Not up front and transparent about service price. One person tells you one amount and they charge you 3 times that amount when you get there and the car is done
My personal experience with Audi Queensway was excellent. Sales associate Natalia Oleynikov was very curtious from beginning to end. I never for one moment felt any sales pressure like you do in many dealerships.
Friendly, knowledgeable and she even went out of her way to get me an unscheduled test drive. A wonderful experience at Queensway.

Very easy to deal with, gave me a great deal on a new A4. They were reasonable and fair on my Jetta trade in. When I picked up the car everything was ready as expected, zero complaints. Adam was quick to approach me and answered all the questions I had.
I was so pleased with the purchase experience with sales person steven who helped me ordered a very limited stock model that i cant find anywhere else! Also surprised by the fast response and friendly reminders steven gives me. 100% go to for my audi needs.

Phil Steadman is an absolute joke. The entire sales staff is extremely prejudice and very rude.
Excellent experience so far with this dealership. The sales person, Marti Sison was very passionate and attentive, and went way above and beyond, including dropping off a loaner car at our house and taking the trade in vehicle to save us time. This was next level customer service.
Aubrey sold us a Q5 recently and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. He took the time to get to know us and our needs, so we didn't end up spending extra money on a model with specs we didn't need. He was such a pleasure to work with and didn't make me feel like he was just a salesperson. Also, I had some car trouble recently and although I wasn't near the dealership, he helped as much as he could with the situation and made sure I was taken care of. Now that's how you know he actually cares about the people buying cars from him and not how much commission he makes! The whole team (shoutout to Wayne!) at Audi Queensway was amazing and has definitely sold me on staying with Audi in the future.

Truly an awesome car buying experience. Adam and Wayne were both very nice and accommodating. Adam took the time to really explain to me everything about the car. And Wayne is great with running the numbers and making sure I'm comfortable with my payments. I'd also like to acknowledge Wayne's patience that even after office hours he still replied to my questions and inquiries. These guys rock! I will definitely come back in the future when I am ready to buy another car.
0 if I could. My husband and I went in to look at Q8 for upcoming baby. We needed bigger car for our family. It was Wednesday around 3pm. No other customers were on the floor and about 10 associates were there. We were there for 30 mins nobody cared to greet us or offer to help. Do we have to raise our hands and shout for the purchase? "Hello!!! we are here to buy!!"
Poor attitude and service. I am not buying the car and paying for these sales associates.
My friend of mine went in to same location and nobody was talking to him So he went to Mercedes and bought a car there instead.

I recently purchased by new 2018 Q5. I met with Aubrey and Gustavo at the dealership to discuss the details. Both the gentlemen were very professional, thorough and provided a pleasent buying experience. Aubrey has been really instumental in every aspect of the buying experience and was there from inception to delivery of the vehicle even when he was on vacation. Recently purchased a vehicle from Marco at Audi Queensway. He was great to work with, knew his stuff and communicated well (before, during and after the purchase). This is the second vehicle we ve purchased from Audi Queensway and both times it was an excellent experience.
Sales people are incredibly rude and arrogant. I went in last week to discuss possibly trading in my current Audi and Brian and Ryan barely gave me the time of day. Not sure if it's because I am a young woman or because I am not purchasing the most expensive vehicle Audi has to offer. Those two definitely need some sort of crash course on customer service. Because of my terrible experience last week I will be going to another Audi dealership to purchase my next car.
Where to begin. We leased an Audi Q3, in the past 16 months we ve had to bring our vehicle in 13 times! That s too much. They don t care, horrible customer service. It s gotten to the point that we re there atleast once every 3 weeks to 1 month. Think twice before going with an Audi! Engine problems, air bags not working, our car violently shaking, oil needing to be topped up every 3 weeks to month and a half is absurd! Can t wait for this lease to end, worse decision we ve ever mad.

Avoid at all costs, and take your business to any other store. It will be worth the extra drive! Worst Audi Auto Parts Customer Service ever!
They are inadequate to perform simple tasks as to get the correct part supply, even when you provide the exact part number. They not only wasted my time but money as well to drive 3 times to the location. They attempted to scam me as they did not provide the full package order. This fraud was obvious as I had ordered this before and the other locations had provided me with the full items.
Furthermore, when addressing this matter, the service workers had begun to aggressively speak in such a loud tone that this had been heard all the way at the sales end of the location. The management did not even flinch to the situation to try and resolve any conflict as it was evident with the negative energy the employees had.
Unless you re purchasing the newest top of the line model from them, they won t give you the time of day or care about your business.
Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache!

I recently had an excellent experience in purchasing my Q3 at Audi Queensway dealership. I truly recommend them, especially, dealing with Audi specialist, Phil or Blake. I dealt with Phil at start and he was very informative and helpful in every aspect of the purchase. He went the extra mile to make his customer happier at all times. At the end, I got what I was looking for and I couldn t be happier. I dealt with Blake afterwards and he was also very helpful. In fact, after picking my car, Blake followed up with me the next day to make sure I was still satisfied and I had no issues. This dealer truly cares about its customers and makes you feel like a family. I recommend Audi Queensway to anyone looking to be part of Audi family; especially, dealing with Phil or Blake.

Called in to have winter tires changed a week early, When we got there we were told that the tires in which they stored were not there and would have to come back another day.

My husband and I had the best experience with Justin, Andrew and Adam when leasing our Audi A4. Andrew and Adam in particular went over and above to provide excellent customer service. They were both approachable, spent lots of time going over the details, ensuring we were happy with the details and pricing, checking with the manager for any queries we had about the price. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend Audi Queensway and won't hesitate to get our next car from them too!
Very disappointed. I'm a very reasonable person, but the dealership must be doing very weak financially if you cannot afford to hire one more receptionist to pick up the phone in your Services department. I've called many times, and obviously no one returns the call or probably bothers to listen to the voicemail.
As always I went looking for a new car but not with the intention to purchase. I dealt with Reggie at the dealership. He was very helpful and accommodating so much so that I ended up purchasing the car the same day. Thank you Reggie!
I've had my vehicle here for servicing and it was fine. If you are interested in buying a vehicle however, be prepared to have them waste your time and not return calls. They are good at marketing and will send you postcards, text you, and call you to let you know of a special event. When I called to enquire about a specific car, no one called me back until I called again. The sales guy didn't know the financing rate and then promised an e-mail. Still nothing. I then called again and was told the car I was interested in was sold. Overall a pretty terrible experience. I'd suggest going a little further west to the much bigger Audi dealer in Oakville. I've dealt with them and they actually return calls.
