An extremely pleasant hotel which contrasts with the usual London accommodation.
Close to the two stations and the subways.
The staff couldn't do enough for us.
The rooms are very clean and the tubs are large.
You have to be on the right side of the hotel to avoid road noise! (London is a very noisy city)
Regarding breakfast in the room, the service was quality and the products delicious.
Room service is always responsive and prompt.
Some of the staff speak French.
The "Ga" restaurant offers refined cuisine.
However, pay attention to the budget if you are limited.

Other than a few technical issues checking in, the stay at Pullman St Pancras was lovely. Staff keen to help and make sure I got the most from the hotel.

Key reasons for staying are the outstanding views of the city scape and the amazing service. Also super close to King's Cross and Euston.

Even though I was not feeling well the staff was excellent and helped me feel comfortable in every way possible. From extra orange juice and seltzer at the breakfast, to housekeeping letting me give them the briefest of intervals to tidy my room, to room service "Bill" who delivered some nice warm soup. Everybody did their best to make my stay the best it possibly could be. I will definitely seek out Pullman hotels for future.

Room was clean and nice, but the bed and pillow was too soft. I asked to have firmer pillow at least but was told all rooms have the same pillows.

Only provided one bottle of mineral water and one bottle of carbonated water throughout the whole stay. Everywhere else I stayed they provided free 2 bottles of mineral water daily. This should be something that the hotel can work on for improvement.

I am never disappointed staying at the London Pullman and this time was no exception. My room was quiet, comfortable and accessible earlier than the regular check-in time which was fortunate as I had flown overnight to London and needed a rest/freshen up before my first meeting. Staff are very friendly while being professional and no request is too small for them to consider. Even the bellmen are very friendly, remember you, and give invaluable information on places to go and things to do in London.
Staying at the London Pullman is like returning to your best friend's always welcoming home.

I stay at the Pullman for a few reasons and these continue to meet my expectations each time I stay: proximity to Kings Cross and multiple transportation options, comfortable and sizable room, fitness center with all the basics and a great view, well balanced breakfast buffet and general ease of experience - check-in, questions, etc.

Quality hotel at the foot of a noisy artery and the international station.
First positive point: soundproofing
Second plus point: family rooms
Third positive point: 16-storey building with glass elevator. Panoramic view of beautiful London!

The hotel is nice, comfortable, convenient. The higher floor rooms have fabulous views of the London skyline and the St Pancras station. But what I love most is the awesome whisky bar.. some of the best collections of single malt in city. They also have some great artists performing live every now and then.

Opulence is the word for this place. The decor, the comfort, the attentive staff all adds up to a great experience. I stayed there as it is very close a to kings cross and the Eurostar terminal. There price attached to all of this of course.

My son and I had just one night in your lovely hotel. We were on a flying university visit, so unable to use the bars or restaurants. But the receptionists were all really friendly, the room great & views stunning. Loved the view over St Pancras from the rounded windows on each floor, too. Thanks; pretty perfect. (The only thing that would have helped would have been some earplugs, as I forgot to pack mine, as lots of sirens going up and down the street woke me a few times. That might have been as I was a bit more jumpy due to the morning's terrorist attack, but it is just a small, cheap thing you could perhaps provide? Sure the rooms at the back are quieter, but did appreciate our 12th floor view).

Its a pity the shower didn't drain properly even after the first day I mentioned the problem to the staff and was assured maintenance would deal with the issue. On the second day the problem had not been fixed.

Location is perfect. Hotel staff esp Kait and Tomas are extremely helpful and friendly. My little one is so happy to receive a handwritten letter and some colouring stuff from Kait on her first day in hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Great hotel no complaints but be aware that there is no dresser/drawers in the room and the bathroom door is semi transparent so if the light is on in the loo little is left to the imagination to those in the living space. We're here for another week so I will update if anything changes!

Very convenient as 10-15 minutes walk from either key tube & train stations (St Pancras, King s Cross & Euston). Relatively modern design & more functional in this neighborhood & we prefer newer hotels. Front desk staff are helpful but they don t have dedicated concierge. Pricing was reasonable but our room was a bit small without any sofa of which it s a bit inconvenient & uncomfortable.

