This is an average hotel, that has the basic amenities. Food menu definitely needs an uplift. And the staff need to be more customer centric.

When I checked in the reception was very cordial and ensured that I get in as quickly as possible. They briefed me politely on all the amenities. The concierge too was helpful. I was promoted to Executive floor and there the service was even better. Room service and house keeping were of great help.

We stayed in Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre on family vacation during 12 to 20 October 18. Stay was fantastic experience and had a great time.

Hotel is quite near to Airport. Room view is awesome and cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast buffet is wide spread with delicious bakery products and live counters. Hotel is well connected to the Deira city centre which is a big shopping mall also to the Metro station..

Hotel team are very courteous and well assisted. Filoumen is lovely person with smile and he is like a complete guide. Front office team are warm, Affan is very helpful. F&B service team are spot on. Thanks to housekeeping for a lovely towel art in the room.

Overall we had a seamless experience and returned with memorable moments. Once again we thanks to the entire hotel team for making our stay as unforgettable.

Great hotel at a decent location where you can access the shopping center directly via level 2. Hotel cleanliness and customer service were brilliant considering that the last renovation was done in 2012. Apart from the price being a little steep, the overall experience is splendid!

Hotel location is in the heart of city centre, near to metro station by walking distance, distance breakfast selection is very good, house keeping is very helpful His name is Tun Tun. Their staff Haq also very helpful.

Sobhan is MR of great value, smiling and doing his job properly.

Love the hotel; its food, rooms, swimming pool, spa and all the facilities. The staffs are very friendly and also it's right next to the city center.

La Fabrique is an awesome sports bar. Wide range of sports channels available. A must visit for a sports fan.

Excellent hotel to spend pleasant holidays in Dubai, a hotel located near the airport, a corner to do business in shopping and near a large mall and public transport to go everywhere in dubai ... not to mention the the friendliness of the staff, who made my stay with my 2 year old, caring people such as valet Shadan and his supervisor Alex, and the lifeguard Mitho who cared for the pool and lounge staff ... thanks again and congratulations for the training and excellence of your staff

My stay here was absolutely fabulous... My kids loved it. Breakfast OK not too much variety... They didn't want to give me an early check in unfortunately... Yet I requested it prior... The location was good as it's based in a mall and metro station not too far as u walking through the mall.. Wear comfy shoes...

Good experience,clean hotel good staff.Stayed in room 70and was happy. kudos to Felicia and Sarah who checked me in early since m flight arrived in the wee hours. Lucy Mwanza followed my stay by calling to find if all was well and thus made us feel wellcome. The security lady Wanjiku at the lobby and the brown young lady wanjiku always with a big smile a ins she dusted the finger prints on the elevators. I have been to Dubai many times before but pullman was the best. will definately come again this year. Oooh and the proximity and direct connection to the mall. Now we are in 508 after 6th moth happy with Sunil & Haq roxana front desk,ivan lounge. really taking care of my room & good servic from all staff.
