids.
BE CAREFUL WITH THE GRAVITY FALL BY THE WAY!!!

Amazing place to visit. Make sure you have plenty of time. Food offering is terrible though and service is very very slow

Too much stuff for kids and not enough hard science. Too many kids made the place a nightmare like so many other science places these days.

Just fantastic! The gift shop is a little expensive but overall it really livened my camp.

Must see, if you haven't taken the family, plan to spend at least 3 hours.

A bit pricey unless you have an annual pass, and the cafe is only ok, but still a must-do for familes visiting Canberra.

Great hands on activities for kids aged 3 - 103! Fun science is great science. Even Senator Malcolm Roberts could learn something here!

Let your kids minds run free @ Questacon! One of the best places to visit in Canberra with a family, so much to see and do. Plus the kids love the experiments.

Fun for all ages!!! Learning has never been so fun, if u r looking to get someone interested in learning the basics if physics, discover the mystery of the stars, appreciate how time travels, this is the place to be. Kids from the age of 10 to 50 will enjoy it!!! Try to get there early to have enough time to explore it all.

Staff are friendly and always seem to have a smile on. The NKRYPT code at the front had us stuck for an hour, even after we asked google for help!!! If u do mange to solve, please, please, please let me know!!!!!

Was really fun and has interactive things for kids as well as information for the adults.

Great place for anyone interested in learning more about the world they live in. Understand the why behind various everyday phenomenon and feed the scientist in you. Definitely worth visiting with kids and family. Love it!!!

Superb facility with enough to fill a day. Kids all love it

Staff are always enthusiastic and helpful, and the exhibits, activities and members' events are engaging and educational. Would like to see healthier options at the cafe and less unnecessary plastic (eg. a tomato sauce filled syringe with every fried meal?) Best value membership for families in Canberra.

Lots of fun for the family and the adults only nights are awesome.

Good fun place for the family. Enough exhibits to keep the family entertain all day.

More suited for young children, although there is the Mini Q area for toddlers as well.

Great fun kids activities. A bit busy in peak holiday time

Forget what you thought of this place from your visit as a kid. Great for all ages. The toddler zone is one of if not the best place for kids to play and learn in Canberra.

Spent almost 4 hours here with our 4.5yo son. Had loads of fun!!! Must go if you have kids. Better for older kids but younger kids have Lotsa fun as well...

Amazing! If you're visiting Canberra with the kids you have to visit. Extremely friendly staff, great exhibits and very good food. Leave a full day... you'll need every minute!

Awesome place. Very interactive for the kids and big kids alike. There is a young children's area (1 to 7ish) where they can play. Well worth the trip.

Fantastic! Ideal for children but also very pleasant for adults, it is a must see if you are around Canberra.

Not the best in a "covid safe" time. No touching and most exhibits were closed. Pricing should be adjusted accordingly.
Will go back when back to normal.

Took the kids here for space week, the break out area was really cool. Was pretty busy as was the last day of school holidays. There was plenty to do and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Well worth the visit with kids. They were entertained for 5 hours.

To be able to go in at night and just lie down in the moon exhibition was a beautiful experience. Thanks for making it free during enlighten.

Questacon is an amazing place for everyone from little toddlers to adults to interactively learn science in a fun and innovative way! This place provides a great educational space and impressive service. If you are a member, there is a lounge that you can eat or have some break from the exhibits there in addition to the cafe tables. Definitely recommened!

Fantastic experiences for any age group. The moon replica is great and the puppet show for under 6 kids was hilarious. So many exhibits and nearly all were dynamic and hands on.

One of the must visit place for science lovers, enthusiasts and children. Excellent illustration of basic scientific concepts. Nice play area for younger ones.
Totally worth the entry fees.

The winding path of science and hands on activities at Questacon was great, the big down side was the numerous school groups that took over the place and were rather disrespectful. My advice- avoid weekdays.

I have extremely fond memories of Questacon as a child and they have just managed to keep the same vibe I loved but with updated content. Fantastic for all ages.

Must visit during off peak time to learn many things. When it is crowded cannot learn much

Wonderful place to take kids. You can spend a solid afternoon here. It's the kind of place you could revisit every couple years as the kids grow as well.

Been to science museums around Australia but Questacon in Canberra stood above heads and shoulders, up to the moon in fact!

Well worth a visit, especially with kids. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded at all.
