Rude customer service and does not want to Honor their warranty, even though I've spent several thousands of dollars. If something goes wrong with what you bought from them, they will ask you to tow your car their shop to inspect it and then say that they will not take care or work on your car even though they asked you to bring it to fix their faulty parts. Waste of time and money and will not go their ever again!!
I had one of the best sales advisor experience as a customer at this location. Joseph is very friendly and knowledgeable sales advisor. Took me to two test drive instead of one just to make me more comfortable with Audi and something to compare with. Soon they'll be moving to their new location currently under construction at The East Mall and The Queensway (SW corner).

As customers who had not bought a car from a dealership in almost 40 years, my partner & I had limited expectations for the experience. It did not take long after our encounter with Aubrey that these were widely exceeded. His patience and knowledge in explaining to us in great detail the qualities of the car and, with Wayne Custodio, the complexities of the financial agreement was exceptional. This is all the more remarkable given that our understanding of automobile technology needed to be updated by over 20 years!
In addition, our treatment by Aubrey felt completely genuine and professional, seeming to be quite unconnected to our identity as consumers. Even though we were only buying a pre-owned vehicle, we could not imagine how Aubrey could treat with any more attention or consideration the purchaser of a new model top-of-the-line car.
Our experience was exceedingly gratifying & reassuring, including not only a car which we are very excited to own, but an ongoing relationship with Audi Queensway that has started with the maintenance history of the car (it was originally sold and serviced by Queensway) and promises to extend through the warrantee and after-market service programs. Most gracious, however, is Aubrey s invitation to call him directly with any questions or concerns we might have as we get to know our new A4 allroad.

I just purchased my very first vehicle, a 2016 Audi Q3, at the Queensway dealership and could not have asked for a better experience! Adam was extremely accommodating during the entire process. I booked an appointment in advance and upon my arrival I found out the salesperson was sick, luckily Adam dropped everything that morning to step in and help me with the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and ensured I was getting all the features I was looking for and made my decision to purchase an Audi vs. another manufacturer pretty simple! I would highly recommend Adam, the Queensway dealership as well as Taylor for providing outstanding customer service.
I cannot emphasize enough to avoid this place like the plague if you value your car, your time and your finances. I booked a service appointment 3 weeks in advance and informed Queensway Audi that I would be dropping it off the prior evening. When I arrived the parking lot was crammed and people were double parking. The spots are terrifyingly narrow too. My instincts told me to leave and not go back but I decided that was silly and to stick it out. A couple of employees told me to keep driving around until I found a spot. Huh?! ok....thankfully another employee I met in the parking lot opened up the service garage and allowed me to park in there. He pulled out my paper from the stack of people with appointments and I kid you not, there were about 200 sheets for the next day s service clients . If you think your car is getting a proper examination with that amount, think again.
The next day we wondered why we hadn t received a call. At the end of the day we were informed that my car hadn t even been touched and would be worked on the following day. Let me tell you how large an imposition that was..no words. Anyway life moved on. We received a call the following day claiming that we should have about $2k worth of work done. Some of the stuff was an attempt at trying to get more money out of you while other stuff might be legitimate but it s cheaper to do it elsewhere. For instance, new rubber on the windshield wipers is $80.
When I picked up my vehicle in the evening that was completed in the morning, I had to wait 20 minutes as they decided to wash it when I arrived - by hand due to my roof rack. I guess a whole day isn t a long enough amount of time for a car to be washed.
As I walked to my car I saw that the bumper had been newly damaged - it looked like a chainsaw had jumped across one section, completely destroying the plastic and damaging the paint above. This likely occurred in their terrible parking lot. Thankfully Audi takes before pics so I was able to point out that I didn t leave it looking like that. So while they are handling the body work on my car (a three week wait), I have to get a new bumper (unless they try to cover it up) and I have never ever had body work done to the quality of original parts.
There are no words to describe how angry I am. I can only warn others. Steer clear away from this place.
We were very happy with the service we recieved from Aubrey and Taylor when looking to buy a 2017 Q7.
Aubrey was very helpful from the beginning when we test drove the Q7 back in November, and we ordered our Q7 at that time. He took us through the process, and kept us updated with the stages of building the vehicle through email. He was always able to answer any questions we had, day or night. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him.
We were able to collect our Q7 on March 12, and Aubrey went through the features with us before we left the showroom. He has already called us following us taking delivery of our Q7 to ensure everything is going smoothly with the vehicle.
We have no hesitation in recommending Audi Queensway, and Aubrey in particular, if you are considering an Audi.

