I am very satisfied with the service Blake Elliot provided me during my new Audi A3 E-tron purchase!
Blake is very talented and friendly guy and he knows his staff very well! I was doing the test drive with him and he explained all the features the car has.

When I came to pick up the car he showed me how the charging cables work and how to connect them together if I want to use them at home. We went through all the features in the car in great details and how to configure them.

Taylor Symons helped me with my additional warranty purchase. He explained step by step what my options are so I could choose what I need. Thumb up!

I am very happy with my new Audi and the overall experience at Audi Queensway.
It was my pleasure to meet you guys.

I visited the dealership just recently and I can say that I was really disappointed with the customer service we received. Firstly, it was really hard to find someone to talk to as we entered the dealership. We ended up walking to the Service Center, where a very nice young lady offered to go find someone to help us.

After we were advised that someone would be with us shortly, we waited for about 15 min till the person came to greet us, but we did not get bothered by this. What bothered us was the interaction we had with the sales person who, after telling us how deep the pockets of the owner were and how he had sold very expensive cars that day, tried to wash his hands off and get rid of us when we inquired to take a look at one of the cars we were interested in. After thinking about it and telling us that it wasn't the right moment to accommodate our request as there was a very special event going on at the dealership, he finally offered to unlock one of the cars for us to take a look. However, he didn't even bother to stay with us as we were looking at a car from the inside. He unlocked the car and told us that he had other appointments and that the car would lock automatically 40 sec. after we leave. Should we have had any questions or inquired any further information, we wouldn't have known where to go as we weren't offered any further help.

Perhaps the fact that we were not going to buy a car right at that moment turned the salesman off. However, they lost a customer who would have bought the car in a month. I believe, as a customer, it is only fair to go through an information gathering process before you even try to buy a car and that shouldn't be seen a waste of time by the seller, regardless of who is representing the seller. I doubt I will go back to this dealership to book a test drive nor to conclude a deal for a purchase.

I bought a car over the phone during Covid and Marco was nothing short of amazing! Super easy to work with, seamless paperwork and so communicative. This is my third Audi and this is my best experience so far! They're so professional and so personable - you will walk away completely satisfied. I have dealt with other Audi dealerships but this is hands down the best one! Highly recommended. Their cars are in amazing condition. We ended up buying a Merc 450 two days after buying the Audi - and we're super happy with that too!

I had a complex deal that Adam Colacitti was able to stick handle all the way through. Adam is great to deal with, he is personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I picked up my new vehicle today and he took the time to go through all the features with me, and answered all my questions. I'd highly recommend working with Adam and as a bonus it's a great dealership to deal with compared to a few other Audi dealerships that I tried working with. Overall great experience.

I used to get my car serviced here 5 years ago, and I picked it over all the other Dealerships because of the quality of their service and attention to detail.

I was looking for a new car, so I came here after having some umm... "questionable experiences" from other dealerships, and I Just bought a 2017 Audi A4 from Aubrey Sandy. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable. He kept me posted and answered any questions I had promptly.
He also went above and beyond by setting me up with a last second (literally) loaner car for one night.

When the Ford government cancelled the electric/hybrid vehicle rebate, Joseph Bronzovic, the Audi Queensway sales management team (Chris Lang, Phil Steadman, Taylor Symons) and regional management pushed the plant in Germany hard to have my vehicle delivered weeks ahead of the promised delivery date so I could still qualify for the rebate. I am forever grateful to them for saving me thousands of dollars. In addition, Joseph Bronzovic provided stellar customer service on so many levels - he was enthusiastic, passionate, attentive and treated us like VIP's throughout the process. He anticipated all of our needs and even very kindly threw in some extras at no charge. He truly cares about people. We got the red carpet treatment when picking up the vehicle - this was such an amazing, unforgettable experience! I was also impressed by Adam Colacitti and Taylor Symons. They were warm, friendly and very knowledgeable and made the financial aspect of the purchase feel painless. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. Best sales experience ever!

But First i wanted to say thanks to everyone on this review page. Without "You" the reviewers, i would have traveled to the worst dealership and would've received the worst deal.

I'm sure everyone in audi queensway is amazing but i had the oppurtunty to deal with "Down to earth" Adam and Andrew The subtle "closer". Adam made sure we were within the range of our budget. When i had some questions he would get back to me as quickly as he could and We didnt feel we got pressured in anyway.

