My first car buying experience turned out a fantastic and memorable one thanks to Aubrey and Taylor who acted swiftly to make sure I got the 2016 Brilliant Red A3 I was looking for (it was the last remaining model in Canada).
I've always wanted to ride a German car and these guys at Audi Queensway made sure I didn't have to look at anything else!. Aubrey explained everything about the car and its features and Taylor took car of the finances, making sure me and my wife left the showroom with a big smile! Cant speak enough of their professionalism, friendliness and customer service incl answering my thousand questions patiently. Proud to be a part of the Audi family!. I would definitely recommend this place to all the future car buyers with a guarantee that you'll not go back disappointed.

First time buying an audi, out of 3 dealers in toronto Queensway was by far the best. Ask for Ross, that guys the man there.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Audrey Sandy!! He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. All my car requirements were met immediately and the experience was flawless. I did not feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. Wayne Custodio made the paperwork seem like a breeze. I have waited for my Q7 since a long time. I first got the information from Aubrey about it in October 2015. Since than he has been very helpful in providing me all the information and services I have wanted. Overall I would say that his services have been EXCELLENT and I would once again like to thank him.

This was a long overdue review but dealing with Blake at Audi Queensway was the best experience I've ever had. This was my third purchase from Audi Queensway and each experience has been better than the last. After my last service, Aubrey Sandy contacted me about upgrading my 2014 to a 2018. While buying a new car wasn't top of mind, he walked me through the appraisal of my car, showed me the fantastic 2018 line-up and provided many options in a no-pressure way. Within a week, I was driving my new 2018 and am loving it! Thanks Aubrey and thanks Queensway Audi!

Recently purchased a used vehicle.
Bogdan Constantinecu was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable from test driving until the end of the buying process. He handled a few after sale minor hiccups very accurately and professionally.

Bit disappointed with the service department. Always dodging calls and never returning calls or replying to emails.

Never fixes the vehicle the first time. Laurie has been great but ignoring calls and not replying to emails is really poor.

Working in the automotive industry, I know what to expect, but this behaviour from the service department is very disappointing.

Contacted the assistant service manager Raul and same result. Ignored emails and voicemails.

Did the TDI fix and have had multiple issues which were taken care of by another dealer of which I had no relationship to. We bought and did all of our servicing here until we started being ignored.

Went back and forth with sunroof issues which was never justified the first time. Spent time and money, and the problem is back. Cars get old and require maintenance. I get it but if the job was corrected the first time, we wouldn t be here.

Sales side was amazing. From dealing with Bogdan and Wayne.

Service is where it s lacking.

Poor way to conduct business.

It was to my fortune to have been welcomed by Natalia Oleynikov upon my visit to Audi Queensway. I absolutely love when a brand specialist is passionate and knowledgeable about what they sell! Natalia was courteous and diligent in addressing all my inquiries. She genuinely cares about getting you in exactly what you want without the sales pressure, I totally understand why this location has the best reviews.

I recently purchased an A7 from Queensway Audi and I dealt with Adam Colacitti. Adam was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the car, kept me up to date throughout the process, prompt in responding to all me emails, and went out of the way to pick me from my office on the day I picked up the car. I would highly recommend dealing with Adam, you will be impressed with his professionalism, service and friendly manner.

Bunch of shoemakers. I picked up my car after dropping it off for an oil change only to find oil on my steering wheel. The mechanics must of received their certificates in a cereal box

I am a new Audi owner. I wanted a 7 seater SUV and looked at literally everything in the market. I walked into Audi and met Adam Colacitti and he was amazing. The Q7 was the last vehicle I looked at. There was no hard sell just courtesy and accommodation. Adam listened to what I wanted and then did whatever he could to meet my needs. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Adam and Audi Queensway. Adam really went above and beyond. I met many salespeople at many different dealerships in my search and the service at Audi was by far the best.

Terrible service. Took 9 hours for an oil change, was told vehicle would be ready 4:00pm at the latest, ended up picking up 5:30pm. Not to mention custy hand prints on my windshield and now my mints are missing from the car smh

Picked up my new car today, 2020 A3 with amazing red leather seats. I m really happy with this great purchase.

Good experience, bought a used vehicle....no pressure sales. Colin, Ryan and Wayne were great to deal with, the issues that I had with the vehicle were resolved with good care.

Great experience overall! Not only did Aubrey Sandy make us feel like we were part of the Audi Family, but he made us feel like we were part of his own family! The reason I feel compelled to write this review about my experience at Audi Queensway is in the hopes that future possible customers that are in the market for an Audi and are deciding what dealership to spend their money at and have a relationship with go no further Audi Queensway is fabulous I did give them 5 stars.

