Pullman London St Pancras Reviews

Outstanding stay here on a business trip. Great wifi, stylish rooms and lobby. I only wish I had time to try their breakfast before dashing to the Eurostar which is literally a block or two away.

Of the minuses - there is no bath in the bathroom. Accordingly, you can not get up in the morning, turn on MTV and watch it from the bathroom. MTV by the way either. There is a shower, but there is no door, drops often fly out.
The room is cold, although I set the temperature to maximum immediately and this is in September when it is +20 outside. At night it is necessary to wear pajamas, a blanket does not help.
Nobody spreads the bed before bedtime. Well, at least clean.
The room is standard, I got quite spacious with a large bed. Everywhere is clean, cleaned once a day after 12 hours.
The staff is polite, well, except for one waitress. At the entrance to the hotel they asked to leave a deposit of 50 pounds for each night spent, the agency did not warn about this, they had to solve this issue, they decided.
There is no pc in the room, but there is a reception. But there is a free mobile phone on android which you can take with you to the city and use the Internet and Google maps. Also, it seems you can call him even in Europe, but I have not tried. Again, it s impossible to distribute the Internet from it, you can install applications on it, but you won t be able to launch them, clever firmware.
Breakfast is a good choice, you can type a full English - beans, fried eggs, bacon, roasted tomatoes, etc. Also a lot of berries and fruits, juices, pastries.
The hotel is located a couple of minutes walk from Kings Cross station, where many metro lines intersect and there are a lot of buses. This is the central first zone of the city. At Heathrow Airport you can take the subway on the Piccadilly line. Heathrow Express will have to change.
From the top floor of the hotel offers a good view of the city.

Upon arrival I requested a quiet room, as high as possible and facing towards the rear of the hotel, I was given a room on the fifth floor on the front of the hotel not far from the service elevator, not ideal.

Hotel very well placed but the bed for children (convertible) is inadmissible in terms of comfort. Mat as uncomfortable as possible.

It's a beautiful hotel and very close to public transportation. The amenities is fantastic, rooms are very clean and the gym is well equipped. The lobby has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and the service from staff are very attentative.

Great design, nice staff, comfy beds, great location and amazing breakfast!

The hotel itself is in good shape and the staffis professional. In room dining worked well and the food was of good quality. The room was quiet. The only thing that I didn t like s the fact that there were no international power outlets and no USB ports to charge your electronic devices. I mean come on, London is an international city and I don t want to carry ten power inverters with me. The only USB port was that of the TV, but nearly not accessible because of the way the TV is mounted to the wall. Improve that, then the hotel will be perfect!

Poor insulation of the windows then inadvertent waking up by cars

Spacious rooms, pleasant staff. A lot of facilities like gym etc. And walking distance to St. Pancras International Station (only 4 minutes by foot)

Brand new hotel in a very convenient location. I used it for a weekend stay, and I cannot really complain of anything. A big bed in a clean big room, free wifi, plenty of space for luggage and storage. The open shower was a nice surprise to try! I would recommend it for sure!

Conveniently located modern hotel. Rooms are a little on the small side, but functional. Friendly staff.

I always love this venue .. I have meetings often here and have attended events .. it has a great convenient location .. the decor is great .. BUT the service is Rubbish .. and that is what is disappointing .. the bar and restaurant have diabolical front of house management and this feeds down into no service .. dirty cups and glasses left on empty tables .. managers who stand around chatting whilst guests are awaiting service .. idle conversation NEVER makes money .. Service makes money ..

Wonderful view of the city and very nice room! The whole hotel is very posh.

While the final room was fine, there were a lot of ongoing frustrations. Your website did not permit me to book online once I entered my AccorHotels member number. The phone number that promised 24/7 support was a message that said the 24/7 help desk was closed and could I call back during regular hours. I opened a ticket for support. When I requested an update on the status I was constantly told by the Accor support team that they would respond to my request - I have requested updates for the past two months and been told that I "need to be patient a little longer". As of this post, the only updates I have received from the Accor team is that I should keep waiting.

When I called to book the room, the customer service rep, Anwar, was EXCELLENT and helped make the reservation.

