Had an awesome stay. All services staff are fast respond, very helpful and friendly. They never failed to greet you with their warm smile. Arrived close to 2am. Check-In was quick. Thanks to Iraida. As a Muslim, fasting in Pullman Hotel was a breeze. I can't believe that Pullman actually cater a special time slot for the Muslims to have their Suhur between 1-4am during Ramadan Kareem. Such arrangement is a well-deserved applause. Thank you for making my stay with Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel a pleasant one.

Strategic location, connected to shopping mall and metro + carrefour. The mall open until midnight and have a foods court too incase you need a supper.

The most satisfying part is the great cleaning and orderly manner that house keeping team do their work. Here.

i lost my tablet in a taxi.when i was taking off the taxy to hotel. the good organizer system of a hotel and personnel, found it in two hours. specially a nice woman named jane. she was one of the middle managers of hotel. she followed my order very fast.
at the end one of the best hotels.

The service facilities are excellent, and like Purnima attendee. She is very polite and kind. Definitely, next time I will come to stay at thus hotel. I am very satisfied and happy to stay here.

What a great experience I had while I was staying in this hotel. Wonderful. The rooms were specious and clean. Especially the effort that Ms Renuka made to keep them perfect, and Mr Haq who was looking after the entire floor and supervising a number of them. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had lots of varieties. Strongly recommended.
