Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre / Sofitel Dubai City Centre Review

This has been my only choice during the last stays in Dubai and frankly I am still very happy.
I might have more luxury alternatives (Sofitel Downtown) or slightly cheaper. But still good (Novotel), but I chose to stay loyal to Pullman Deira city centre). This was my first (and last) experience in the heat of UAE in summer, but the hotel made me happy to have been there however.
Never have I been pampered in a hotel the way I was during my stay. Thank you Jocelyn, the Lounge Supervisor. Always smiling and kind and full of attention towards customers. Thank you Michelle, at the Lounge, for your brilliant job, readiness and courtesy. Thanks to Marivie, her experience makes this hotel outstanding.
I owe an apology to the Restaurant manager, whose name I don't know unfortunately: he has been there for many years now and he knows I appreciate his job. Dhamit, always nice to see you are there, you did an excellent job at the Lounge, you do an excellent job at the Restaurant. Thank you to Cliff, my breakfast waiter: he deserves a career!!! Really, I should name too many people, also Mina at the Lounge, Vijay, manager of housekeeping. Keep all doing the great job you do.

Nahid was an excellent housekeeper. Our room was always in excellent condition.

Sobhan and Suresh did a very good job during my stay. A big thanks to them and the team.

The hotel covers all the basic amenities and begin located at the Dubai City Center mall is convenient. The rooms are however relatively small.

The breakfast spread was good with sufficient variety.

Pullman Grand Hotel Dubai Deira City Centre city centre

This is very first time I ve stayed in Pullman but I can tell you for free that I ve enjoyed my stay every second when compared to other hotels I d stayed. Specifically Mr. ANKUSH and PUNNET and TUN were marvelous. I do sincerely recommend for their upgrading in the hotel.
For sure Pullman hotel has now been voted as the hotel for my family and I from henceforth.
Pls keep the flag flying.

It was very pleasant stay & enjoyed our holidays. Hotel is Located close to mall & other attractions. I would appreciate your staff Sobhan & Nahid who were very helpful during our stay. I thank all of your staffs who are all very friendly & polite.
I suggest to put shower screen to full bath tub. Lighting to be increased near the dressing mirror.

Staid here for the third time and will repeat this again in future.

Tun tun was very helpful and his cleaning was excellent. He came everyday to clean our room and bathroom and did a fantastic job. The breakfast at the Medly restaurant was great and Haq was very efficient and helpful.

On the 2nd floor there is access to the Diera City Centre Mall which is very convenient.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in Dubai!

Ideally located in the heart of the city and within one the oldest and favorite mall Deira City Center. Approaching to Deira, Naif, Bur Dubai, Oud Metha, Jumeira, Clock Tower, Meenu Bazar, Bank Street and lots of other adjacent attractions. Easiest accessible place to find Metro and Dubai Taxi 24 Hrs. a day 365 days a year. Metro station is even inside the shopping mall. Superb place for staycation with the skirts of the city.
