Bought a beautiful blue S5 the other day from this dealership, they dropped the price from me from the already originally dropped price and threw in a rear S5 badge which wasn't on the car. Was a pleasure dealing with all the staff there and would recommend for anyone interested in purchasing an Audi. Low finance rates and great warranty deals.

If you are in the market for a reliable, sporty and luxury vehicle and have decided on Audi, expect professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly service from Aubrey Sandy (Audi Brand Specialist). I was quite surprised when I simply filled out an online inquiry form about a RS7 how patient, detailed and dedicated her effort around the clock in answering my questions, and drafting an offer to me after business hours.

I was not expecting to visit the dealership so soon as I was still "thinking about it", but the level of knowledge, the positive attitude and willingness to work with me around my budget made me feel literally no sales pressure at all, Aubrey built this solid relationship of trust and transparency, to the point where I had messaged her I wanted to come in the same day.

This is what a positive customer experience is all about: listening, understanding, and providing options that are very competitive. I must say, having dealt with many other sales before, this is my first positive review. I hope this helps future clients of Audi Queensway if it is their first time here.

Nothing is too big a problem for these highly skilled and client aware group. Every rep knows that time is money so they have you back on the road ASAP- but they're happy to explain until you understand. And morning or evening there's coffee and paper avail. No wonder it's so popular!

Have to give credit where credit is due. From a simple website inquiry to a very responsive Wallace Lee who referred me to Amelle Badran to driving home in a 2016 A4 in less than a week! Superb experience and interaction with the staff at Queensway Audi. It was a very smooth buying experience and would definitely recommend this dealer along with the Audi Brand Specialist that I worked with - Amelle. If you're in the market for an Audi, these folks will earn your business.

The first time I've actually enjoyed buying a car as historically I've always been subjected to high pressure sales tactics. I shopped for a year to find the right car locally, without success.
I found the exact car I wanted, at Audi Queensway in Ontario.

Karin "Motor Gal" Germain was amazing, and went above and beyond.

She live streamed ANY part of the car I wanted to see, going so far as to crawl under the car for a visual inspection. She did a great job dealing with all the normally unfamiliar details of long distance car buying. We arranged our own shipping, but she had the detailing, and everything organized so we had as little to worry about as possible.

Buying a vehicle long distance, with no way to go see it during a pandemic can be stressful, but the vehicle was exactly as described when it arrived, with no surprises.

Initially visited Audi Oakville, which nearly turned me away from Audi as a brand altogether. Decided to give Audi Queensway a try when cross-shopping just as a sanity check and was blown away by the drastically different experience I received there. Aubrey is very forthcoming and genuine and I was able to negotiate a fair deal very quickly with no games and great after-sales service. Would definitely recommend.

Obviously, it goes without saying that they are still in it to make a living so expect to work a bit for deals but you should be treated respectfully throughout all of it.

I have seen on TV and heard horrible things about Audi, specially Queensway. They give you the run around when it comes to repairs under warranty. I have owned many cars and SUVs and never had problem with any other manufacturer when it came to recalls and warranty. Watch Cunsumer SOS and Facebook messages, before Audi deletes the blogs, and you will change your mind about buying Audi. Don't wast your money, they kiss your hands before signing but after that very much screw you. Pay for defects yourself.

Boughtt a 2-year old "Audi Certified Plus" A7 from another Dilawri Audi dealership and had it shipped here. The finance manager (Adam Colacitti) who helped me with the paperwork and getting the car was brilliant- if this review was based solely on the purchasing experience with Adam, would be 5-stars! But unfortunately I made the mistake of asking for a safety as well since the car was switching Provinces. And despite the fact that this was already an Audi certified plus vehicle, and despite the fact that they only took 10 minutes to look at the car for safety (literally- I saw the car come in and they gave me the safety within 10 minutes), they still charged me $280 for the safety, saying that a safety takes 2 hours of labour? Makes me wonder what the dealership does in the "300+ point inspection" that they brag about for their Audi certified plus vehicles? I guess far less than a safety check? In any event, I have 40 years of car purchases ahead of me, and this first experience with this dealership has taught me where I won't be doing business... Hope Adam decides to move elsewhere so I can do business with him again!