So it's pretty tough to get a 5 star from me, but I will tell you that based on the experience I just had with my recent purchase, they truly deserve it. Was in the new car market a month ago and wanted a test drive of a 2017 Audi A4 Quattro S line and they accommodated on the spot showing me thorough operation and all the features. My sales person Ross Ramsay was outstanding in delivering a no sales pressure presentation and had all the honest answers. Went home thought about it, came back a few days after and bought one, again never any pressured sales pitches and we negotiated what I know was a very fair price. Had to wait to have the car shipped overseas, that was the toughest part of the entire experience but understandable. Ross kept me informed the whole way through. All parts of the experience were spot on, no waiting and straight forward, the way it should be. Picked up the car a few days ago and I can tell you it feels great. I drive a long distance to work and really hated the drive....but no longer. I actually leave earlier to get to work (just to drive the car) and am more productive! Go figure! Would I buy an Audi again? You betcha, and no second thoughts on where from, Audi Queensway - you guys rock. The vehicles are great, I love my Audi S3. Too bad the service at the dealership is sooo poor. Horrible staff and customer service. Management needs to change as they cannot seem to improve their service. The Audi dealership in Winnipeg does not have this problem. They should call up Audi Winnipeg and get some tips on how to run a dealership.

After having a less then stellar experience with a local dealership I decided to take my business to Audi Queensway and I can genuinely say that working with Aubrey has been nothing short of fantastic from start to finish and both him, the other staff at the dealership and the dealership itself all are well deserving of the high scoring reviews they get.
Aside from the fact that Aubrey went over and beyond his duty as a sales representative to help me through my process of purchasing a new 2017 A4, he's genuinely a friendly individual to speak and deal with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to answering any questions about the entire purchasing process, or any vehicle that you might have interest in.

We had a terrible experience at Pfaff Audi so we had to take our car to another dealership. We chose Audi Queensway and we couldn t have chosen a better place. Immediately Michael Favaro (in service) took care of the issue and explained to us everything we needed to know and gave us the impression that he cared and wanted to help us. Michael is excellent at customer service and he really took care of our problem which wasn t small at all. The car got fixed and even tho took quite a while we are very happy with the end result and with the service at this dealership. ATTENTION TO ANYONE BRINGING THEIR AUDI IN FOR SERVICE! DO NOT BRING IT TO AUDI QUEENSWAY OR FACE DISAPPOINTMENT! The service is terrible at Audi Queensway. Their staff is incompetent, and they do not care about the customer! Why support such a dealership? I purchased a brand new Audi s5 sportback in June of 2017, and I have been back to Queensway's service centre over 4 times within the past year to replace my upgraded B and O speakers. Note: the car has not been tampered with, and no aftermarket parts have been added. All of my service has been conducted by Audi Queensway, and the vehicle is still under factory warranty. I went to the service department today to speak to Raul as my driver side speaker, and rear subwoofer have blown. Multiple speakers have blown since I have purchased the vehicle to the point that the service team at Queensway think it is my fault. How is it my fault when a speaker blows more then once within a year? Raul the assistant manager explained to me that it was my fault that the speakers keep blowing because I listen to my music to loud. Why buy an upgraded sound system if you cannot listen to the music loud does this even make sense? He basically looked at me as if I was in the wrong without trying to address the problem, and making sure I felt comfortable. I purchased an expensive car with an upgraded sound system so I could listen to my music loud. Only a brain dead person would blame the customer in this situation especially when the car only has 25000 kms on it. What kind of mind-less assistant managers blames the customer when dealing with a new vehicle lets be honest here. He looked at me clueless, and did not want to do nothing for me. How can a world renown car maker hire such clueless people, and on top of that promote them to be in managerial positions? The service here is terrible, and the staff is not willing to go the extra mile to make sure each customer is satisfied. I would not recommend this service centre to anyone and I am now conducting my service at PFAFF! I will never return to Audi Queensway for service and you should not either.

Service Department staff not very friendly. Everyone seems so angry and stressed. Was ignored for a long time before someone even acknowledged my presence and at that, was made to feel like they were doing me a favor. Not sure if it had anything to do with my complexion.

This was our first experience with Audi. I learned of them through searching on online for Q5 with particular options we were looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for us. My fiance and I were very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. we live in Markham, about 45 minutes away. I emailed to dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Aubrey, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come to have a look, and he said he will have it ready for me when I get there. Then, when I arrived, Q5 was ready in front of main entrance and there was sign saying that " Reserved for Kevin". This little surprise made us purchase it on that day. It made us feel like we were special and already own it. We can't say enough about Aubrey as our sales contact. Even though, I was only able to contact him by email due to my work schedules, he was very patient. He was just outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressures, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, and accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been our buddy for years. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for much lesser price than I was expecting. We will definitely be back for my fiance's soon. Thank you so much Aubrey!
