When checking in to my 12:30 app on Wed., May 3, service advisor was nowhere to be found. Another advisor stepped up to the plate and completed my check in as my service advisor finally shows up. I was later called and notified at 3pm about my car issues by my service advisor, I agreed to replace my rotors and was told that my service would be done by 5 ish and that I would receive a phone call at that time to confirm that my vehicle was done. I never received that phone call! The next day, May 4, I still did not receive a phone call...I had to call (10:16am) and get an update on my vehicle from my advisor to which I was informed that she had called me at 5pm the previous day and had left a message on my phone that my vehicle was finished. I never received a phone cal nor a message as she stated but she insisted that she did call and did leave a message. In addition, when I requested for a shuttle driver to pick me up @10:20, I was told one would be on it's way. At 11:27am, service advisor calls back to notify me that the driver was on his way. At 12:10, I receive another call from shuttle driver that he was on his way and would be here in 10 min. Finally, after waiting for 2 hours, I get to the dealership at 12:35 to get my car. Service advisor apologized profusely and said she would give me a discount for the confusion. Once at the cashier, I go to find out the $35 discount I received was from a coupon I was going to use to get the $35 off! Very dissppointing and was not impressed! Will continue to go the Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula where your service advisor comes to you, in your car and writes you up, keeps you up to date throughout the day and provides prompt shuttle ride to and from.
