Booked an appointment to service my wife car. I was told it will be done next day. I had to chase after them 2 days later to find out if the car is finished. Every time I call, they would tell me that someone from service department will call me right back. When I went to pick up the car, I had to wait 10 min to pay because 2 of the customer service reps were on the phone and one was busy on the PC. Finally when I got to my car, I find out that they detailed half of it..That is right..only the front half, they removed the child seat and did not put it back and somehow they decided not to bother cleaning the rear side of the car!! maybe we would not notice.

Worst Dealership not at all courteous just there to take your money. I bought brand new Audi Q7 on August 25 2017 from salesman name ANDY very unfriendly person and has no knowledge about the product. Worst thing I wasn't given any tutorial how to drive this machine and I know how I drove without knowing the features about the car on highway 401.

Audi Queensway is amazing! My fiance (Kevin) couldn t take off any weekday to see Q5 cause of his work but Aubrey accomodated everything by diligently and promptly replying to his countless emails. When my fiance and i could finally make a day to visit the dealership, Aubrey surprised us by reservinng our Q5 right in front of the doorway. He made our day so easy by reminding all conversations happened during emails. I would definately visit this place again for my next car, Q3. Aubrey, keep up the great work! The service we received at Audi Queensway was exceptional. I was searching for a vehicle online, and sent a message to this dealership, among others. I received a reply within an hour. From that moment on, Blake took care of us, delivering every promise made and then some. Our vehicle wasn't available right away due to a recall, but we were notified immediately of updates and were ready to pick up in a very reasonable time frame. There were many personal touches that made this experience a great one...from the text updates to the welcome letter attached to my truck, I must say the service here is nothing short of Audi quality. Blake and Taylor were such a pleasure to deal with. We will be back.

Bought my current Audi there. Service has been so spotty that I drive to another Audi dealer for service. Dropped in twice recently to purchase a part. Walked around showroom for several minutes and was completely ignored. I contacted Audi Canada they had a sales rep call me a week later. I love Audi cars but would never buy again from this dealership.
Had to stand around for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. The sales team did not know more than the basic specs of the car, I guess car salesman dont necessarily have to be car enthusiasts. I am a proud BMW owner now !

Do NOT go here. The employees are scam artists. They are very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I got my Audi Q5 back from them it had scratches all over it from them repairing my brakes. They did not compensate me for having my car damaged even more that it already was. Please do not go there. They will rip you off. Worst Audi dealership in the city.