I currently own a 2014 Audi Q5 TDI s line that was involved in the emissions Scandal through Audi Corporation worldwide.

Although I bought my car at a different dealership and paid cash in full I was forced to find a new dealership to forge a relationship with to service my car and at least to take care of the emission Scandal recall.

For anybody that owned one of these Audi TDI diesels it has been a very stressful couple years waiting for the courts to make decisions on what to do in the meantime it was the owner's responsibility to make sure that the recall was done in due time will let me tell you already Queensway went over and above their Call of Duty they were kind courteous diligent organized and professional.

And so at this point I Christopher J Bellisario and my dog Gustav the Third want to extend a very warm and heartful thank you to the entire team at Audi Queensway and the shout out to my new service rep JP.

And let me end off this review with a little bit of History my first Volkswagen that I own was a 1989 Jetta Trophy and had owned a Volkswagen and or Audi since then and I was at my ends with with Audie Canada and was ready to throw in my hat if it wasn't for the Audi Queensway team Volkswagen Audi was about to lose a 25-year customer that had purchased five of their cars over the years.

And I will make it a point that my next car purchased will be at Queensway thank you guys.

Received horrible customer service
The staff was not welcoming. I visited the dealership to inquire about simple information and was brushed off and spoken down to. I tried to call in to speak to a manager and i never received a call back.

I service all my Audi's there...the team is awesome!

First off, the size and inventory of vehicles of this dealership is like no other. The Service i got there from beginning to end was top notched. i walked into the wrong section of the dealership and had someone from the service department walk me all the way over to the sales dept to meet with my sales rep.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Blake, sent over a email to enquire about a A3 TDI and in the matter of minutes i had a reply. Scheduled a test drive, presentation of the vehicle for a test drive looked like it was ready to leave the lot with me that day. Blake was very professional, friendly, and just the most down to earth car salesperson I've ever dealt with, not once did i feel pressured and to me that his level of professional made the deal happen that night. He explained all the features of the vehicle, all the warranty coverage, and my payment options.
Blake review 10/10. I already have recommended other friends and family to Blake.

I was dealing with a Volkswagen TDI scandal trade in, the dealership was very patience with me. They held on to the car until the transaction was complete. Both Blake and Manager knew about my situation and were very fair with the whole situation.

While my initial buying experience at Audi Queensway was very positive, all of my dealings with the Service Dept. at Audi Queensway have been horrible. Initially, I thought they were only incompetent and disorganized, but my most recent visit has left me believing that they are also dishonest. I will not return to this location ever again, and advise others to stay far away. If you really wish to purchase an Audi, I would recommend seeking out another dealership with a more competent and respectable service department.

My partner and I had the best experience at this dealership! We were in the market to lease a new vehicle and neither of us had experience with leasing before, Reggie was beyond helpful. Over the years this location went through many changes and renovation,looks better and better every time.

I wanted to take the time to share my incredible experience with Audi queensway; in particular Blake Elliot. He assisted me in getting my first Audi and he ensured that I will be an Audi owner for life. From helping make the numbers work to every little detail throughout the process, I cannot express the elite class of customer service I received from him. When my car was recalled a few days before pick up and I had no vehicle to drive, Blake ensured I had a vehicle to get around in the interim. Constant communication and updates helped until I was able to get my own car. Every request I had (winter mats, SIRIUS) Blake was able to meet, and went above and beyond to address my needs. The best car-buying experience ever!

I am so impressed by the customer service provided by Adam and Taylor. I gave them the difficult task of helping me find a vehicle with very short notice and they delivered. They went above and beyond in ensuring that my needs were met, and provided honest, and incredibly efficient service.

I went to the dealership yesterday to speak to them about leasing a vehicle, and within a matter of 2 hours I had signed the lease, obtained insurance and processed my credit application. I am thrilled to announce that I picked up my new A7 in less than 24 hours from first walking into the dealership, and I'm so happy with my decision!

When picking it up today, Adam was incredibly thorough in explaining all of the aspects of the lease, and took the time to show me all of the incredible features that it has to offer.

I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership, and would like to recognize both Adam and Taylor for their dedication to customer service. After having a number of poor experiences at other dealerships recently, I have to say that this was by far, the most enjoyable, efficient and professional service that I have received.

I walked into Audi Queensway back in November and said I was looking to buy a Q5. The sales representative could not have been more underwhelming. I wanted to hear a pitch or at least someone reinforce my thoughts on what I already wanted to buy.
I ended up buying from Pfaff and received great costumer service there.
I've since tried to book a service appointment at Queensway as it is closer to where I live, only to find out it's at least a 3 week wait. I've called back and left messages with the service desk as well as the service manager 3 separate times and no one has called me back.
Very disappointed.

