Convenient hotel as its situated in the mall. Forgot to mention, love the mini play area by the breakfast - would love if it was available seperately during the day in another room/level. Breakfast is one of the best in Dubai, something for everyone. This is one of the main reasons i will always want to stay here.

the place is nice but small (hall), welcoming staff at vallet and reception. Service crew however lack initiative and proper hygiene. Also, it took 15-30min to refill empty food trays.

I was i the hotel they don t allow me to exit to the shopping mall even access is there but it s locked , I had a big turn to enter dcc