It's been a year or 2 since we had stayed here and it was just a good as it was last time. The staff are warm and welcome from the moment you step into the lobby. Check in was done within minutes and we were in our large clean room very quickly. Breakfast was excellent as usual with a massive selection. We always like to stay here when we visit London.

Food and drink expensive but very good quality. Bedroom was comfortable but we hate watching television from the bed and would have preferred a couple of armchairs. (NOT the bench that is apparently in some rooms!) Shower room was lovely but would have been perfect if there had been more hooks to hang clothes and towels. Cleaning staff obviously had common sense and didn't fold up used towels we wanted to reuse. This meant we knew which towel was whose!

The facility is new & modern, but there were some issues that spoiled our staying as follows:
1) Sofa bed - sleeping on the sofa bed is absolutely terrible. I'm sorry but I can't call it a bed. I suggest you to try it for one night and you will understand what I'm taking about.
2) Air condition - the air condition in our first room wasn't function properly, but after we change the room it was much better.
3) Breakfast - you should broaden the option (more varieties of cheese, vegetables for salad & option to make your own omlet).
4) Towels - on our second day after we changed our room we came back after a long day outside and we had to sower only with 3 towels (we were 4 people in the room).
I'm also want to mention the good relations of the employees in the hotels (I'm giving that the score 9)

Perfect place located just 3 minutes from St Pancras International on Euston Road. Service is impeccable, really professional. I came in early to deposit my luggage, and while I did the online checking, my room was unfortunately not ready yet this early (9 am). The hotel staff was efficient and let me store the luggage in a dedicated room till the evening when I came back. I received the key after signing the confirmation (online checking) and giving my credit card information in case I used the mini bar or other services. Breakfast was not included which suited me right as I like to enjoy breakfast in the city. It is possible though to have breakfast on premise.
The room is neat, offers some nice Damann teas and infusions, and C.O. Bigelow (NYC) bathroom products. WiFi is easily available for free throughout the hotel. Only issue I had was that I forgot a plug adapter at home, and they didn't have any left late in the evening, but I managed without it!

Competent and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. But the wifi is truly awful - I have had better connectivity in National Parks and small towns in Uganda - and the climate ccontrol system seems pathologically unable to maintain a set temperature, leaving me sweating and shivering on the same night.

I had an excellent experience at Pullman Hotel St Pancras. Everything was perfect, from the welcome by the friendly doorman, the front desk and the staff. The breakfast was excellent and quiet despite being full of guests.
The room service was also great. The view from the room was beautiful. I had to take a taxi to Heathrow Airport and the front desk got me a very spacious car for a good price.

Our pleasure to stay here again, always a warm welcome, stunning rooms, lovely breakfast and very convenient for everything in London. We love this place and try and treat ourselves with a stay every few months.

Once again I was staying at my favourite "home away from home". Jessica did get in touch with me after I e-mailed her about the time I would be arriving & I did get a response that she would make sure I did get the "priority" access on my arrival if the room was vacant. As it was not I left my luggage at the concierge but I was checked in, in any event. I was staying with Maria so we went out to the West End & returned later. I was delighted upon our return as I found out my suitcase had already been brought into my room.
Again what a pleasant surprise awaiting us as Maria noted the beautiful plate of macaroons & fresh fruit platter on the table.
I do feel so spoilt & also I would like to mention (as I realised I didn't before) the little box of chocolates that is left on my pillow on my return which is so lovely. I have to admit that I have not come across another hotel with those "special touches" which sets your hotel apart from the others!

Lovely hotel, really nice staff except the security guard who let it down. My boyfriend got up in the hotel bar to let a couple of people know they had forgotten a bag, to which he was stopped by the security guard whilst approaching them, he was interrupted by him who told my boyfriend the hotel and bar was closed when actual fact, we had not just wondered in, we are staying here. Clearly shows you have to look some kind of way to be staying in this hotel, regardless of paying the same money as anyone else. The people who had their bag returned to them were extremely grateful, perhaps not always jumping to conclusions about people based on looks would be best - it was late in the evening and we had come down in our casual evening clothes to be treated like we didn t belong.