Every time I get my car serviced here I feel rushed. The staff (although they are nice) do not seem to be very knowledgeable or have my best interest. Its to the point where I just call other Audi dealerships to get my answers, and I usually do, without having to wait for a call back because the staff is not aware of the simple or common issues or its too busy.

I had a nail in my tire (probably should have gone anywhere else for this) so I went to Audi (its was snowing) and I asked to forgo the car wash as its pointless due to weather. they charged me $80 and I waited for an hour and half!!!!!! for a nail!!!!!

the manager simply said they have "mechanics with different skills sets working." if it takes you that long to remove a nail from a tire then maybe you should consider a different position.

they always offer me the shuttle, half they time they drive me the other half they don't because I'm "too far"(takes 7 min to get to my house). some consistancy and reliability would also be nice. its gets tiring arguing "you guys drove me last time"

If you are purchasing an Audi anywhere in the GTA - my recommendation is you save time by dealing only with him.

Our interaction was genuine, candid and he was exceptionally reasonable. I issued my budget and my wants in my first Audi and Adam managed my expectations professionally, all the while stretching my dollar into tangible upgrades to further enhance my car buying experience.

He remained available throughout the process as I finalized the sale of my previous vehicle and adapted to my many (sorry!!) enquiries. All the while he kept his sense of humor, customer centric attitude and addressed a high maintenance customer.

Adam, really went out of his way to ensure I was truly happy with the purchase. He took his time to explain and make me feel comfortable and informed about my purchase. This is not my 1st Audi Q7 but this is by far the most wonderful buying experience and a memorable one. Adam conducted himself in a very professional manner and he clearly knew a lot about the Q7 I was purchasing. I am difficult client to begin with and to know that Adam was understanding and accommodating really great. I actually got a quote my Uptown Audi and the guy gave me such a hard time; so I went to Audi Queensway. From the time I stepped into the showroom to negotiate (which by the way was a great experience but I did not have to try too hard, they gave me what I wanted without giving me a hard time) to picking up the new Q7, the experience really refreshing.

My issue is with the servicing of my 2017 Audi A4....

My issue is with the servicing of my 2017 Audi A4. I brought it in to Queensway July 10th 2017 for a scratch on the windshield that had been caused by the clip coming off the wiper blade. Also it was due for it's first oil change and the foot swipe trunk release wasn't working. Aldrin from service came out looked the car over and we discussed the 3 issues. my car sat on the lot for 3 days without moving. I called Aldrin and he said they were waiting for the trunk part. The next day Aldrin called me and told me to come get my car. The windshield and the trunk issue had not been dealt with. Aldrin was out. I've called several times and spoken to Aldrin , he is good at returning calls promptly. First he said they were waiting for the trunk part, but it apparently wasn't the only issue in that last time we spoke, August 4rth, I said forget the trunk for now , just fix the window..he said he'd passed the message on to service to book an appointment. It's August 14th and I have still not been contacted and will now be calling again. When you pay nearly $60, 000 and buy the 10 year warranty and offered coverage you don't really expect to be treated like that. Either they are swamped and under staffed, incompetent, or warranty issues aren't a priority. Either way Queensway Audi is dropping the ball big time to the point I felt it necessary to write the only dealership review of my life at 54 years of age.

The first thing I would say is to never opt for the maintenance package. It s their way of obligating you to keep coming back and not getting second opinions. We have a 2015 Q7 with a maintenance package. After about 6 months, our Q7 started producing an inordinate amount of brake dust on the front rims. They explained it away as normal. Your rims being black a week after washing is not normal, but oh well. At around 50k, they said we needed new front brakes and rotors and new tires. About 2200 dollars. And still heavy brake dust. OK. At 70k, they said that the rear tires need to be done. And a new battery! By now, I don t trust them. I take the Q7 to a reputable mechanic. Guess what? Battery is fine. Front brakes at 50% and rear at 30-40%? Another thing to add is that out of the 3 years we have had it, the brakes have squeaked for half that time. This is a luxury vehicle! Their reasoning? Perfectly normal for high performance brakes. The other mechanic said that they used the lowest quality available. Last time I buy from them.