Our first room was on the first floor across from a restaurant - everything they cooked we could smell in our room. Also the faucet in the bathroom came apart and we were told there would not be someone to fix it until the next day. We figured we could get by one more day. But during the night, the smell from the restaurant was too horrible so we were moved to a new room the next day.

Our second room was a little smaller and the phone did not work - for example, we could not call housekeeping to pick up laundry. We stopped someone in the hallway to help us out. We were going to ask for the phone to be fixed but, at that point, we were too tired to care.

Ours was not the worst experience - the staff at the hotel were wonderful and helpful. But our stay was a series of small frustrations. I chose this hotel because we were AccorHotel members and wanted to spend loyalty points and hoped my hotel status would provide a more comfortable experience. Based on our experiences, an Accor hotel may not be our first choice in the future.

The hotel is superbly decorated with very pleasant, caring and efficient staff. The rooms are extremely roomy and well appointed with luxury fittings. I cannot commend highly enough the dedication of your reception and restaurant staff who were all courteous and helpful.

Excellent value for a smart modern hotel with king-sized bed and blackout blinds. This was a better room than the nearby Crowne Plaza and much cheaper.

Very nice hotel, good selection of drinks and fantastic breakfast

I do like this hotel - stayed here several times. What frustrates me is the long check ins and check outs. The food and drinks are lush though.

A very friendly welcome by a young French. A decent dinner. It is unfortunate that meal trays were on the floor in the hallways and the bed not properly done. Obviously lack of staff. A little disappointing considering the sign ...

Lovely dinner and great service at the restaurant but service at the bar was a little slow!

The room was very quiet and clean. The bathroom a little bit small and stuffy.

We received friendly and efficient service throughout. Our room was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. One of us was only hungry for cereal and toast for breakfast and so the breakfast cost seemed pricey for what she had but I fully enjoyed mine.

A very good experience overall as above. Only a couple of minor issues with key cards constantly requiring re-coding and having to request our room to be serviced one day. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are spaces, the duche is very strong and also has a sauna! The service was great too.

Typical but nice business hotel and a bit more upscale. The rooms are relatively spacious and technically and hygienically perfect, or well equipped. The service is courteous and friendly. The breakfast and lunch buffets are extensive and of good quality - the same applies to dinner a la cart. The location of the hotel offers a good starting point to get to all possible sights quickly with the London Underground. Usually almost anything can be done in under 30 minutes. From Heathrow you can also take the Piccadilly Line directly to the nearby train station without changing trains. Unfortunately, the general background noise is a bit higher, but this is assumed in a city hotel. London is not a lonely, idyllic mountain village. The prices are at the usual high level for London. For a standard room you currently pay around 440 GBP per night, according to the notice.

I never put a 5 * on reviews because excellence in service is hard to acquire, but here I take my hat off for this exceptional hotel

Pullman hotel was excellent, receptionist sensational thank you for the upgrade, the help with my routes & for being so kind, just made my stay be so wonderful. . Views from 11th floor a dream. However charging for breakfast I'd not had, no explanation as to how it happened was so disappointing and tarnished a wonderful stay.

Exceptional service! Rooms are spacious, with good facilities. Ideally located for sightseeing or travelling to other locations.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay; the staff werereally friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious. I did have to ask for my room to be cleaned as it was not done by 4pm, but they came immediately once I asked.

Staff attentive and function I was attending was smooth. Comfy facilities.

Not impressive to find the room booked was floor 2 at the front on a noisy street.

Check in is always so slow even when you get to the front of a queue.

We always stay here but will seek alternative hotels now. Time to find something better.

I always stay here when I can grab an eligible rate for my business. Very quiet, well-built & well-appointed rooms - HVAC that actually works, overlapping blinds, spacious showers and decent beds. Lovely views on the north and east sides of the building. My only complaint is some of the breakfast food in the room meal options are a bit lacking for the price (and comes with overwhelming portions for fruit and bread) - I recommend the morning buffet over room service.

Great service and staff Pullman had a rather friendly and wonderful staff giving me a consistently amazing experience while I was there. The food always arrived on time and was always pretty decent. The room was well done but did have some minor problems with the bed not being as comfortable as I hoped it would be. Other than that the decour was fantastic and left me with a wonderfully positive experience.

