As dealer service departments go, Quality Chevy is pretty good. I'd actually say probably 3.5 stars. Anyhow, they do try to accommodate your needs, and give you deals in appropriate circumstances. Nonetheless, navigating the service experience isn't all that much fun, and they, like any service dept, will make mistakes at times (did with us once) and fix the wrong thing that didn't really address the stated issue. Since the other item technically needed attention (although priority was substantially lower, given they weren't addressing the actual issue the visit was for) we were stuck with extra repairs. Having said that, another time they worked really well with us in evaluating a couple problems, and they suggested that it may be an insurance issue, due to the nature of the repair (verment made itself at home in the engine bay!). It was insurance related, and they did a great job getting the car back to original shape. So, overall, a good department that has to be navigated with attention to detail and candid conversations, like any repair dept.
Updating for sales experience. Tried to buy a car from them, but they couldn't get the new one transferred I wanted, although the sales guy was quite nice, they weren't getting the job done. Then another sales guy pushed me off on the used one I was interested in,... seemingly so he could leave early???