Overall,The deal went smooth where both sides agreed on a final price.

Again, the car looks amazing the drive home from the dealer is priceless!

I would definately recommend this place to everyone includings those that i know....By the way, where can i add 5 more stars here.

I knew I wanted an S3, about a year or 2 old but didn't see any on their lot. Connected with Aubrey and saw the car a few days later. Was a fantastic experience and bought the car that day. Normally hate dealing with the extended warranty and extras but Wayne great as well. Explained it all and didn't try to push the useless stuff. Get the Ceramic Pro, paint will look brand new when it's done.

I just had my first service experience and couldn't be more impressed. The seat sensor in my car had been acting up so I drove over after work and got there just before close. Steve came out of the shop to look at the car and took the time to explain explain what was happening, just a sensative sensor and made an adjustment on the seat.

By far the worst customer service I've ever come across. I ended up doing a lease with this dealer & returning the car was a complete nightmare. I tried reaching them via phone calls everyday asking about simple questions such as what tires to put on the car for when I return the vehicle & nobody returned my calls. I had to make a trip down to the dealership to get my question answered & STILL nobody was able to help me because the manager decided to step out early. The staff are very bad at communication & the managers are never available to talk. I had to pretend like I was interested in getting into another lease to even get the attention of the manager to talk to me. I highly suggest going else where as these guys are the worst. Audi Queensway will treat you like a king before you drop the cheque off & take your vehicle but afterwards GOODLUCK you are nothing here. I leased an Audi from these guys & I am a loyal Audi buyer but I will never return to this dealership again. Avoid these guys or go through the nightmare I went through.

The folks at this dealership are very helpful and don't try and push you towards anything. We worked with Ryan Fosbery, who was knowledgeable and on the ball about all the questions we had. Even prior to us coming into the dealership, Ryan had done his homework on what was available based on what our "wants" were and had the options available to us. This was extremely helpful because it was our first car purchase, which was just an exceptional experience. It was very efficient process and no bullshit at all. We ended up purchasing that day the A5 and am very happy with it! I would highly recommend going into this dealership!

Ross has honestly treaded me like a friend throughout process of ordering and talking delivery of my new 2018 RS3. My car had a few hiccups in the beginning, everyone in the dealership from management to technician assured me that the problem would be resolve quickly and Ross kept me up to speed on the progress. Audi Queensway lost a customer due to poor attitude of sale staff who never wanted to approach me or give me the time to explain what I'm looking for. Was in the market for a certified used and came across an ad at Queensway Audi from autotrader. My inquiry put me in contact with Adam who went out of his way to answer my questions and get all the answers to my somewhat unusual requests (switching from a coupe to a sedan because of a recent car seat addition to my vehicle and was obliged with measurements and videos to answer all my questions). In the end I found a perfect car elsewhere but next time i am in the market I would definitely return (and recommend) the dealership based on the excellent personal service I received from their staff (Adam specifically).

Purchased a used VW GTI from Audi Queensway Feb 2020. From start to finish the staff were fantastic. I pre-booked the vehicle viewing with Bogdan from sales who had the vehicle ready to go upon my arrival. Bogdan was knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and the background details involved in the purchase. I felt no pressure to go ahead after test driving the vehicle.

They were upfront with me regarding pricing and had an ear for reasonable negotiations. As part of my purchase price, I had negotiated all four rims to be refinished as they were badly damaged with curb rash. I was assured the rims would be immaculate and I was blown away by the results.

They had a few of the typical dealer "add-ons" on the initial itemized invoice (anti theft etching and other non essential fees) which they removed upon request.

I live an hour away from this dealer, with many other AUDI options littered along the way but I would without hesitation make the trek down to these guys for another purchase when the time comes.

complete disorganization. the place is total chaos and they are extremely unhelpful and unapologetic with servicing delays. understaffed in the mechanic department and it will take ALL DAY to get even a minor job done. they don't tell you any information about when the car will be done and you have to keep calling and hearing them tell you "we have a lot going on, call back in a few hours" well past the original finish time. if you want to avoid headaches do not service your car here. hands down the worst location I have ever been to.

