It was my first time staying at the hotel, but it won't be the last. It is conveniently attached to the City Center mall, offering expanded amenities. The staff Ankush Kumar, Masuri, Vijay Tamilselvan and Puneet Kumar were exceptional and very accommodating. I will be back. Thank you.

Everything is fine. Except TV channels. Oh come on 5 star Pullman is not providing cricket sports channels. Only football sports channels and those are in only Arabic. So no means to spend free time in your room.

Very good hotel, well placed, impeccable service, hot pool and well maintained.

It was great. Especially the breakfast. It has lots of delicious foods.

Nice hotel, close to airport and metro station. Everything is taken care of by the staff. Moreover, very friendly and helpful. Our room has been beautifully arranged every day by employee Punya.

We had a business conference at Ertibat conference center on Nov 25th and we had 10 rooms for some of our guests which thanks to Pullman personnel, I can truly mention that we had whatever we asked for in a way that it just felt like living at home in 4 days but a thousand miles away!

However, you may not find many options with such cost-wise 5 star hotel in Dubai along with unique and vast services plus splendid location (access to Deira City Center and Metro from hotel s 2nd floor and close to the airport in a matter of less than 10 mins).

We also had an issue with the projector display s remote, yet thanks to caring and professional personnel which I need to thank them again: Ms.Claire Simon, Mr.Rakish and Mr.Kishore, it resolved smoothly.
These people make difference when it comes to details and special circumstances, and you realize how impeccable they are. Moreover, it was an experience to leave all the technical details to the related departments of the hotel and not get involved for sake of all.

For the accommodation, bathroom for double bedrooms could be bigger and I had the view of mall s roof which wasn t much refreshing (although, at the time of my check-in there wasn t available rooms on the other side) but hopefully thanks to check-in desk team, the rest had the view of gulf course. The pool and also bar was spectacular, both good enough for afternoon refreshment and last _definitely not least_ the restaurant which was awesome with their variety of food and great team.

Unfortunately, I have the memory of fish! and there were few names which I could recall to thank them:

I ve experienced a super service and excellent hospitality which I never had before in any other hotel in the world.

Rooms are good and sufficient for few days stay in Dubai.
Room service was good as two room service staff (Sobhan and Ankush) making sure the room is in good conditions. Location is good as it is only few minutes drive to the shopping centers and airport.

Nice space, lots of utilities, enthusiastic staff. Love from Vietnam

Since the time I checked into Pullman Residence, everything has been pretty good. I must mention the names Patrick, Ashish, Maya & Ranil at the restaurant about their excellent service and attentiveness. The reception team has been very helpful and considerate. Housekeeping staff are doing an excellent job under 'the new normal' circumstances. Special mention about supervisor Khaleel who is extra attentive. The security team is quite good too.

Sobhan & Nahid, were great in setting up the room for my stay in this hotel.

Did not expect this level of service in Dubai.

I was regular visitor to Dubai, I am in Dubai today after three years of absence.

The hotel is very clean and well furnished. It is connected to a mall, it is a real advantage to the hotel.

But I had two problems so far.

1) The bathtub is very high and if you have any medical trouble with your legs it will be a real problem to use it.

2) The service at the restaurant.
There was a quee to get into restaurant for breakfast, the tables are not enough to accommodate the hotel guests.
Also, many plates stayed empty for long time. No body check regularly.
But when you ask for anything, they bring it quickly.

One more thing regarding the restaurant, when it comes 10.30 they start removing all buffet items without informing the guest that they will do so, incase any body cane late and need to take anything from the buffet.

Best of Happy hours here with cosy n enjoyable sports bar

Nice hotel, disappointed by the pool which is much better in photo, the quality of the wifi is deplorable. The highlight is a large junction and adjoining the hotel. The location of Hotel is not great either obliged to take a taxi systematically

Very hospitable staff. Specially Shreekant who was housekeeping my room, I found him to be very soft spoken and customer focused.

Awesome service. Special shout out to Sunil Magan for being such an awesome guy. Very friendly and respectful.

I'm very loyal and regular guest since Sofitel and till now I can feel how they appreciate guest like me. There is no other hotel where you feel you are valued and as always I'm very well look after specialy for certain people who been working here for years like Marivie, Farid and the passion still see on the new staff like Michelle and Mellissa.

Great location. Easy to find food. Must have vehicle if you decided to stay here, and wanted to explore Dubai.

The Executive lounge personnel made me feel very welcome and comfortable as soon as I entered the hotel premises. The room I was given had an excellent view of the Dubai Creek Golf Club as I requested. There was unexpectedly abundant supply of bottled water and also the Nespresso coffee machine is definitely a plus.

Shadan was excellent in meeting all of my housekeeping needs and all of the staff in the Business Lounge welcomed me back and made me feel most welcome. Overall my stay was perfect...,again
