My wife and myself had our second amazing experience with Aubrey at Audi Queensway!!!! Aubrey and the staff at Audi Queensway not only stayed past working hours to accommodate our very far drive but made us feel part the Audi Queensway family. Aubrey exceeded our expectations!!! This was my first experience with The Audi Queensway. The dealership was top notch! I learned of them through searching the net for a pre-owned Mini Cooper for my daughter who has recently gotten her license.
I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 40 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Natalia Oleynikov, who was extremely polite, modest and professional and informed me about the detailed information and specifications of the vehicle. I said I'd like to come on in and take a look at the vehicle along with my daughter, and she said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Natalia as my sales contact. She was simply outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just relaxed negotiations. Natalia went above and beyond to help me to my utmost satisfaction in purchasing the said vehicle. Thank you Natalia A++++ service. Keep up the GREAT work. Great experience as one would expect from a premium dealership.

I purchased 2017 Audi Q7 from Queensway Audi. I'm glad that I took a drive down to this dealership. Mr. Aubrey is the sales rep to go see. Every detail and answer he had to make me satisfy in picking the right vehicle for my need. Things don't end here Mr. Wayne makes sure that everything else is take care of before the delivery. Poor service at this location. Saw a car and was promised an all back following morning with details, I did not hear back so I called for 3 days trying to get the details of a car that was in the showroom. Car was sold to someone else. Been promised to receive other listings and deals and still I've received non. Wont mention names but management is poor in client service and poor business development

Kudos to my service agent Alycia Raso who handles all my service needs - from routine maintenance to more specific service issues with the utmost of professionalism and with a manner that instills confidence that my concerns and issues will be dealt with appropriately and fairly. She is diligent - and a pleasure to deal with.

Do not go here unless you still have a warranty but if not I would not recommend it, we had an issue with the car in the beginning of December and they kept failing to properly assess and fix the car, literally took over a month still almost mid January for them to finally fix the issue after bringing in the vehicle and returning it to get repaired and doing this many many times and repair costs of almost 10k, after the last straw they finally did not charge us labour fees after my husband had to put his foot down, it shouldn t have to go that far in order for them to properly fix our vehicle and not charge us labour fees over and over and over again when they didn t fix the initial problem from the start. I would of appreciated their honestly from the beginning that they do not have qualified or experienced mechanics and I would of went somewhere else. Ever since we have a had many sensor issues I would not take my car to this dealership ever again! Lastly one of the service ladies are extremely rude over the phone if you do not know who your advisor is, it isn t the clients job to ask who the advisor is it s actually the dealerships job to advise the client that we have an advisor in the first place as not all dealerships run that way. Furthermore when we did find out who our advisor was we did not get many callbacks when leaving messages, literally had to call and call and often speak to the Raoul which also would not always return our calls, mostly had to go there to get real answers. After the huge headache would have appreciated it if the gm, Brian I believe would have talked to us but never got that courtesy. Very very disappointed!!!!

I had great service last month when I bought my A6 with Peiman Najjari; he was very helpful and knowledgable and I'm very happy with the car and service

We've purchased three cars from here and the Audi experience (especially after the sale) is always surreal thanks to Bogdan, Gustavo, & the sales team. This team is not a one and done shop, they care about their customers even after you drive off the lot. They always make time for my questions, and always accommodate me ASAP to address any of my concerns. I couldn't think of anywhere else I'd rather buy and service a car.

Without an appointment they looked at the tire and in approx 1hr all was looked after in the most efficient manner.

Had my q7 serviced today and i promised Lori that i will write a review.
As a service advisor she went above and beyond and service was fantastic.
As a business owner with several fleet this was a great experience and i will do more business with them in the future. Its very hard to be in a service industry but they earn my respect. If a manager reads the reviews you need to hire people like Lori as she takes pride with what she does and it makes your whole team look like a champ.

My experience was with Wayne and Aubrey at Audi Queensway. I could not have asked for better people to have helped me plan for my car needs. My lemon of an A5 burns oil like crazy. When I took it for an oil consumption test they mis-reported the results so Audi wouldn't cover it. Also they love to recommend service you don't need like brakes when there is plenty of pad left - the cars have brake pad sensors for a reason. Would never go back (and would never buy an Audi again even though I have another one that has been good).

These guys are just great, very quick to response, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great doing business with you Audi Queensway.

Called to book a service appointment for my Audi and was very disappointed. The receptionist didn t have time to listen to what I was asking her, and she transferred my call while I was still talking. Secondly, the lady in service who answered my call, transferred me to a voicemail service booking line , once again not even pausing for me to say a word. If this was my business I d be displeased with the way my clients were being treated. Poor customer service! I called Pfaff and received amazing customer service. I m also looking to trade in my A6, which would most likely have been at Queensway, but because of this experience that is now off the table. I recommend another dealer.

