good memory of our stay and especially Sara Sara proposed a trip to the souk Jumeira side (exotic, relaxing and very picturesque: thank you again). At registration on the site we had 4 meals (prepaid) and we have difficulties to consider them as cashed, again thanks to Sara to make it clear that we were right! Precision: meal charged 162 dinars while there Was worth only 140 dinars ....! This is not very suitable. Breakfast and aperitif in the perfect lounge

Everything is perfect. Especially Mr. Subhan is the best guy around with regards to housekeeping.

Unfortunately worth experience ever, we have confirmed through the phone that they have live section once we arrived at the restaurant call Medley we went and we ordered our fresh grilled items which takes forever and so far did not arrived at all we ask the staff and the answer was sorry it s all finished with badly manner we went to the person who is responsible for the restaurant and he seemed like does not have claws and kept apologizing so what so ever what makes me very disappointed that they kept serving the table around us with the things was not available for us. This really needs to be looked after and I will appreciate if you will not confirm and food or special cooking through the phone to avoid such bad experience like we did have.

IMPOLITE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I CALLED FEW TIMES AND THEY BRUSHED MY CALL OFF!! The man who took my calls (I attempted to call 4 times) did not want to answer my questions about my already confirmed booking at the hotel. Just 5h before I was meant to arrive at Dubai Airport I called the hotel and after couple rejections of answering my questions he told me to cancel my booking!! UNBELIEVABLE. Worst experience in a Pullman Hotel ever! I finally cancelled my booking and got so frustrated. Had to book another hotel urgently as I was taking my flight in 30minutes.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS HOTEL.

This hotel is very comfortable to live in, warm service and rich breakfast. The only downside is that there is no free bus to and from the airport.

Had a pleasant stay for 5 nights in Dec 2019. Overall great experience.
Breakfast can be enhanced as there were no chicken option at all for breakfast.
Salads just basics only no varieties.

Housekeeping was perfectly managed, rooms were maintained very well and the needs were attended immediately. Mr. Punya, did a great job by doing really professional housekeeping throughout our stay.

Conveniently located as it is attached to Deira City Centre Mall with a separate entrance to the mall which will lead us to the Metro station as well.

Wifi and TV channels are good. Staff behaviour is outstanding. Overall great stay

Awesome experience, the housekeeping staff is so experienced and helpful. I remember I asked for complimentry chocolates to the housekeeper guy but at that moment all the chocolates were finished. I went outside and when I came back to my room , they had kept lots of chocolates for me. Well mannered staff . Delight to stay at this luxurious hotel .
