This is my first stay in Pullman as my stay is very excellent and my room attendant Shadan sandeep and Sharon r very friendly as makeup my room as per my preferences I appreciate the service of all of them thank you

Had the opportunity of breaking fast this Ramadan... It was a Moroccan themed buffet.
Food taste was average. Soft drinks options were very limited. It was too crowded. For such occasions there should be dress code to maintain the religious decorum.

Junaid did a fantastic cleaning the room and the service was excellent.

Shadan and Narayan did an outstanding service regarding the rooms. The most friendly people I met in Dubai. Will welcome for sure!

Warm welcome, smiling staff, available and attentive. Good cleanliness of the room although a little noisy (room 1108) because of the proximity of the metro and the road on this side. Too bad the balcony is not accessible! Swimming pool on the 8th floor and spa in the 7th appreciable for the moments of relaxation!

The ambiance is so relaxing and foods are delicious and well prepared. Also the services were excellent. I ll recommend to friends who would like to arrange their parties.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff at the lobby were very helpful and the hotel location really makes things easy with city center being at a walking distance. And their breakfast is the best I have had at any hotel.

Wonderful hotel, my wife and I enjoyed the services. There were no delays in check-in or on meals. It's connected to the city center mall so shopping is easy as well. I'd like to thank Sami for ensuring our room was always tidy.

Great place for conferences and meetings. This is where I'll be visiting for over 10 months on a monthly basis during 2018. Fantastic access, but very tricky roads. Drive very slowly so that you don't miss the correct GPS turn, else you'll keep going in rounds to reach this place.

This was my first stay at Pullman Dubai. My best surprise was being informed at the check in that I was the "Member of the Day" and that I will be entitled and experience all the benefits of being a Le Club Platinum member for this stay. I never experienced such a gesture from all my other hotels I had stayed as a loyalty member before. Great Hotel, Excellent & Friendly Staff and impeccable service and standards!!

Let me start from positives.. Staffs were very pleasing and courteous, WiFi were so effective, and the major attraction was the location is within the City Centre .Because of the location I saved a lot of time in shopping .thanks you so much for what you offered.
Regret to reflect few improvements.
Spa timing were bit impractical for me. 10 am to 10 pm mostly will be out .I would have gone for a daily spa if it stats from 7am.atleast for booking basis they should have keep an early morning session too.
The breakfast spread was not up to expectation, same menu throughout 4 days, not at all to the standard of 5star spread.
The room interior is of 4 star category, should improve the quality of carpet ,toilet fixtures, toiletries .

The house keeping it's good, but i think need to be excellent.

Its my first time here in Dubai in im lucky to find a nice place to stay in this is A Pullman Hotel very nice have department store..pharmacy in a grocery..in about cleaning amazing the hotel very clean thanks to Dharma.Mr.haq taking care well his floor excellent superviaon by haq.

Customer service at this hotel is well above average, well trained and Intuitive staff who couldn't have been more helpful & professional. Nice good sized room. Hotel is in a great location (even though it is not downtown) and has an excellent shopping mall attached. Would definitely recommend & if we stop in Dubai again would definitely chose the Pullman.
