Hotel was so comfortable breakfast was good . Reception was nice staff and specially thanks Dina, Felicia, and also the housekeeping that cleaning our room. I forgot the name. :)

Very nice hotel, the employees are very cool and they ll help without problems.
The food is very good, the rooms are very nice, the swimming pool and the sports hall are very big. I highly recommend it.

Everything was explained well. Staff well trained. Service was excellent. Staff always greeted continiously and always with a smile. Very central. Close to the airport, Shopping mall and train station. Its the best situation for a short visit you could imagine.

This hotel is just perfect and you have easy access to a shopping center, convenient!

High end mall to shop and wander around. Has food court and most branded shops. Can buy house hold items from carrefour market.

Hi Team, I am staying since last 20 days here .I am having a great stay here. Service is very good and cleanliness also maintaining vey well. Room service also they will do very nice.
Room service guy Tahir and his co employee is doing good job. They are always behaving politely to me.

Sorry don t have many pics. My partner wasn t well and was a emergency stop on way to Myanmar. Staff all very polite and kind. Alas NOT so good at picking up the phone. Left phone ringing for 45!!!!mins on one occasion.
Food to room was extremely dry and over cooked.
In restaurant I specifically asked to charge in local currency but was charged in pounds and a 5% I think it was fee by hotel to do so. plus any bank charges. Prob an accident but I was already a bit anti Pullman by then.

A well situated and decent business hotel with contemporary styling, rooms are clean and employees are very helpful, easy access to Deira city center and metro, only had breakfast but the buffet was very good...

Location is very good next to the mall. Comforts are far from 5* hotel. A bit pricey.

Filomeno is very hard working and very professional and I came back to the hotel because of him and the executive lounge is very nice and you can have snacks and breakfast for free.

There are two hotel rooms (Pullman City) and another for apartments (Pullman Residence) .. The second lived in the wrong access to the restaurant, moving from one hotel to another through several Ansarat and then the roofs and then get off again and also access the mall in the same way, for the facilities of the hotel beautiful

The hotel was great, room modern comfortable and clean. Love the Nespresso machine inside the room. Great and helpful front desk staff. It's good to have the direct access inside deira mall. Great breakfast! Only cons was the water pressure too low in the shower.
