Service was excellent! Rooms were cleaned to perfection. Staff were very friendly especially Junaid,he helped us all the way through and was very kind and helpful at all times. Excellent hotel with a nice swimming pool and good breakfast.

It was great place, recently they have changed their beer pints and all generic glasses.which reduces from images. Didn't like it

Stay was good apart from a not too friendly check in staff.we had a problem with our cc and he kept sniggering which was offensive, it later turned out that they had a problem with their machine/bank. Anoop from concierge was excellent.

Perfect hotel. New, cozy and clean. Superb breakfast. It offers many leisure opportunities such as swimming pool, gym, spa, pub ... It is an integral part of a modern shopping center that has hundreds of activities: shops, restaurants, food court, cinema, etc.

My visit to the hotel's restaurant served seafood ... the decor was lovely and the atmosphere very calm and gentle

As a permanent resident for 3 years at the pullman hotel appartment, i had a really great time and it was really hard to shift from pullman. The service and hospitality was absolutely brilliant, the staff are really kind and polite.Little Expensive but really worth the price. The best thing is that the deira city centre is right next to pullman!!They used to suprise us with cakes during our birthday!
Huge swimming pool but the only thing i dislike about the pool is that there is only 1 pool for the hotel guests and residence so its sometimes its crowded. other than that pullman is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is really comfortable.
Their restaurant - medley is neat, spaceous place to dine with friends,colleagues and family with a variety of cuisines from arabic to indian prepaired by the expert chefs. Medley provides great dining offers throughout the week with its different themed dinner nights.

The gym is really cool as you can watch a movie, listen to music or the radio while your doing ur workouts through the tablets attached to your treadmill. They have kept Refreshing lemon detox water in the fridge.Each day the flavour changes.

Best place to be in if you are staying in Diera. The hotel/residence staff are humble and welcoming! The room boys Suresh, Ali and Ishan are
exceptionally well behaved!!!

I have been at this hotel few years ago and had good feeling from the past. we came there again to re fresh it but your colleague in the lounge at 11th Floor destroyed every thing.
We came to LOUNGE in the evening and saw all the seats were full except one table with "RESERVED" sign !!!
I asked the lady what is this ? , Can we seat here ?
She replied that, this table is reserved !!1
I astonished and said that : Here is the LOUNGE and not a RESTAURANT !! , have never seen this any where during the years !!!!
She was a middle age lady and impolitely said here is normal !!!! , You had a room there in the LOUNGE and she was able to lead us there our remove the sign and lead that/those gust coming there later.

I had a wonderful stay. this place is my second home and would love to stay here every time im in Dubai.
From booking the room when i initially called Naved from reservation and he gave me Le club benefits to my check in with Mervie at the Exec lounge it was all as expected. they all work like a wonderful family as your host and i always feel welcome. Sagar and the other gentleman at the bel desk were always with a smile.
Will see you guys soon again.
OH yes the shower Should be fixed coz the water was mostly boiling warm and suddenly cold. rest everything was Perfect :)

Great atmosphere and not far from airport. Taxi cost 10 UAE with is nearly 3$. Front desk are friendly and very helpful when requested a roll a bed for my little girl. Nice bed, clean room and loved the shower. 2 water bottles every day. Great mall next to the hotel with everything you can imagine. Concierge was excellent. Some places are too dear but mostly good shopping experience.

Cosy environment and noise free. Good for holidays.

Staffs are very courteous and helpful.

Very nice hotel, next to a mall. Good breakfast, nice room and bed. Restaurant was ok but buffet was not so great the evening i tried it. There is a sportsbar in the hotel. It is nice for a sportsbar. Service in the hotel is great

The hotel has a very good location close to the city center and the metro . The smell in the lobby is very nice . The room are not big but nice .

I love Pullman Deira City Centre Hotel. Been sleeping there for the past 4 years or so. My issue is with the bathroom. My rooms were 820 and 824 this time. Each morning when I open the tap in the bathroom in 820 and the bathroom in the hall, a yellowish water flows first before clear water comes through. The tap handle in the shower also comes off at times.
Also there used to be a floor towel and a floor towel mat but now only the mat is available. Because of the design of the glass on the bath, the place gets wet so the towel helps better than the mat. Other than that, everything is ok. Love the place. I'm a hotelier so I know how difficult it can be at times but it can be done. You have lovely staff and loads of potential

The staff welcoming you real smile from arrival to departure, anything you ask for it you will find it, the words no doesn't exist at Pullman Dubai Creek city center.
