The hotel is more than wonderful with all the specifications that make it one of the best hotels in terms of cleanliness and tranquility and the excellent location and connection to the Center Center make the stay more comfortable and I would like to praise all the staff from the time of reception and until the departure and also liked the quality and quality of food submitted

Laundry service was very nice & prompt, excellent condition of the clothes after the laundry.
Great experience at the executive lounge with a very warm staff.
Mr Anirban, Nagesh ,Rajak Rakesh farukh & Purnima were the efficient staff from the laundry.

I like the design of the room, and the professional service, especially the guys from the room service Tuntun, Puneer, Suresh, and Sunil. I don t want to forget the location because it is perfect, in this hotel every thing is around you, the metro, Mall, and it also near from golf club, and finally near from the airport.

We stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre for a day. We checked in early in the morning around 7 a.m and checked out next day around 6 A.M. The stay was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from our room was simply fantastic. We had breakfast and lunch at the Medley restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast was a disappointment for us. My wife and I are vegetarians and requested that the lady at the Omelette counter make a simple vegetable stir fry instead of adding the egg. The lady said that she cannot do that since she will need to add vegetables for multiple omelettes for the two of us. We have had vegetable stir fry done by the Omelette station in numerous hotels around the world and this is the first time somebody gave this excuse in a rather rude manner. This is the only reason for a 3 star instead of a 5 star rating for this hotel. We are hopeful that the hotel will fix such minor issues before our next visit.

Everyday m seeing this beauty one day will stay there...inshah allah..

We arrive very tired after an overnight flight. Rooms were not ready before 6:30am so we had a wait. Staff were very attentive. We had mini breakfast available. The room was ready at 6:30am but the Sofa Bed we needed for the 2 kids was not prepared. Other than that the facilities, proximity to airport and Mall and the food and staff were all great. Perfect for a 1 night stop.

My stay is very good...I have been moved to the 6th floor thanks to Filomeno I have a great room with a great view

It is a five star hotel near the Dubai City Center. The hotel is located in Deira which makes the shopping and business meeting easy. The staff where polite also the hotel was clean and convenient. The hotel's gym was small but well equipped and a good coach was managing the place.

Located in same building with Deira City Centre Shopping Mall. Perfect location for a Five Star Hotel..

Everything was very nice and evryone was very hospitable. My only probelm was finding the pool you had to take a different elevator and I needed to ask for help to find but the house keeper who helped was very friendly and helpful.

Got upgraded to executive room and had a spectacular day during our stay. Every staff was friendly and not even once have i encountered staff that are not smiling. Very welcoming and helpful staff specially Ms. Felicia from the reception & Ms. Michelle from the executive lounge.Will definitely coma back again.

We have had a wonderful stay at Pullman during our we were well taken care of by the housekeeping team Allan ,sharon and Haq the supervisor .we encourage others to check in Pullman to experience the good services .

Hello yesterday I came for the buffet I mean the luch buffet but the restaurant was clean but the food was really less like I mean there was one kind of fish , 1 kind beef and 2type of rice I didn t enjoy at all and I didn t like also there was less desert like I wanted Arabic sweets they didn t as they were international . And the timing was so bad like the buffet started at 12: 3,30 and it so bad and there was no drinks only one per person but other hotel gives u tea and a lot more didn t like and enjoy

I recently stayed over the weekend at this property and it certainly didn't disappoint.
Positives;-
The location is excellent in the heart of old Dubai and with a direct access to Deira City Centre
Spacious bedroom, with ample room to work and relax with nice balcony overlooking the creek.
Breakfast buffet is excellent with the variety on over and most importantly its very well laid out to avoid congestion. The bakery items are exquisite especially the croissant. Ali the Restaurant Manager and his Team are very welcoming and hospitable.
La Fabrique Sports Bar has a very good selection of beverages with an extended happy hour from 4-8 pm. The Bar Team still manage to serve with a smile in spite of a very busy outlet.
One of the major strengths of this hotel is the genuine warmth displayed by all members of staff. All housekeeping boys and girls offer greetings in the corridors. Security Guards offer the same level of courtesy. Abdul Baset a security guard stationed on the 1st floor outside the bar insures to inquire how was every guest evening and bids you good night. Lobby staff is no exception.
Possible improvements-
The tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom is a let down. I would expect in this category hotel a Nespreso Machine or at least a French Press with grounded coffee sachets.
Hotel stock of microfiber pillows are old and lumpy
Shower glass screen is not long enough to avoid flooding the bathroom
Overall a very good stay at a very good hotel that could easily become one of the top 10 hotels in Dubai after some minor improvements

Great balance between value for your money. Great clean hotel with good service. What makes it great is that it located inside of city center shopping mall one of the biggest in town so shopping is no hassle at all. Well located in diera area but a bit far from the other side of town like Jumeirah and down town.

Excellent hotel,superb services. Rentwise economical. The whole staff is courteous and prompt. The room has safe and secure and serene environment.Services of Nahid and Sobhan are commendable. They are soft spoken and well mannered.This is my first trip to Dubai and I leaving with good memories

This trip and every other trip to Pullman Dubai DCC was fantastic.
As always every staff in this hotel from Room service to management including Canteen were excellent. the hotel itself is lovely Vibrant and 5 star as the service has always been very good.
The location is perfect as its located adjacent to Deira city centre.

First time stay at this hotel and the staff were awesome and very good at services and the housekeeping managers made sure all services were provided when needed. I will definitely be visiting again and will recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for your great service.
