Everything was ok but the only thing that happened was that when I took my car for service I requested the shuttle transportation and I didn t get it until she told me that my car will be ready for the next day. It was 1 .30 later.

I bought a Jetta from this dealership.This was not the first WV dealership I visited however , it was the most pleasant one. My sales adviser was Sharmin Haider who is a delight to deal with , very courteous and polite. We struck a deal in about 20 mins and were taken to the Business Manager Jihaan for further processing of the documents. Jihaan was very understanding of your needs as well.Also , I must appreciate the process in place that as soon as you receive a confirmation of your appointment at this dealership , you also receive a reach-out email from the G.M of the dealership as well.I have yet to experience their after sale services which hopefully will be equally efficient.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dusko was the service representative who helped me out! He was great ! Even turned on the seat warmers on for us after brining the car to the front !

We saw an add for zero percent financing on used diesels and stopped in unannounced. We were greeted by Max who came outside to meet us. He showed us several vehicles both used and new. We looked at the new base Jetta and when I asked what was the next step up he took us to a demo Jetta Highline. It was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for in a car and met our budget. Max was great and has a keen sense of humour. From here we met several different people who all worked so cohesively to finalize the sale Robert (manager) was a decent man; Dave was free (on pick up day) and helped out because Max was busy and I was an hour early, he was great to talk to. The gent who walked me through the car (sorry I don t remember his name) was kind. Even while I was being shown the car a rep noticed a broken piece in the engine compartment and ordered that piece immediately and when its in, they promised to book an appointment to have it replaced. Over all my experience at Humberview was perfect. Thanks to Max and the entire team for making our first VW purchase a good one.

I recently bought a VW CC from sales consultant Michelle Carvalho.

I got the car I wanted, for the price I wanted, on the day I wanted! It was an overall amazing experience.

I highly recommend that you look for her when you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

just moved to Toronto from Sudbury . Really busy took a week to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. Car was super clean and I left it a mess, sorry about that guys. Everyone was professional and polite. Waved me into the drive through like I was landing a plane. Everything went like clockwork.This is definitely by dealer of choice

Used cars are a premium price here...that s speak for way overpriced...parts Dept. Is ok not great not bad...there is an attitude here as though they were selling Bentley s? Dare I say it? Too professional? Almost void of common sense and human interaction...

Quick and efficient repairs at a reasonable price. Frank S. (service dept.) was great as always. They even made an arrangement for me to pick up my vehicle after they were closed for the day.

Brand new car ran low on oil, so I called them and enquired the process. They mentioned no problem, come in and we can top it up for you.

I take 35 minutes to get there, wait 20 minutes only to be told that I would have to purchase the oil myself and they will top it up.

I was led to believe that they will perform the service and top up the oil free of charge. If they had mentioned buying the oil, I wouldn't have wasted 90 minutes of my time going to them and rather just purchase the oil close to my house and put it in myself.

Had an issue getting a navigation software update installed on my Tiguan, took almost 2 weeks to get it resolved . David in service went above and beyond to keep me updated on the status of the work and the progress of the project, which became very complicated as it was a multi step task. My thanks to he and the team for working through the necessary steps to a conclusion.

Got a new 2016 Tiguan SE after my wife leased a 2016 Golf from you guys. Your all-star crew of Natalie, Max, Calvin, Shant, and Matt made for an awesome experience. Thanks guys!

If I could give a review of six stars out of five or 11 out of 10 I would. I have never had such good service. From the weather-protected drive-in service entrance, to them showing me photos of the components that needed fixing, to the most immaculate car wash ever, I would highly recommend this dealership for service any day.

I had a great experience and got everything done in a timely fashion. My service rep Frank was an absolutely pleasure to deal with and always is.

Exceptional service and personable professional and most caring staff.

Frank was amazing! Depite the fact that the front desk was under great pressure today he took charge and ensured that all client concerns were being addressed with tact and expediency. This was by far the best experience I have had at the Volkswagen dealership on Queensway.

