This is my third time staying at Pullman St. Pancras. It is always my top choice when visiting London. My travel buddy was kind of paranoid if the hotel in London would be haunted (after all, this is what London is famous for), and my previous experience with Pullman St. Pancras assured her that Pullman is a hotel that she could trust.

Apart from its convenient location, which is just a few minutes away from the Tube, the room is neat and tidy, staff always give guests warm greetings and sincere help. The online check in system saved me a lot of time upon arriving the hotel. I especially appreciate the security at Pullman St. Pancras. As a female traveler, safety is one of my concerns, and Pullman's arrangement always gives me confidence.

Breakfast with great selection, staff always very friendly and accommodating. Room very clean and adequate equipped. Internet works perfectly.
The only negative: you hear unfortunately the closing of the doors of the other guests and the fire doors are closed at night (have light sleep, so that is very disturbing).

Not good food and chef who doesn't care
With friends we happened to pass by this restaurant (I had already eaten the brunch which is great)
Everything starts well, a French woman welcomes us with a smile tells us that the burger is awesome
My friends take it bad luck we waited almost an hour to apologize she brought us bread twice and finally the food arrives the bread is good everything except the steak which is charred we remark to her she passed it on to the chef who does not care. In short my last day in London was horrible! Go to mcdo instead

A very good experience and people at your disposal. I preferred to have English breakfast as a French brunch, which allowed us to dine only in the evening without much expense. The weather was foggy but it's worth it to go to London

Centrally located hotel right on St Pancras / King's Cross Station with plenty of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The hotel is very modern and has a very nice bar with one of the biggest whiskey selections in London. Checkin was very fast and the staff very friendly. The deluxe rooms have a comfortable king size bed with sofa and Nespresso machine. Bathroom is rather small. The breakfast was the absolute highlight with numerous fresh fruits (strawberries, raspberries, melons, ...), egg dishes and a large choice of bread. In addition some cheese, dairy products and freshly squeezed juices. Will certainly stay here again.

I stay regularly in this hotel that I like a lot. Unfortunately during my last stay, I fell in a room where the air conditioning had been started and not having a brevet of advanced studies in technology / robotics, I admit that at 4 am I have absolutely not managed to Stop it. And, given the late hour, I did not dare to ask anyone to come up. There is no button on / off, it is stupid but often it is an element that can help. In addition, the said air-conditioning was a hellish buzz and I ended up sleeping with ear plugs. In short, not completely top the night ....

Location, location! For those coming from Paris, it is next to the train station. And there are stations very close to several London tube lines. Close to the British Museum, the British Library and Camden Town. Excellent accommodation, with new rooms, lively atmosphere, good service and a nearby O'Neills pub. Too worth it!

Hotel was lovely but restaurant food wasn't good. They had a power issue which really delayed the food coming, and then the wrong sides arrived, so we had to wait for our fries. But the food wasn't great, probably because of the power issue causing stress in the kitchen.

Ok

From a flawless booking in process to ride in the glass lift, our stay got off to a great start. The room, bed and other facilities in the hotel, including the fitness suite, free wi-fi and bar were excellent. We had a great sleep in the huge bed and a superb breakfast the next morning, including a couple of tailor made omelettes that set us up for the day. Excellent staff, thoroughly helpful and professional.

Good but expensive during the week. On the other hand the maids are noisy during the week should be reminded that their chattering is not about customers and they can handle their trolley and objects on all discretion (8th floor Friday, November 22).

Ultra modern hotel aimed really at the business traveller, but in an ideal location for anyone exploring London with superb transport links. Breakfast is exceptional with a vast array of options (first time I've seen congee outside of China) and the bar has an superb selection of single malts.

I've stayed at the Pullman for about 20 nights over the past year. It's conveniently located at Kings Cross, which is both a positive for its central location and negative characteristic due to heavy street noise and motorway construction that goes on until 11PM. The reason for my 2-star rating is because over the past week, the hotel rooms were unbearably warm in the evening (26+ degrees). I contacted the front desk 4 times over my week stay and they never came through for me. Each time they told me a different story regarding the temperature (eg: thermostat issues, winter modes, window adjustments). In the end, not once did they follow through with their promises, call me, or even leave a note. I spent the week barely able to sleep. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, I would highly suggest to look elsewhere.

The Pullman staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and made our first trip to London an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel's contemporary feel was inviting after a long day out and about. I would recommend staying at the Pullman.