Wow, I can not believe some of the extremely negative reviews that have been written about this dealership and the service department. I have had nothing but the best service as well as customer service from them, especially from Aldrin and Laurie. Even though I had purchased my 2017 A4 used from a third party dealer, from the very beginning when I had technical glitches with the MMI system and the keyless entry on the drivers door, they had always went above and beyond to help me. The issue I had with the MMI required months of diagnosing as it was an intermittent problem that caused my entire MMI system to reboot (sometimes multiple times within a few min) and this issue was one that had to be dealt with through Audi Canada and the head office in Germany. Regardless of the numerous times I'v had to drop the car of and even leave it there for weeks, I was provided with the best service and communication, also being given another A4 rental to drive which I wasn't even charged for. This entire service was all covered by warranty and the only thing I have had to pay for was the minimum charge of the 1 day rental (as it is optional if you want it) and if they have to keep the car beyond what is the standard time given for the service, then they don't charge you for additional day/days. Even since my warranty expired, I have been bringing my car here for the regular maintenance checkups and oil changes, and even exploring other options with the sales staff for a trade in value and purchase of a new car. No matter who I talked to, I had always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I truly believe the some of the people with the negative reviews are just ignorant and feel entitled which ends up clouding there perspective on the situation and not allowing them to understand that there are 2 sides to every story as well as sometimes the customer service staff are not in control of why a the wrong part was delivered or why the customer would connect a diagnostic computer which ends up clearing the faults and not allowing the technicians to do their job as they have their own guide lines and procedures set out for them to follow by Audi themselves. The service department has to maintain flow and follow the guidelines or else they themselves can get into trouble for not following the rules (again set out by Audi). If you buy a luxury vehicle and there is a problem with it don't be cheap. Unless you are willing to take it to a third party mechanic, DO NOT attempt to self diagnose the issue with your own plug in computer and then expect the Audi technicians to know what is wrong after you have cleared all the faults (which will not come back until the problem happens again). Cars these days rely on computers to store all information necessary to diagnose the problem and this is the reason why they are called Technicians and not Mechanics. On a final note, I did not purchase the most expensive car and I didn't even purchase it from them, but regardless of that, over the last 2 years, every time I am there, they treat me as if I did.
I chose to take my vehicle in for servicing here at this location solely based on the really good reviews on Google. My experience was close to ending in a 2/5 star review, however, they got everything completed and got me out in time as I had initially requested. I did have to pass out on my courtesy car wash due to the timing. But, I'd rather have them do a solid job on the servicing of the vehicle as opposed to cosmetic appearance. Besides, I prefer to wash it myself. Lol
Didn t purchase a vehicle through them but I got to deal with Adam in finance for the purchase of additional warranty and maintenance services on my vehicle. He was able to give me a really good deal in a timely fashion. Overall positive experience
Overall great experience with Rob. They were transparent, helpful and worked with me throughout the car shopping experience. There were a few hiccups that came up with my trade in (it was a leased car coming up to term), but they took care of it quickly and fairly. I had to drive 8 hours to pick it up and I was a bit leary when I made the deal online. I am lucky enough to be the owner of a 2016 Audi Q3 that I picked up yesterday from Audi Queensway. I am totally happy with my new Audi and the overall experience at Audi Queensway. The salesman that I bought the car from was Blake Elliot. We originally met Blake about a month earlier when we first started our car shopping experience. Blake took us for 2 test drives and told us everything we needed to know about owning an Audi and the benefits of buying from Queensway Audi. My wife and I continued to shop around until we narrowed our search for a Q3. Blake was very easy to deal with, was not in your face, and I ended up purchasing the car, had a test drive and was out of the dealership in about 1 1/2 hours. That never happens. I had considered using Unhaggle but in this experience it would have been a waste of money. Upon pick-up of the car it was in excellent condition, we had a detailed tour of how the vehicle works and a little thank-you gift. I ended up buying Audi Care and I hope the positive of this dealership continues.
I had to pick up a Audi adaptor. I plugged it in and need to return it. And all over the bill it had all these disclaimers dor no refunds and restocking fees etc etc.
But the guys at the counter was golden. I wish more dealerships are like this. They did a full refund no questions asked on the spot. No restock fees.
I purchased a manual 2017 Audi S5 from Blake Elliot at Audi Queensway. He proved himself very knowledgeable, direct and did not play games. Blake was especially helpful in locating the exact vehicle I wanted with the requested options and bringing it to Queensway as it was not available anywhere in Ontario at all. I will be returning to Blake in a few years when my wife is ready for her new Q5.

Once again Aubrey Sandy exceeded our expectations! This is my second purchase made from him. I am expecting another child, and needed a bigger vehicle, he kept looking at possible cars that would suit my needs. He found me the perfect Q7, and for a fairly decent price. The service department has no idea, or care about customer service. This is not the first time. This service appointment was scheduled in advance. All details provided to the service department in advance, including the need for a shuttle service to drive back. When you arrive, no one approaches you to welcome and provide directions. I ended out wandering around the office trying to know how I can take the shuttle service back home. Waited for 30 min, until decided to inquire about the shuttle again.
It s been just over a year since we purchased are Audi Q5 SUV sport model. We are very happy with the performance of the Q5. It has the comfort of a SUV with the feel of a car. The heated seats in the back has made all the difference for my boys and dogs in the winter. We purchased the Q5 from Aubrey Sandy. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable right away. It felt like we were making a purchase from a friend. I strongly recommend Aubrey to anyone looking to buy an Audi.
When I first walked into the dealership Bogdan helped me with my inquiries about purchasing a new A4. I was very satisfied with his answers to all of my questions regarding the new Audi A4 and he even went out of his way to explain all the details that I wasn't aware of myself. The car was ready without any incidence whatsoever. On the day of pickup he went with me to the car and examined it to make sure that there were no issues. I have purchased many vehicles in the past from other dealerships and this is the first time I didn't feel like I was being ripped off or constantly being upsold for packages or products I didn't need(Thanks to Taylor). With honest and professional attitude of employees, Audi's reputation for excellent customer service has been upheld. I can only see a bright future from this particular dealership.

