Not impressive to find the room booked was floor 2...

Not impressive to find the room booked was floor 2 at the front on a noisy street.

Check in is always so slow even when you get to the front of a queue.

Bathroom walls dirty.



We always stay here but will seek alternative hotels now. Time to find something better.