I went there to check the options of buying a car. Very luxurious and spacious place with amazing lounges. However, there was only a single girl there alone who answered phones and directed visitors to sales (simultaneously!). She didn't even notice that I was there (no fault of her!), so I said hi and she told me to wait for a rep ...after about 10 min when no body came to me, I approached her again and she asked me to wait (Not criticizing her bcz she was very busy with no help). I approached a salesman by myself and he said that he was with another costumer ... so I left the building after about 15 min without anyone helping me (btw, I checked upstairs and employees were laughing and joking loudly having good time together without even noticing me!!! was I invisible to them????

Today's lesson: don't judge a book by its very nice expensive cover!!

I recently had my 2003 A4 repaired here and I can honestly say the customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced. I found all staff there to be helpful and polite but the 2 members of staff I primarily dealt with were Ray & Ross. Both guys offered me sound advice and could not have been any more helpful. The price was also extremely reasonable considering the level of service provided. I could not recommend this place highly enough. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I didn't realize buying a car would be as smooth and enjoyable an experience as it was but due to the team at Audi Queensway it certainly was! I got a 2016 Audi TT and Adam Colacitti guided me through the process from beginning to end, including follow-up calls. He was respectful of my timelines and was always available for any questions. Taylor made the financing simple and I felt both Adam and Taylor were being upfront and honest yet realistic about what was needed. Definitely an 5-star experience.

This location is terrible and recommend you to stay away from this dealership. They are unorganized and unprofessional in everything they do. I was forced to go to this location 3-4 times and each time ended up upset and frustrated with the quality of service. Each time i went in i had to deal with Michael which works in the service department.

The first time i went in for a recall and was told that the car would be ready before 5:00 and at 5:30 i eventually called and they had totally forgotten about me and the work that needed to be done. I ended up getting the car past 6:00.

The seccond time was for a safety light that had appeared on my dash and went in to get it diagnosed. They said that a steering module needed to be replaced which was covered under the warrenty. They said they will order the part and it will take about 4-5 working days. After a month and a half i went into the dealership and asked if they had ordered the part or not. After checking on the system they didnt even have my file or part ordered for me. After waiting a couple more weeks and a few more phone calls they ended up ordering the part after 3 months. Keep in mind they consider this part a safety related concern and needs to be addressed immediately.

Eventually i brought in my car to get the work done and again had problems to get a shuttle back home as they did not have any rental vehicles available. At 5:10 i got a phone call from Michael saying my car is ready and that they dont have a shuttle service to pick me up and i would need to come there myself. They said i could get an Uber and pay for it from my own pocket. Its Audi responsibility to provide a shuttle service for owners of vehicles that come in for servicing. Michael once again just brought excuses and was blaming others for his lack of professionalism and decsions that he had made.

Its also funny that even at the dealership there isnt even one manager or supervisor that can deal with customer complaints. They dont even try and help customers to resolve issues that come up. Majoity of the employees are rude and could careless what we think and the quality of service

I strongly believe that this dealership cheapens the value of the Audi brand and the luxurious experience you would expect to receive driving this brand. So if you want to have a better experience and avoid incompetence from the employees and management, then stay well clear from the Audi on Queensway.

Queensway Audi is the real deal.. folks. The reason they are NOT getting 5 stars, is because there is Always room for improvement.... My Sales Rep- Let's just say Au- brey put the AU- "Gold" in Audi. He was very patient, offered workable solutions and aloud me to drive like duke's of hazard... yeehaa...lol All kidding aside, he was very well informed, know is cars, and definitely was NOT disingenuous. More importantly he was committed to me- including coming in on his day off to see me off and ensure I was cared for. Oh yeah A5 baby!... The rest of the team are very good too- as for the crew in the shop- I think there is an opportunity for attention to detail- as that is what make this dealership and these vehicles stand out- DO NOT RUSH TINT JOBS, ENSURE it is complete correctly. Remember to reassemble all parts- DO NOT leave them in the car for the owner to find. Remember to put back, aftermarket items correctly- IE, child set was uninstalled, and not reinstalled- good thing I check it before placing my child in the car. Lastly- most importantly- like any great pair shoes a Man owns, the tires ALWAYS need to look it's best. Now- let me see, if Aubrey wasn't there to push his fellow team to get things in order would it have been done? HMMM - Or are they simply trying to make it hard for this rookie... the jury is out on that one..lol

Now would I recommend QA- Absolutely- I would definitely work with Aubrey for my next purchase.
Taylor was very good, at closing the deal...and has an awesome pitch for selling the tire/rim care... of which I would still would have purchase, without him loaning me his car to do donuts in ... lol So moving forward, this purchase was one of my life long dreams and thanks to QA for helping me get there... I took my brand new Q7 there for a service because...