Worst customer service. I had a dead car that wouldn't start. It could've been the battery or I was suspecting it to be the alternator. All the information I wanted was if it was the alternator, how long it might take to get it fixed/replaced. The lady on the phone could not comprehend the meaning of "IF" and just repeatedly said that she wouldn't be able to give me any information until they've taken a look at the car. Clearly just trying to grab some money.
Great service and friendly, educated staff! We first started our journey for a new Q5 last year when I met with Aubrey (went to him after reading other good reviews). I put off the purchase for a while, but Aubrey remained extremely patient and kept me updated. When we were ready to get the car this year, he was there to help make the process as smooth as possible. Great guy friendly, educated, did his best to get us what we needed and fit within our price range. We had lots of questions and changed our mind many times but he was patient the entire time. The rest of the staff was great as well. If you re looking for a new car I d definitely recommend Aubrey. I m not a fan of big dealerships where you feel like just another number, and I definitely didn t get that feeling here.
Worst dealer ever - had an appointment with a VIP Dilawari rep - sends me an email day of apt to confirm and says send me a copy of my DL via email and her will have car ready for test drive. (I didn't send him my DL via email). I arrive my car for test drive, makes me test another model says its the same...he had no knowledge of the vehicle. Anyhow I waled out took my business somewhere else where I was able to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and deal with a knowledgable sales person.
Excellent place to get an Audi, they just opened in this new location. The sales are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help out. They also have many models available for you to actual see and try. There is a VR ready show room for clients to test. Give it a try to see how Audi looks like in a virtual world.

Friendly appointment booking and my service specialist, Laurie, was friendly and helpful for my first service on my new TT. Complementary wash of exterior of car, the car mats, and washing brake dust off wheels was a nice touch including the application of water repellent on my windshield!
Parts department was also very helpful the times that I have contacted them. Online queries to Parts were answered promptly and the service person was very helpful above and beyond. I was missing wheel lug caps on one of my tires when I purchased the car at a different dealer. He came out to look at my car, went over to see if he could find some, and put them on my wheels.
This type of experience builds loyalty and repeat business. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced here and buy my next Audi from this dealer.

I have been a client of Alasdair Fenton at Audi Queensway for over 12 years now, currently on my 4th lease. From the beginning, I liked Alasdair's approachable, knowledgeable and honest way of dealing with me. He is a straight shooter and he listens carefully to my needs and financial parameters, instead of trying to sell me something that I don't want or can't afford. Plus I don't play games, so I know that I am getting the 'best deal possible' with Alasdair. (He also went the extra step of taking time to help teach me how to drive a manual transmission back when I bought my first Audi! )
They were supposed to rectify a vibration issue before the sale. Repeatedly lied that the issue had been fixed when it hadn't. As a result, closing of deal was delayed by 15 days during which I had a rental car. After delivery of the car noticed that brakes severely squealing indicating totally worn brakes when dealership had lied in the vehicle safety certification. They then refused to respond to any communication.
Top Notch buying experience from beginning to end. Adam my sales guy and Audi Brand Specialist, was friendly, patient and very helpful in guiding me through the decision-making process. Taylor was very informative and responsive as well on the financing side. Phil (sales manager), Dez (Audi Brand Specialist), Caroline at the front desk, everyone was pleasant, no one pressured me; I got the real sense that these guys are not in it just to sell you a car and make a quick buck; they understand the lifetime value of a client and treat you very well accordingly. It was most appreciated and I highly recommend them if you're looking for an Audi*. I also enjoyed the muffins, cookies and coffee :)
*Needless to say, the Audi driving experience is second to none. The A4 I purchased is a marvel of style, comfort and technology. Do yourself a favour and test drive one soon.

I recently was looking for an Audi TT and Audi Queensway had the car I wanted, I called them and spoke with Aubrey Sandy. I must say I have purchased many cars and was dreading the wheeling and dealing, waiting while a sales rep went and spoke to the manager or when a dealership offers a pittance of the value on your trade-in car. I did not have to go through any of that with Aubrey! In fact buying this car with Aubrey was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a car. The service of the staff at Audi Queensway is excellent. They are friendly, knowledgable and treat their customers extremely well. I will definitely return there when I need to purchase another vehicle.
