Hotel services very satisfactory, with very professional room service made especially by Purnima Dev.
It is also important to note the professionalism and the warm welcome each day from Wasana and Fatih to the executive lounge.
I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and professional stay.

The Bar is amazing. You can drink alcohol, smoke, watch european football matchs and the staff is very very nice and profesional.

Dubai is worth a visit: it is a little city of the future even if it is not easy to accept being suffocated by too many shopping centers rather than by the climate.

we had a pleasant stay and that was during ramadan 2017, the breakfast part was covered and the pool area was prohibited from smoking or drinking/eating. but overall everything was really fine and pleasant, the staff were polite and helpful, the only negative part was check out time that unlike we didnt use mini bar, the reception guy wanted to take 180 dhs for mini bar, as i resisted he ignored.
my suggestion for whom want to go in ramadan, the hotel price is low but you would be more welcome in other months. thanks to pullman team.

My stay was excellent. The housekeeping Junaid works very well and very he is very professional. He knows his job and very meticulous.
Mayuree the masseuse did an amazing massage. It was the best deep massage I never had till now. Keep going guys and all the best.

Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. We were actually upgraded and couldn't ask for anything more. When in Dubai we always stay here as along with excellent staff, the location is perfect with access to mall and metro.

Very helpful

I have used this hotel several times and I have found it to offer excellent service, but with a relaxed and informal style. The rooms are large and comfortable, a good selection of healthy snacks complete the mini-bar. My room was always spotless and attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. Junaid and the housekeeping supervisor were very attentive to my comfort and replenishment of room supplies.
The breakfasts are good, with a wide variety of international cuisine on offer.
A great place to stay for business, and very convenient for Dubai International Airport.
Highly recommended.

My stay with the family went very well. This is the 4th time I stay at the Pullman during a stay in Dubai and I never regret it. Thanks to my Platinum status I was upgraded to a higher category. I also had access to the Executive Lounge, which is very nice, with the possibility to eat and drink all day long.
The hotel staff can not do enough for you; they call you by name, make sure you have a pleasant stay and all that with a smile! As such I would like to highlight the remarkable work of the ladies who work at the Executive Lounge on the 11th floor. Thank you for their kindness and availability throughout our stay. Thank you also to the excellent Mr. Vijay who moved heaven and earth to help me find a lost object in the hotel.
The breakfast is just perfect, with a plethora of fresh produce, drinks and dishes, which will satisfy a diverse and varied clientele. Thank you to Miss Marie who welcomed us every morning and placed us at the table.
The only thing I would have liked to find at the hotel is a DVD player in the gym. Indeed, I am a fitness program on DVD and I wish I could follow my training on the screen of the gym ... despite that I was able to use the many machines on site for a complete training.
In the end, I keep an excellent memory of my holidays and would return with pleasure in a hotel that has now become like my home when I go to Dubai!

Sobhan make my room nice thx and provide me what's I needed.

Check In: I arrived for late check in, exhausted after my 12hr flight. Room was not readily available. Your FO staff handled it professionally. Offered welcome drinks.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Was not fond of the foam and square pillows. Preferred the traditional rectangular pillow. Did not bother to ask housekeeping anymore.
T&B: Did not like the design of your shower area. The swivel glass was not sufficient protection against excess shower water. Had to squeeze near the faucet and shower head to avoid getting water all over the place.

Service: IRD was good. Breakfast staff handled it professionally when they would be overrun by in-house guests during breakfast. It gets quite chaotic from 830-10AM. It was fully booked during my stay. Very good flow of table turnover despite the waiting in line.
Housekeeping: Good cleaning and turndown service. I'm sorry I was not able to take note of the one who assisted with my room but I would like to commend him nonetheless for the following reasons:
-Keen on guest preference. He noticed that I would use both bottles of the shower gel at the same time. Loved the scent! He would replenish the next day with an additional bottle on top of the two. I appreciated the extra without having to ask!
-He made a dog using a pair hand towels as part of the turndown service. He accentuated it with my reading glasses and the empty kitten purse I left inside my room. It was a delightful thing to see after a long tiring day. I really appreciated it.
Check out: I had a special requirement that was handled professionally by Hisham.
I emailed the hotel 2 days after check out inquiring for a white shawl I may have left behind. It was promptly handled Fe Marie Bangsoy which was most appreciated.
I booked at Pullman due to a 2 day event I participated in. I am very happy with my stay and the service of all your departments, banquets included. Thank you, everyone!

Views are dependant on direction, but nothing special.
Exec lounge is a bit cramped.

An extra for this hotel: a breakfast buffet that you will not get bored of. Expect extra pounds around the hips. Very spacious rooms with personal maintenance staff per floor. Unbelievable. You can also find a swimming pool and wellness on the roof here. You would hardly want to go outside. But you will find superlative everywhere in Duba ..

Very nice service, spacious room, very good breakfast. The plus is the connection of the hotel with the shopping center.

Great property located at the centre. Adjacent to Deira City Centre. Valet staffs are very helpful and staffs are good. There is a bar at top, view deck facing E11. Zomato Gold is accepted. Great venue to relax and unwind.

Personalized welcome and treatment, the kind of place that makes you feel welcome. The staff is extremely nice. Location of this hotel is superb, with a direct access to one of the biggest shopping center in Dubai, the well-known Dubai City Center. A place which does not need to be presented, a sublime shopping mall.

Really the people make this hotel, and want me to come back again. Everyone was very happy to go out of their way in order to accommodate me. In particular, Morkos at the front desk and Faith in the executive lounge were excellent. Faith is very impressive - I have been to a lot of executive lounges, Accor and otherwise, but she is one of the best I have seen at her job.

It was a nice hotel, only problem is that check in ive waited for 45 mins. Hope next time i will not wait that long.

I stayed at Rm 727 and i really like my room. The check in is very good. Breakfast is really good. Staff members are very assistive and always making sure that my stay is fantastic. I would like to extend my big thank you most specially to Farid, Felicia, Ivy and John. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

A few issues with the room like lack of power points near bed side tables. However not much can be done by the staff, this is a design issue. Shower over bath also not a great design option.

Asked on the very first day by a member of housekeeping to write a Google review mentioning his name. Later that day, a knock on my door saying that he hasn't seen my review yet. So here it is. Don't blackmail and annoy customers. All it did was confirm that I will probably never stay here again.

It would've been less than 2 stars because of this, however the food is excellent.

Very good experience .had a short stay but will come again.
