Clean, nice. The only problem be careful because the parking in front hotel main entrance is not indicated is a paid parking! So you get fine if you don't pay it and the relevant RTA parking panel is masked/covered by a three!

A very lovely evening the entertainment was great and the food was ok because I was in V.I.P.

I am consultant allergy and immunology in Dubai Health Care City and visit for one week in a month to dubai. I had tried several 5 star hotels in dubai but was not satisfied. I found Pullman Hotel as best hotel for me and since several months I always stay in Pullman Hotel Deira city centre.Reception always welcomes with smile and as soon as I enter I feel at home, check out is always so fast and quick. Breakfast is great variety, staff is always ready to serve. House keeping person will visit in the evening and ask if one needs anything. Alle these things make me very comfortable and I prefer always to stay in this hotel only. Above all the manager Mr.Amir is very professional and helpful manager and I congratulate Pullman Hotel administration to have such a pleasant and professional manager. Recently I stayed from 26th to 30th August 2017 and next i am going to book from 22nd September to 28th September 2017

Pullman is class away from the table luxurious, clean, fully furnished rooms. (If you only carry one switch, you need to charge one more item to go to the toilet, near the lavabo table, there is a 2-pin socket be careful not to splash water) Love Buffet has many dishes for everyone to choose. Here you want to smoke hard to the hall to the door with ashtrays but smoking in the room beware extra deodorant charge ). Different from other hotels, on the 2nd floor, there is a path to the Mall, which is very convenient. You can buy a few items here

We stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Residences for about 6 or 7 days and it was all ok until the check out. It ruined everything. Very incompetent front desk staff couldn't finalize the hotel bill, and since we were in hurry to catch our flight back home, we agreed to settle everything by email. Never replied to my many emails which is totally unacceptable. By this fail, Accor lost loyal Le Club member. I switched to IHG and SPG. So far no problems there.

Loved staying at this hotel twice. Both time the management fulfilled my requests without charges and even the staff is very supportive and cooperative in helping their guests. We even got a welcome note from the hotel manager wishing us on our occasions which we loved it. It also has easy access to one of the famous mall's of dubai the Deira City Centre. Most recommended for relaxation or business/executive guests looking for a nice 5 star affordable hotel.

As Usual Pullman will always be Pullman day by day they are really working hard to give more and more comforts to their guests and This time i was really impressed with team of the hotel especially Affan, Pashupati, Ashish( Dilmah) Patrick ( Dilmah ) , Vishal , sandeep , Anoop , Reeshab from House keeping. ALI my brother from Medley there are many more but o can't remember there will try to mention them next time when I stay. THIS property is very well maintained and near by to airport and shopping Centers. I always prefer to stay with the and member of the Accor club also, this was my 5th stay with the hotel, the hotel staff took special care to make my stay very comfortable , I was given a token of love from hotel side as new year gift , special welcome kit from Tanveer Khan Duty manager etc.

The rooms are very spacious with very nice view and housekeeping is also good and on time every morning.

Food is also good but only one suggestion in would like to make the hotel to kindly increase some vegetarian varieties is breakfast and in room menu also.

I recommend this property for every person wether coming dubai for family vacation or on personal or business trip.

Do also enjoy the Men saloon and Soma spa to have some relax.

The rooms are very small ... the price is very high for the rest of the hotels ... there is a great similarity with the same hotel name and the difference is this hotel rooms and this apartments

Just an awesome experience, good food, good looking rooms (even had a room with double beds), fully stocked refrigerator, wardrobe with an easy operating safe, awesome pool, relaxing massaging area, friendly staff with fast services and Soo much more. Worth a visit and really recommend Pullman

When I checked in , there were several issues that needed quick fixing, The TV remote control was not working, The safe was not closeable, the shower needed attention and the telephne line was not working

i have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels. this had to be the best in terms of customer service i received. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. we always received service with a smile. we upgraded to an executive room and we are so glad we did. we especially like to thank Faith and Jeclyn at the desk and Merisol (im not sure on spelling) and Rolando in the lounge area. they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. if we travel to dubai again, we will be back and i will highly recommend to otbers. thanks for a great stay

Staff was very welcoming from the moment I was greeted till the time of my check out. I felt right at home and would recommend to everyone. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. My room exceeded my expectations and I can't think of anything that would have made my stay better then what it was.