I took my brand new Q7 there for a service because the side assist function wasn t working. They did some testing and told me that the warranty on my car is voided because my car was damaged and caused the system malfunction. My car was in fact never in any accident or had any damages! They gave me a report, charged me for the repair and car rental and told me that I can further persuade and have they took the car apart and find out rather or not if the problem was actually a manufacturer defect or from an accident! Everything done under my own expense of course!
Update: My Q7 was inspected by a third party and Audi Canada s own technician and the reports prove that my Q7 was never damaged or repainted! I just can t understand how a team of professionals at Audi Queensway can t tell the difference between vehicles original factory paint and repaint job. I m sure it is easier to just let the customer take full responsibility and pay for a repair (even thought it should of been covered by warranty) then to actually take time to fully/carefully inspect the vehicle! If the team at Audi Queensway can t even deduce vehicle s actual problem then why are you in the auto business? Perhaps I m just unlucky and shouldn t have taken my car to Audi Queensway for repair because I didn t buy the actual vehicle there and therefore run into that issue! In my opinion, Audi Queensway not only ruined their reputation and image as a dealer but also the Audi brand in general. I ll take this whole experience as a lesson well learned and move onto other vehicle brands from now now! All thanks to Audi Queensway!

The overall experience at Audi Queensway is unique. The impressive surroundings are filled with pleasant and professional staff who made me feel comfortable enough to make a decision on the spot without even looking elsewhere.

No pressure tactics, nor any desire to steer me to a particular option. Kudos to the entire Audi s team, especially Ross Ramsay! Ross was very knowledgeable, engaging, welcoming and overall couldn t have asked for a better Audi Brand Specialist.

The unveiling of the car was amazing and made me even more excited to receive the car. The explanation about all the features in the car and everything I received in terms of rights and privileges made me feel like a true King, THIS IS customer service at its best!

Many, many thanks to the wonderful staff at Audi Queensway, and in particular Mark Webber, for all of the professional, friendly, and courteous service my parents received when picking up their new A4. This is a dealership that puts customers first, and it shows.

Do not take your vehicle to the service department...

Do not take your vehicle to the service department at Audi Queensway. It's understood you will pay premium dollar to have work done at the dealership, but you are expecting to pay for Audi trained technicians, not lacking technical knowledge and a fancy dealership.

I took my vehicle requesting to have the timing chain and associated components replaced because of a check engine light and some specific errors I was getting. I was told they should first complete full diagnostics as it was major work. After which they told me it did not need a new timing chain, and that the error was sporadic and likely caused my environmental issues. The car was given the all clear.

After getting the car back I promptly noticed the check engine light come back on that night, followed by the car shutting off on the road. Once towed to a reputable mechanic it was confirmed to be timing chain related. I lost a day's worth a work, and was placed in the unsafe position of having a dead car on the road because of Queensway Audi's negligence. They never did a visual inspection, nor did they road test the vehicle. They did a quick scan, cleared the code, and returned the car to me.

Once I had the issues sorted out with my car I spoke to the customer service representative who directed me to email the service manager. After one email response from him blaming the issues on me, all further emails were ignored. That's how Audi Queensway deals with issues - ignore them and hope they go away.

All information was provided to the technicians when I brought the car in. Turns out my "self-diagnosis" provided more information than your Audi trained technicians.

I have just purchased an Audi A4. 2018, new.
First of all, our (my son was with me) contact with Audi Queensway was with the salesman, Colin Diaz.
A young man, but very caring and personable and thoughtful. We were very pleased to have him as our first contact.
Through the process of buying the car, he was very thorough and explained all details to us.
We did go to other dealers (Mercedes and VW), but returned to Audi Queensway because of the car itself and Colin's interaction with us.

Since driving the car home on Thursday, Colin has kept in touch with me to give me encouragement and help if needed with this new car. It is appreciated.