I was there for a work trip, but found everything I needed within the hotel. I wish I could have explored the city more, but it was wonderful having great food and even better service when I would get in late, or had to be up for an early call time.

A great place to visit with your friends, family and office colleagues. Great service and hospitality. We sat here for hours doing our work and ordered tea and coffee which were really nice. On to provide the cherry on top you also have WiFi and charging points here that makes your experience even better. The staff is really helpful and guide you to the kind of seating place you ask for. Ambience of the place is also amazing. It is a beautiful and a calm place to grab your breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as do your work along with it.

Clean rooms and bathrooms that are bigger than norm in London. Wish bed had been firmer. Very accommodating with early check in. Nice bathroom amenities (peppermint lavender scent).

Clean and spacious room but could do with more lights in the room though. Overall it's very accessible via metro and there are nearby restaurants and stores for grocery shopping.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff, great location

From the moment we entered the Pullman we felt special. We were welcomed quickly even though the staff in the lobby were all attending to other customers. The service was friendly and personal.

Our room was large and quiet. We had a great sleep ahead of our train trip to Paris the next day. The hotel is close to lots of places to eat of varying types and prices and very close to St Pancras International which was great.

Our checkout was fast and easy and off we went with smiles on our faces.

Shopping weekend in London
We arrived on Sunday morning to do the Shekin we came across a person who was not at all pleasant or smiling and who seemed disorganized I booked 2 rooms with difficulty to find the 2nd room she gave us no information about the Hotel nor access to my room bef we speak English and French at no time she made the effort to try to speak French what a pity
Nothing to say on the chanbres by air conditioning very difficult if not clean and all in accordance with the expected perstation

We had a very pleasant time at the bar we were surprised by two wonderful people who also speak French a real little ray of sunshine
We also had breakfast even if it is not included in the other Food nothing to say and clean
For the reception it's another sad lifeless story we are quickly asked what we want to drink and hop gone we just throw us (((self-service)))
Within 10 minutes they brought us the bill and immediately asked to pay when we had not even had time to swallow anything.

Accommodating staff, clean, modern and spacious rooms and great location! My home away from home whenever I'm in London

I visited London numerous times and stayed in different chain of hotels mainly 3-4 stars UK classification I never come across the amazing service I got from every staff member of this hotel from the bellman to the duty manager to the house keeping staff to the room service staff, everyone were so hospitable and professional in their approach. What amazed me the most was that everyone smiles to you all the times and try their level best to give you the best service they could, majority of them are from the new generation, young and passionate staff. Well done guys, you made my stay in the old gorgeous city of London the best ever!

Keep up the good work and see you soon in the near future. Great thumps up!

Always enjoy my stay at the Pullman beautiful hotel in a great location

Only used the private conference hall and basement floor communal areas. Very well kept. Recommended

Location is great for Euston and Kings Cross, as well as the Eurostar. Rooms are perfect and incredibly clean. Breakfast is the best part though, huge range and perfectly cooked.

Good hotel. The rooms were clean. The location is convenient. The bed was a little small and low to the ground. Their shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were really great and I'll buy some for myself sometime. The WiFi was fast and easy to use. Don't plan on watching anything but the evening news on TV, the cable service just wasn't that great.

If you get the breakfast included, it's a great deal. Their breakfast buffet was excellent. They had something for everyone and a huge selection of fresh fruit.

I would not recommend staying in Kings Cross area but if you need to, this is a nice hotel option but a bit expensive.

Doorman, very polite, staff quick and polite to provide information and room key. Room very nice and comfortable. Checkout was similarly problem free.

As per normal over the years, my stay at the Pullman was excellent.

This place was wonderful. My wife frequently stays with the Pullman group and she wangled us a family room upgrade with some loyalty points. We had to be moved from our first room due to some noise issues, but the staff were brilliant about it and offered us a complimentary breakfast to say sorry - by some margin the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! We dined there one evening too - the food was universally excellent. The views from the floor we stayed on were also amazing.
I would stay here again without hesitation - the best hotel we've stayed in in London.
Were also surprised to be gifted a massive M&S Easter egg on checking out too - thank you Pullman hotels.
