First time stay at this hotel and the staff were awesome. Puniya was very humble and very good at his services and Poonam the housekeeping manager made sure all services were provided when needed. I will definitely be visiting again and will recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for your great service.

I was staying in rm 1026 . Really happy with the service at breakfast. And also very happy with bell services specially with Mr Naveed manazir and Hamid bader.

I liked the service at medley restaurant. Went there for the Moroccan Iftar. The food was great and the atmosphere was special. Sepcial thanks to Chef Youssef and Farid.

This is a great place to be attached to the City Center complex and close to the airport. It is smelly and the rooms are normal

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The room was large, clean and had all amenities. The one thing that didn't rise up to the expectations were the bath robes, which were obviously very old.

Hotel nice and location and stuck to shoping mall which was good 15 years ago now the mall not the same coz other bigger malls built.and the hotel become too expensive plus so much tax 25% added to the room price plus 20 derhams on top of that for turasim.one nite here 2 nites in turkey istanbul.expensive here for no reason.

It took us almost 2hrs to check in and we came around 0130pm so the room should be ready by then but other than that it was a good experience, very convinient to have an access to the mall.

My father thinks the world of this seafood place. But I only liked their appetizers and desserts. Their hammour fish was filled with bones, and their lobster was dry.

Sunil was very nice, mr haq is his supervisor! I was very pleased with my visit, would recommend it to everyone!

Pullman hotel is located in the center of the city very close to airports and metro stations. Right behind the city center deira mall.
Had been to seminar here , the banquet facilities are pretty good. Neat and specious banquet halls and good food.
The bathrooms were neat. They offer free wifi access. The staff were courteous.

Had an exceptional experience staying at this property in Dubai! The hotel is centrally located with attached access to Diera City Centre mall. Hotel staff has been very caring, courteous and professional. We had wonderful experience especially with Naveed Manazil @ Concierge desk, Sunil Kumar in housekeeping and Jawwad @ travel desk. Breakfast package is highly recommended as it s one of the best in town in terms of value proposition.

The quality of hospitality at the 11th floor of the pullman crick city center, Marivie and Ivy is a legendary hospitality. These ladies greet you with particular attention to the point that you feel at home. Marivie especially, thank you very much for making my stay as usual very organized.

I stayed for 13 days at pull hotel and very happy with the house keepers, especially from Purnima she is unoutstanding staff please keep up the good works.

Tul and sobhan are one of the best housekeeping assistants we have met over years ...staying in hotels all over the world . pleasent and very helpful.. vacation without help with two kids had been taxing but today we felt at home. wishing them all the best.

Anytime I come to this hotel , alone or with family we are charmed by the elegance of the place, the decoration and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast is delicious, the spa just wonderful and all the team is very attentional and of great courtesy. I like the "art friendly" side of the hotel who promote many local emerging artists and the attention they pay to little details ,just to make the clients happy. I recommend this hotel from all my heart.

Good location - close to the airport and next door to the mall. Great service everywhere. But there were few hairs in bathroom and overall cleanness might be better.

It was my first time in pullman residences. I felt so comfortable, relaxed and well served. I want you to know that i was also impressed by your hygiene and your perfect service. A special thanks for musa(service)and fozia(receptionist) they were so nice and helpful

Using their facilities for meetings for a while...service is good ..food not as good as it used to be. Meeting rooms are satisfying , especially the biggest one, design taste and comfort..
