I made an appointment to have my automobile lubric...

I made an appointment to have my automobile lubricated. I was given the time of 2:00 PM. I was told the car would be ready at 5:00, but that someone would call me when it was time to collect it. Having heard nothing by 5:15, I called and was told I could collect the car. When I arrived and went to the cashier, I learned only the oil and filter had been changed, and that I would need to return the car for the transmission, rear end to have the lubricant changed, as well as for the radiator to be drained and refilled. No one had previously advised me of the potential for not finishing the work. I am not too happy with Quality Chevrolet's service capabilitied.