Very thorough inspection of repairs to be done, before actually just throwing parts on to see if that fixes the problem, unlike another vw dealership. Fixed my warranty problem and I'm very pleased. Would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to get work done or to even buy a car

Service rep was great, we went over the issues with my car, insured me I wouldn't be responsible for any undiscussed costs, got me a rental car very quickly, was on my way in no time. Repairs done in a timely manner and my car was returned washed and cleaned inside and out. Very satisfied.

I recently bought a 2013 Volkswagen GLI from Humberview Volkswagen and the service I received was amazing. The salesperson that I worked with was Michelle Carvalho and she was professional & helpful from the minute I walked in to the dealership to the day I picked up my new car. The sales manager, Calvin Burnett, was also extremely helpful and was able to track down a car that checked every box for me. I have been to several other Volkswagen dealerships having owned four VWs in the past and can easily say that the customer service received at Humberview is by far at the top of the list. Honestly, where should I start about this dealership - STAY AWAY!!!

Came here to lease a car, was assured that they could work with my credit needs. 12 days of holding my deposit, these clowns tell me to come pick it up because they can't help me.. How funny, because according to my credit report you guys ran my credit once, and 11 days before i got my deposit. So I waited 11 days for these clowns to tell me to come pickup my deposit..

Those service representatives are so friendly and approachable. They explained everything in detail what has to be done & which is not. They are so patience to listen to you what wrong with the vehicle. Even though the repair-bill was a bit High , But the service you get is well worthy.

Bought my used 2016 GTI here last week and was very impressed with absolutely everyone at the dealership. First off - I got a great deal on my car with only 7000 km on it !! I m a huge car guy and did much research before hand, fantastic price.
Second - my sales Lady, Jenny was awesome. She had no problem contacting the original owner to find out all the random questions I had. Also making sure the car was ready on short notice which I appreciate greatly- that was a whole dealer effort. Amazing work to get my car ready in a day everyone!

The person at the front desk was super rude, cut me off multiple times to put me on hold, then put me on hold and ended the call. Picked up my new VW Jetta yesterday and I have to say the team was super helpful and made this process quick and easy. From the sales manager Mitch to the financial Manager Rob to the car wiz, Nick - I was super happy with how knowledgable and responsive everyone was. Love the car I chose.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Booked car 1 week in advance to get hooked up to machine. Took Friday afternoon off work. Was very specific with what I wanted done and needed to be checked. Car was in service shop at 12:30-2 no work done to my car. The service manager Darren I think he name was. Alll he could do for me is oh just bring your car in another day we don t have the right mechanic in today to do the service work, oh and he may break stuff but it s not our problem if he does you will have to pay for the parts if he does...wow so much bad luck already then this guy tell me well we may break you car and you will have to pay for it. Who does this to a customer and says this.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE FIND ANOTHER DEALER TO BUY YOUR CAR AND BRING IN FOR SERVICE!!! Very disappointed with Volkswagen do to this service manager or consultant= tool

I said well why didn t you call me to cancel so I didn t miss work just for you to have my car in the shop for over 2 hrs and no work be done to it at all. Nothing just sorry. No one takes responsibility that I m inconvenience even though I booked in advance took Friday afternoon off. The is baffling it s volkswagen and this service manger needs some better training. I will never bring my car into this place again.

UPDATE Thank you to the manager for reaching out and contacting me to resolve my bad experience. He was very accommodating, with wanting me to be happy that my car be taken care of for what I had asked to be done originally. My faith has been restored and I very much appreciate the kind gesture and also to Frank.

Also Nick he is there when you pick up ur car he knows the car like his own pocket is professional and politely in teaching you the first steps in your new car. All in one this is a high end team. I bought a 2019 Atlas, and the day I bought a car from the Volkswagen dealer Volkswagendale, I had problems many times in the Toronto area and went to the technical services of all dealers. I can only recommend you this dealer in technical service. I would like to thank all friends and ermin on sale. Italian friend, you are my brother. Seriously they just treated me like family. Had to stop in last minute without an appointment when I had car problems on the way home from work. Very friendly rep Frank greeted me within seconds and made arrangements to get my car in right away to repair the exhaust. Relaxed in the comfortable waiting area with coffee and I was on my way again within an hour. Car was even washed and vacuumed. Great service!

