Awesome staff and location. Special thanks to the reservations team who upgraded us to an accessible larger room for my mum and who made her 70th birthday celebration even more special. Thanks also to the room service and housekeeping team on the 4th floor (Haq and Tun Tun).
Hotel is clean, conveniently located with a shopping mall accessible from the 2nd floor and great 5 star amenities.

Only issue is that room is not sound proof and you can hear traffic from the nearby highway but it's manageable!

Everthing is perfect.shadan doing great job for room cleaning as well as Haq.

Dubai Pullman Hotel is a place to relax and enjoy. It in the middle of all Dubai attraction. The hotel bed is wide the family room is good size.

Check in was great staff is very helpful specially tanveer and shivm who helped us for check in and informed about the dubai visiting places

I love that I can access Deira City Centre mall from the second floor of the hotel.

I had a great stay at Pullman residency and it was due to the great staff who were the room attendants. They ensured that my needs were met; in particular Khaleel, Visal and Saidram who were always looking after me and asking if I needed things. Great work guys!

This was my third stay in this hotel. Yet it has improved its service a lot. Rooms and clenliness is very good. They have room service for two times a day it s fantastic. The people are very caring and friendly. Specially Mr. Haq and Mr. Ankush the floor In charge was very efficient and very friendly. He took a good care of us personally. I wish this service will remain the same. Inn sha Allah I look forward to stay here again. Thanks to all the people who make our staying as a home.

Very nice comfortable relaxing place for a long or short stay

Filomino's customer service was unbelievable. He made our getting around Dubai so easy and took excellent care of our belongings while we were out before taking our flight. The other staff members were and helpful all the time as well.

A fantastic option for a 24 - 48 hour stop in Dubai en-route to or from Europe. The check in was swift and efficient and the location is fabulous, being connected to the substantial 'Dubai Deira City Centre Mall'. Breakfast also really good, although perhaps a 'quite zone' could be set aside for business clients and/or those who like a little serenity at breakfast ( rather than adults and children playing videos on phones at full volume ). All up - great value and will return.

Our second stay at the Pullman Dubai we had such a great stay last time two years ago.
Fantastic location close to the airport for the late night arrivals and late night departures. The late night check in and late night check out is a fantastic service.
The very good shopping centre located next door to the hotel with access directly from the hotel (a great thing when the outside temperature is 40+) with the train station at the end of the shopping centre means you have easy access to the rest of Dubai . Or taxis at the front door.
The hotel is top class with every facility you could want. Great restaurant, sports bar, travel desk and the most amazing staff. The service was faultless, we were only there for three days but the staff remembered our names, room number and cheerfully and professionally provided amazing service.