Note: I received a detailed response to my email after they posted the response below. Among the explanations: "While I understand the frustration regarding the brake squeal and brake dust accumulation on the rims, I want to assure you that these are just part of the normal operation of the vehicle." I don't recall seeing that in their marketing materials for their 70K Q7.

The vehicle turned out to have a few issues and we had to take it back for service. Marti was so helpful and accommodating. He made sure we had a loner vehicle while ours was being repaired. Buying a car can be a stressful task. However, if you do your homework and pay a visit to Audi Queensway and talk with Adam, you can be set on the path towards finding a car that is perfect for you. Adam's optimism and energy is a welcoming factor that matched my excitement towards the purchase. His friendly demeanour and professional knowledge ensure that the whole process went as smooth as the ride itself. It has been an enjoyable experience and a pleasure working with Adam. I am really happy driving the Q5 using the Audi Drive Select in the Dynamic Mode, it becomes a different beast altogether.

Was scheduled for an oil change. Had to wait for 10 minutes standing up to just check in, no waiting area or any other luxuries like that. The attendant had no idea the specs of my car even though I had given my VIN when booking the appointment. Finally, was told it would take 3 hours; for an oil change?! The reason, I am told, was because it was a bit busy. No idea what the point of having an appointment is. Won't go back.

Blake facilitated this process in a very FUN and seamless way. We didn't question his recommendations and his in depth knowledge of our options. We ended up going with an Audi Q5. Impeccable sales experience, knowledgeable and patient staff. I will get another car from the same folks anytime - they know their stuff, do a great job at need assessment and do not force you to spend more than you have to. However, the same cannot be said about the service and customer experience at the service centre. The first 2 times that the car went for service, they did a great job - the car came back nice and clean, they gave us a proper luxury rental car, and most importantly, they informed us when to come and pick up. Since, then the service experience has taken a nose dive - the car never comes back clean or properly washed, they cheap out on rental cars even if you offer them to pay for the upgrade, and the worst part is that no one calls you once the car is ready. I had to call 7 times and leave 2 messages to get a status update on my car recently - no one picks up the phone or bothers to call back. Finally, I had to drive there to find out that the car was ready and the person in-charge never bothered to call. The rep at the desk - I wish I could remember his name lied to my face that they were trying to reach me and they left a message. I showed him my Recent Call history and Voice mail list to prove him wrong. Other than the lady at the triage, everyone else seems to be lost and unhelpful. I think there is an opportunity here for some front desk training. Here is a tip from someone whose job depends on managing customer experience and NPS - luxury car market is competitive and customers have more power, choice and the money to spend. Great Sales experience, if not followed up with superior customer service is the Achilles heel of this business. Customer loyalty is earned not bought with discounts and offers.

To be fair, i'll admit to my bias; I just drove off the lot with my 2016 S5 yesterday. What a car! This is after trading in my 2013 A5, also purchased from Peiman at Queensway Audi in 2013. Two cars in less than three years.

Peiman is soft spoken, is understanding of my needs, full of integrity and completely transparent. I am not an easy client and he dealt with me exactly as I expect him to.

2011 Q5 -Won't start. Originally was told that it was Timing chain $4,000 but Dealer ended up replacing fuel pump and control module - just over $1,700. Could be cheaper at a non Audi service/garage? Overall Chris G. was courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Dealership is new and clean. I gave 3 star because of price.

Just completed my second purchase from Audi Queensway and I expect that to continue in another 5 years or so. I'm loving my new A4 (The 2017 model changes are awesome) and If you're looking for a fun, pressure free informative buying experience this is the place.
