Edit: after posting my review and receiving a response on the review from Lewis, I did as he asked and sent him an emailing detailing my experience. I sent him an email on 10/24... as of today, I still have not heard from him. This is just another indication that this dealership and service department don t value their customers and their feedback. I am changing my original review from 2 stars down to 1.
When I first purchased my car from this dealership 5 years ago, I was very satisfied with the whole experience. However, now 5 years later, I am less than satisfied with the service department. I took my car in for service at the beginning of September due to a check engine light and since I knew my warranty was close to expiration, I asked that they also perform a 75,000 mile and general check of the vehicle. They said that everything looked good. Now just over 1 month later another warning light came on and I am told that the repair will cost over $1500. This repair would have been covered by my warranty that just expired 3 weeks ago! So if they had found this when my car was in before, I wouldn t have to pay. But now I am forced to pay out of pocket for this repair. There is no loyalty. Needless to say, I am taking my vehicle elsewhere for service. And I will not purchase any future vehicles from this dealership or recommend them to anyone looking for a new car or service.