Overall a great experience! I was greeted by Peiman (Audi Brand Specialist), whom I had spoken to earlier to book a test drive. He asked all the right questions and was quickly able to assess what I was looking for. He was also very knowledgeable about the car, the brand, and the service options. Highly recommended!

Took in my Q5 for a recall update, what amazing service i got from Aldrin Adaoag!!! took a couple hours like he said and they even wash the inside and outside of the car!!! what truly great service!!!

The worst service ever! My friend s car has been there for months to be fixed. And they told us to pick up the car but when we went, it wasn t done. It happened couple times. And when we went there at last, there was still a part that was missing, so we had to come again. Plus warranty and all the invoices weren t given when we paid. I won t suggest anyone to go there for their service

I just purchased my THIRD car from Peiman Najjari and this dealership. Peiman has truly been a pleasure to deal with and has gone above and beyond on every single transaction. The dealership is very nice. It has the largest showroom from all the Audi dealerships. The salesman is very good and not pushy.

Audi Queensway, what can I say for as much as everything cost over there you think they would have more than one Parts Guy cannot have to be on hold for half an hour

Came into Queensway Audi a couple of weeks ago to look into purchasing an RS3. I was walked through every spec and detail on the car by Ross, by far the best customer service and dealer experience ive ever had. He helped me decide on the perfect car i wanted. Would HIGHLY reccomend him when purchasing a car, made my visit that much better, thank you Audi Queensway for the new RS3!

I went in to the Queensway Audi dealership to ask the Parts Dept how to replace my lost lug nut lock for my car's lug nuts. The chap at the Parts desk advised me what my options were, but then asked if I would like him to come out and help me by checking the tool tray in the trunk to see if the missing lug nut lock might be there.

Not finding the missing lock, he offered to get a tool from the repair shop to tell which lug nut lock my car was using. He then took a close look at my car's lug nuts and noticed that they were not using lug nut locks, much to my surprise!!

I think anyone would have to agree that this level of service is truly exceptional.

My sincere Thanks to this parts technician and to Queensway Audi for such superb customer service!

I purchased a 2017 A4 from this location 2 years ago. Aside from loving my vehicle, I have had the pleasure of dealing with the service department since then.

Most recently, I worked with Laurie in service. I had a coolant leak due to a faulty seal. Laurie got me in quickly, made sure I had a rental vehicle to keep my life moving forward.

During the repair process, my loaner car ended up with a flat tire, left me somewhat stranded outside of my office late on a weeknight. With Laurie's exceptional customer-centric approach, she ensured my recently repaired (all covered by warranty) vehicle was brought out to me and the rental made its way home.

Shortly thereafter, Laurie continued her dilligent follow-up to let me know the tire had some damage (hard to pinpoint where or when) but that Audi was happy to take care of the repair and that there were no incremental obligations on me. Including the fuel in the vehicle.

I will be coming back to Audi Queensway for all my service, I have 3 Audi dealerships between my house and this location and there's no question this is where I will be going for all my vehicle needs, all because of Laurie and her hard work.

In 27 years of marriage, my husband and I have bought many cars. In 27 years I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a great crew as the team at Audi Queensway.
Aubrey the sales associate was absolutely incredible, felt comfortable with him right from the very start, almost like you were buying a car from one of your friends who you trusted not to steer you in the wrong direction. So comfortable dealing with Aubrey it was crazy.
Even in the finance dept where I usually feel like I am being bullied Gustavo was great, explained every thing in great detail and let us decide what was best for us.
side note they both stayed past working hours for us and never once did it feel like they were rushing us out the door.

Right from the start, Natalia made us feel welcome at a dealership we were not very familiar with. She is a great communicator and extremely resourceful. Looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Worest service. Waited 40 minutes for the ride to the subway station, then they told me the driver still not come back yet.

I used to take my A4 and Q5 to Queensway (bought the Q5 TDI from Queensway). The purchase of the Q5 was good and salesman helpful.

Service used to be good, but it seemed like their processes were more set up to accomodate them than me, the customer. Final straw was they were advising us to do work that was not required. This was verified by an independent garage and the fact the parts (battery and brakes) continued to function for several years. Trust is important. Found a local garage that can do all the work that is really required, and at a lower cost.

We were huge fans also at first. You get treated like king and queen, but when it comes to honor warranty they don't want you there. Audi makes customers to pay for the things covered by warranty like rust. Be careful.

Totally recommend Dom- Geoff -Blake and Eric- they are a great team - if there is an issue they seem to fix the problem . Very knowledgeable, personable, and hard working! Third lease in a row from this dealership.