Audi Queensway was one of the best dealership experiences I have been through and their quality calls for the competition to keep up. I worked with their rep Brian Miller who went above and beyond his role. He was very knowledge, personable and most of all cares for the best interest of his clients. We had such a great experience at this Audi location. Our sales person, Blake Elliot was absolutely amazing. Very easy to get along with, super knowledgable and was always available for us to reach. We cannot recommend this dealership enough the staff was fantastic.

If there were a zero. Almost 3 weeks to get an appointment (at Dealer's convenience). Scheduled drop off for 8:30 and requested pickup at 1pm. Called 3 times to see if vehicle ready and no one answered the phone. It is now 2:15 and I was just told the vehicle has not even been worked on yet. Argh!

Fantastic experience picking up an A4. Aubrey Sandy took care of me and was able to find a new home for my worn out Cadillac. Highly recommended, make an effort to find him in the show room, he's dialed in.

We recently purchased a Q5 from Audi Etobicoke and we worked with Colin Diaz. We were warmly greeted at reception, and by several sales people, and managers upon our arrival which was really nice. We had our 3 year old son with us, and everyone was so kind to him, and Colin even brought him up to there rooftop patio (yes, this dealership has a rooftop patio ) and let him putt around the putting green up there! The dealership is absolutely stunning!
Colin, who is one dapper dresser, was extremely knowledgeable, and patient he had answers to every question that we had, and absolutely a pleasure to deal with. For such a young guy, he was extremely professional, as though he had been in his position for a lifetime And definitely dressed to impress!
Even after our purchase, Colin has reached out to ensure we are happy, and even offered for me to come by for a car wash.
Ross in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with he also was kind and patient with our son and walked us through our financing, Audi Care and warranties with great detail.

By far the best experience I have had buying a car, servicing a car and having an automotive partner. My wife and I leased an Audi Q5 two Decembers ago. All of the staff at Queensway have been super helpful. We were rear ended in the summer by a person not paying attention and Ross was great at walking us through the process for repair. All of our scheduled maintenance has been perfect and have never been "upsold" to. I could not recommend this dealership more.

This is the first Audi we got, and it must be the last. Brought the car in for winter tires change in the morning, the front desk asked me when do I need my car. I went easy for them and told them I wasn t in a rush, could be anytime near end of day. By 4:50, I hear nothing from them. So I called them, they said maybe 5:30, if I make it there by 6, it would be ready. Got there by 6, I was told that the tires had a nail, this and that. Well ok, so quite possibly, throughout the whole day, they did not work on my car until I called them. So I had to wait one more hour there till 7 in there, the car was finally ready. I wonder if I had not called them by 4:50, if they will still have my car ready on the same day. I guess I was being too nice with them for saying not in a rush , whenever they ask the questions, just to make our lives easier, tell them you need it as soon as possible regardless if you actually need it that urgent. Do yourself some good.

My car buying has been an ordeal. I went to several dealers including BMW, Mercedes, Toyota. The biggest frustration was not being taken seriously!! Even my 11 year old son noticed I only got real information about the car (not just the colour and the pretty lights!) when I was accompanied by a man.

I've just finalized my deal with a great salesman (Alasdair Fenton) who put zero pressure on me for a sale, did lots of listening to why I wanted a new car, and who was very flexible with appointments, test drives and getting specific information. Its been a great experience overall! I think I have scored a good deal!!

Pathetic parts service. Phoned to receive a quote on some parts for a vehicle that was in my shop prior to the noon hour. I got the go ahead from the client at 130, phoned to order parts at that time no one picked up, left a message. Called again at 3 PM once again no one answered, left another message. Called just before 5 PM and still no one answered. Finally the next morning a rep answered and told me I would receive my part next day. So I had to tie down the vehicle for a full extra day and explain to my client why he wasn't getting his car back. Not the right way of doing business especially from a dealer stand point.

Dealt with Marti Sison. He listened to me, something a lot of sales people don t do. He was straightforward and to the point. It was actually fun to negotiate/ haggle with him and work out a deal. I will be recommending to my friends to go to Audi Queensway and ask for Marti !

Terrible service. Very unorganized. Poor management. Waited 30 minutes just to speak with someone. The employees are rude.I would not recommend going to this dealership to service your vehicle.

Additionally he and Colin worked hard to ensure that I had not AutoVin final payments on my A4. Colin is professional, friendly and also very knowledgeable. What a team Audi Queensway employs!

Great customer service by Blake and Geoff! We purchased our Q3 from Audi Queensway during Covid and to ensure that we got our car on the date we were promised, Blake personally delivered the car to us freshly sanitized with a big red bow on it!

I just purchased a 2018 Audi Q7 and this is my 4th vehicle from Audi but this sales experience was by far the best.
