They replaced my rack and pinion, aligned it, and also replace my radio, all covered by the extended warranty. No problem arguing with service department about getting any money from me. This is how you gain trust from dealership service. Other dealers are good on selling warranties but hard to get free repair when you need them. Other dealers also tellls you so many maintenance & repair that needs to get done on your car when you have a recall visit that are not really needed. They also wash my car after repair.
