Very nice five star hotel in DCC in Deira Dubai. Should give free nights voucher in New Year.

It is my favorite place in Dubai when ever I have guests,gathering or a party directly thinking of Medley restaurant.
It s really excellent management leading by mr. Ali , distinguished area and best service.
When I want to be special I come here because this restaurant is perfect perfect.

Great place, cool vibe. It's connected to Diera city center and the dubai metro is just outside the DCC entrance.

It was a nice experience, arrangement, cleanliness, continuous service and the eating options were varied and the number quite satisfactory.
The food was very tasty and well-prepared and carefully prepared. I liked the cake buffet and desserts varied and small sizes the place was neat and clean and had a cupboard inside and outside the restaurant.

The hotel is very very sophisticated in location and reception and the room arrangement is very sweet but the room cleaning is not decent with bathroom

Pleasant stay as well as comfortable as usual and my room attendant shadan was really very helpful and excellent service

The worst ever . They are not respecting the guests. They are speaking loudly without appropriate words and behavior. They have thrown our clothes at the reception without warning by email or message and there is no hospitality. I am not recommending it to any one to visit . The staff is very very bad . The management are shouting at the guests .

This is a great hotel with lots of services and connects to City Center mall, small mall and very nice.

On this trip I had to run errands to out-of-the-way places, like a warehouse in Dubai's Duty Free. Frlomen, the front door, man plus a hotel taxi went out of their way to get me to these places. And like previous trips to the Pullman, the breakfast was good and the air conditioned access to the large Deira City Center Mall was very convenient.

I liked the hotel it's location and shopping mall. Farid is very helpful

We had a goose party and it was just awesome! Had the opportunity to taste various seafood and other dishes. Worth the money.

We stayed in pullman residence almost 3 weeks.our stay was very nice.service was amazing.specialy thx to Hamid who helped us a lot.thank u so much

This 5-star hotel is one of the luxury hotels in Dubai. Comfortable rooms, satisfying service, complete facilities, and a varied and tasty breakfast menu. The chance to stay two nights there with friends who won the Sunsilk Holiday 2016, provides an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, the photos are gone. :(

Sobhan Nahid and Allen have been successful, decent and respectful employees. The quality of my stay was excellent. I liked everything. The rooms, the services, the food, everything was perfect. Good atmosphere, security assured and impeccable room service.

Perfect Place, if you're planning Shopping at City Centre. Room rates keeps changing daily and best rates are seen at accorhotels. Rooms are good, but Services are little bit slow. Buffet Breakfast does not seem of good value

Service and facilities were way beyond our expectations. We were made to feel special almost as if we were the only guests in the hotel. Nothing was too much effort for any of the staff and the service was exceptional.

Sobhan shadan and suresh are very friendly and highly skilled. With impeccable cleaning skills. Really made our stay more joyful.

Pullman City Center is my home away from home. I've stayed in this fine hotel more than 10 times in the past 3 years on business trips with my friend. My last stay was from July 27th till July 31st. I booked an executive room. The check in process was fast thank to Michelle. the Room was spacious and very well equipped. the bathroom was perfectly clean. me and my friend really enjoyed the executive lounge specially the happy hours. I love the rooftop pool. Very clean and an awesome place to enjoy the sun. Pullman has the greatest staff in the world. they are always welcoming and smiling and attentive and that makes me feel at home. The breakfast was good as always. wide variety of foods for every tastes.
I also enjoyed the drinks in La Fabrique bar. you should try "Burger Moment" with couple of beers. It's awesome!

At the end, Pullman City Center is my first choice on my trips to Dubai.

Room service and staff behavior was satisfied. Buffett breakfast was good but it seems that for a five star hotel it os mot enough.The room carpet is very very dirtyand it was not what I expected.

The reception is always noisy and all the staff are in general, room service is excellent, quiet and has direct access to the mall.

Stay was good. I was in room no. 730 and House keeping associates Sunil Kumar and Vishal Chowdhury were very helpful in particular. Room was cleaned everyday and I got my needs immediately catered.

Maricar (room attendant) is a very nice and fun person. Really hard working and she cleans the room perfectly without been told an 100% to her.