Frank in service is a solid human being. He knows exactly what the customer is looking for and focuses on getting the work done in a fast and timely fashion. Definitely a person you can go to and be taken care of.

I went to John and Frank in the service department after another dealer tried to con me out of a repair that was a mfr defect. Both John and Frank went above and beyond to help me out and fix up the disaster that the other dealership put me through

Best Volkswagen dealership in Mississauga. I came in looking at a used 2015 Golf Gti. Max helped me really look the car over. He gave me a test drive and you could tell he had knowledge about the vehicles he is selling. He helped me get over all my fears about car salesmen and didnt push me into anything. If you are looking to get a Volkswagen, new or used go here and Max will definitely take good care of you.

Always had a great experience with this place, but this time I had to wait 25 minutes just to talk to someone to bring my car in after rushed to make sure I made my appointment. The service itself was great! Oil changed and car nice and clean. But clearly Frank (the guy typically there) being on vacation, made a difference. The girl that helped me was kind and tried her best but clearly overwhelmed because she wasn't getting any help and someone over booked the appointments.

The car was in service, but hey didn't check the wheels pressure of the car!

I have been visiting (formerly Queensway VW) with my 2006 VW Passat since its acquisition as a new car. Over my twelve year ownership it has delivered 210,000 trouble free kilometres. When considering the purchase of a new Passat, I visited each and every GTA Volkswagen dealer, and found none to be as friendly as the no nonsense as the folks at Queensway. A few months ago my service friends had introduced me to Michelle. At our first meeting she impressed me with her candour, integrity, and professionalism. The sales process was quick, easy and painless. How often can a customer say that about a car purchase? I took delivery of the car two days ago. Brought in for car service and maintenance. Overall was ok experience until I picked up my car. The car was not wash and clean. When I asked why the car is not washed yet, they told me it was too cold to wash and it will damages my car. I didnt expect to hear that kind of explanation/ excuse and i left the place since they were not wanted to wash the car at all. It was a little disappointed!

No one bothers to return phone calls to deal with warranty issues. Finally after repeated phone calls I'm told they are backlogged until December, a whole 6 months and wont be able to address the issue.

Was also charged a whopping 600 dollars for the dsg/transmission fluid change.

The only saving grace was a lead mechanic that helped unlock the vehicle when fob was locked in car.

Too bad getting any issues that are still under warranty addressed is like pulling teeth. Yoid think after all the issues VW has had with public relations, they'd improve certain customer practices. This is not the case at this dealership.

Service the car where they built it. The staff at Humberview will take care of you. Service advisor today was Frank. Simple changing of tires from summer to winter yet they washed the care and topped off the fluids free of charge. I always take my VW here with confidence.

I brought in my 2011 Golf this morning for it's 60K maintenance service and I was treated like I was bringing in a 2015 Porsche. Efficient, professional, hospitable, accommodating. From the reception in the forecourt to Frank the service consultant extraordinaire (who made me a REAL espresso upon my arrival) to the polite and distinguished shuttle driver that drove me to the subway station. No detail was spared to ensure that my experience at Humberview Volkswagen was anything short of swift, smooth, luxurious and first class. They didn't just wash my car as a courtesy... they vacuumed the interior too. It was worth the 28km out of my way even though I live 10 minutes from a closer VW dealer with average customer ratings. Look no further. Drive the extra distance. Humberview Volkswagen get it. End of story.

I bought a 2011 Golf 2.5L 5 speed from Humberview in the first week of 2016. I needed a car for work and did not have much time to make a decision. Michelle Carvalho helped me find the right car out in the lot (in -30 degree weather). We literally walked from one end of the lot to the other. When I found what I needed I waited a few days and I was rolling in my new whip with fresh 17'' rims too which I wasn't expecting.
