Seafood night at Pullman Restaurant was the bomb....chef was on point with all the meals, ambience was great....I had a marvelous time.

Amazing staff !! From the front desk to the restaurant to house keeping. Mr. Vernon was so so helpful and patient with me when checking me in and trying to get me a good room. Mee Mee and Karen at the restaurant were always on their feet putting on a big smile and even with the high volume of people they still were amazing. Raja and Tul in housekeeping made my room feel like my own house getting me everything I needed. I loved everything about this hotel. Thank you all and to the management and reservation Team. Valentines day buffet dinner went all wrong. The ambiance was great but the quantity and quality of food was pathetic. Some of the dishes are uneatable and smelly.

Nice hotel. Right in the heart of the city. Since it s in the same building as of City Center shopping mall. Good for shoppers. Reception staff is not very friendly. Breakfast area is spacious but staff is busy. Over all nice place to stay if you love shopping.

For everything ,so many times I came in this hotel ,even breakfast was exelent,and also workers (sreekanth)he had very good behavior.

Our stay was amazing and we were also treated kindly by all the staff especially Sobhan which I meet everyday on my way to breakfast . I think that this hotel is one of the best ones in Dubai and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It has a huge gym, a huge swimming pool and it is also very hygienic. Even the room cleaners like Sobhan are also doing a great job in cleaning the rooms as when I come back in the night, I see my room very clean and very tidy.

Great service from all the staff especially Sobhan & Shadan.Not to mention Mahmoud from reception, who was very courteous & helpful.

We had a pleasant stay..we were a family of 9.. we stayed at Pullman hotel for 5 nights. Our stay was lovely, the convenient access to the shopping mall was a plus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Thanks to Mr. Punya the room steward attendant and other room stewards on our floor 4th.. for excellent customer service, always helpful when need arises and for keeping our rooms clean.

I had a man clean my room on the 5th floor, him and his manager made sure the room was cleaned perfectly well, polished and left ready for when we got back. Now I ve moved to the 8th floor and they re doing an amazing job there. Beautiful hotel with beautiful services, staff is very friendly too.

We found all team members to be friendly and helpful. We had a club room so we enjoyed the benefits. The club room is a little small but a nice atmosphere. We had breakfast down in the main breakfast area which had a good selection to suit all nationalities. I feel there could've been more attention paid to tea/coffee service because we weren't sure whether we had to get it ourselves or be served. The service was a little lacking in that area

Extremely dissatisfied by the woman at the reception who checked us in. I paid early check-in and was told to check- out the same day by 3pm whereas I was supposed to check out the next day at 12. Due to this I couldn't sleep properly and had to keep waking up so i dont miss my check out time. After coming down at 3 to check out I asked why I am being asked to leave at 3 today while I paid extra for early check in and should be able to check out tommorow, only then I was told that there has been a mistake and my check out is tommorow. The receptionist who checked us in was a rude lady too. We were planning to book a suite for 2 weeks for the upcoming stay but cancelled it due to misinformation provided. Never recommending the hotel again. I have stayed in many hotels but never experienced this before.

I apologize for the rage but I hope you understand and avoid losing any further customers.

I recommend it to any Brazilian or tourist visiting Dubai to stay at the Pulmman City center hotel. The infrastructure is amazing, the location is great, very close to the airport, subway and shopping center. The service is divine. And breakfast, as you can see, is a feast of the gods. Anyone, whether traveling for business or pleasure, will definitely love it!

the reception at the superb hotel (big thanks to Marivie & Sara!) the DPJ at the top (thanks to Wasana, Damith & Monsieur Ali!) the rooms clean and well maintained (thanks to Salman!) and to finish the superb swimming pool experience ( Mitho to the little fantastic care), with this team I will come back for the new year !!
