Good hotel at a good location. For shopping hotel is internally connected to Al wahda mall. Bus station is nearby. Restaurant also very good. I am not giving five star because the staff attitude to be improved. Also check-in check out takes more time.

I stayed there for 7 months their management is very irresponsible. Receptionists most of them are either rude or unprofessional. They dod not add my points at my loyalty card although i wasn't on any type of contract.
Anissa the sales is unprofessional too. The frontdisk manager was unbelievable. The last day before my checkout a very rude unprofesioanl acting-manager (he was sudanese i attached his photo here ) guy was terribly rude and also he delayed the bell boy of taking our luggage to make us pay for 1 full rack rate night to cover for his colleague who misscalculated a night in our stay. Although we had the manager confirmation for late checkout!!!
Very cheap behaviour and unprofesioanl people.

Their health club is very unhealthy full of dust and germa their shower heads have enjured me twice then the water is always freezing they said that they forget to turn on the heaters...excuse me!

The hotel itself is beautiful and we stayed in both towers the hotel and the apartments but not going back to that place again.

I recommend the marriott which is in the opposite corner and has same facilities.

Millennium chain was one of my favorites before this horrible experience!

It's like 10 star hotel, too shiny and bright, but very comfortable to stay!

The hotel is stuck in early 2000s, it makes no sense that this hotel is 5 stars. The air conditioner takes ages before it start to function properly and the toilet is a total mess.

Great place to be there, full of amenities and fresh food, friendly staff and more.

It's an amazing hotel but the rent is a little bit high. The staffs are very gentle. You have direct access to the Al Waheda mall which makes life much easier. You can also ask the porter to bring the stuffs directly to your room once you buy from LuLu super market.

Next to Wada Mall is a good place to shop, and there is a stadium, so it would be nice to go once.

This place is very confusing, as it has the best location ever, next to Al Wahda Mall with the wonderful building, but unfortunately it needs to develop in management and service and this is noticeable as I am one of the people I am present at the hotel once or twice a month, but I do not find the appropriate estimate and also the service The unexpected from a five-star hotel and the major calamity in the situations and the contracting company is a disaster with us. The word I hope the hotel management will review and develop the service provided. If you like the comment, please put a sign and thank you
This place is very puzzling as it has the best location ever beside Al Wahda Mall with the wonderful building, but unfortunately need to develop in management and service and this is noticeable as I am a person in the hotel once a month or I, but I do not find the appropriate appreciation and also the service Unexpected from the five-star hotel and the great misfortune in the positions and the contracted company is a disaster in the full sense of the word I hope the management of the hotel to review the service provided and developed if you like the comment please mark and thank you

A lovely quiet room with luxurious attention to all the details. A sophisticated massage. Go the mall from inside the hotel. Everything is close.

This is a nice place in Abu dhabi and i like it if i will come again i will live here again.

Solid hotel in the center of Adu + Dhabi. Near shopping center, bus station, alcomarket). There are rooms with windows to the courtyard, decent dinners, breakfasts like this, there is a Russian cook. If we consider it a beach holiday, it is not convenient, although we were provided with a free transfer.

This place has totally got it right! Warm, nurturing and sheer luxury from the moment I arrived. I was astounded at kindness and generous hospitality of all the staff. 10/10. Really enjoyed my stay. I will be back.

Excellent hotel from international chain, multilingual & multicultural staff, which makes the guests feel comfortable. Serviced apartments, rooms, spa, salon, business centre, meeting rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, pub..they have everything. It s location adjacent to mall makes it unique & also one floor connects to the mall.. great place to stay.

This is a popular proverb that applies to this hotel where it is hidden from the eye, so you do not care about its cleanliness, such as a can of tissues in the water cycle (may Allah reward you) in their language and their response is weak and their service is slow.

Next door was under repair and evening aloud music noise, broken iron which was not working, broken waste bin pedal which was not working.

I came from dubai for two nights
I changed 3 rooms coz of dirty and full of hair in beds bathroom

Its been a day since the check in
Till now a great experience in terms of stay, pretty luxuriously stay in a premium 1bhk, highly spacious. Well equipped kitchen, breath taking view of abudhabi and the stadium

Staff s here too are good.

People at the reception were very accommodatiing and helpful. Especially Mr. Eli and Ms. Rubielyn who assisted us during our stay. The room is very clean.

Its location is good .. buffets and food are well done, and the arrangements are good. Small room size.
