Structurally it's a five star but food and enivornment doesnot justify the rating. Tried Medley, our food was invaded with flies so we didnot get to eat and the worst part not just paying for it but that the staff was just trying to justify the existence of this foreign invasion

This hotel is very close to the Burj Khalifa and is about fifteen minutes drive. Breakfast at the Beatrix Hotel and some hotels in Jumeirah are a little better. The decoration is ordinary but relatively clean, recommend this hotel. Also thank you for the hotel services provided by Haq and Ankush.

The housekeeping staff, (Mr. Sobhan) was always there to ensure that our room was very clean & neat each & every single day of our stay. Mr. Sobhan is the personification of excellence when it comes to cleaning & making any guest feel right at home. The breakfast buffet, the staff, the hotel management, the concierge service, the quick access to the Deira City Center Mall, the fitness center & the quality of amenities will make you want to stay here forever. If seeing is believing then the Pullman (5) star hotel experience has made a believer out of me. The entire Pullman (5) star Hotel experience was well worth every penny that me & my lovely young wife spent & we will be sure to book a future stay with The Pullman Hotel here in the coming months. :-)

apartment room should be OK but i have booked at hotel side & nothing to upgarde . restaurant staff said you did not include breakfast but actually my reservation included.

Sobhan very well took care of the cleanliness of the room very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts very good as well as restaurant and hotel service.
Lot of room for improvement -
1. Non-transparent charging - none of the mini-bar item in the room were labelled nor was there any pricelist. Phone did not carry any information on whether local calls would be charged or not, or at what price.
2. Customer service was awful. On four days that stayed, two days I had to finish and leave breakfast without having a tea. The staff did not seem to care. On Friday when I went a little late for breakfast, the juice was finished (nobody bothered to refill), there were no bowls at cereal counter, soya milk was finished and so on. Nobody just seemed to care.
3. One evening I invited a couple of people to coffee shop and for 20 minutes we were left unattended. I had to go and ask the server (there was only one in this entire cafe) to come and take our order for coffee. She apologised and did the necessary while explaining that she thought we just came there to sit.
4. The day I checked in, the amenities box in my bathroom contained a used earbud. Another example of carelessness!

Liked the banquet . Very good for 150 people. Food spread was excellent.
One of the best thing is the good communication skills of the staff. They also have a quick service and ready upon request. Thank you Pullman city center deira residance.

The furniture in my appartment was old and dirty and also room was not cleaned as i expected. You can and should do better under this brand name.

Always I prefer to stay in pullman city center and always all services were good and perfect but in my last trip on Dubai room services wasnt so good because when i asked for repair TV remote control they changed it 20 hours later . The room wasnt clean and room services was so weak .

Good place for a visit. But their hotels seems exploitative if you plan on staying there. Stayed at an hotel in the town center and they couldn't offer free WiFi, you have to buy a WiFi plan. But its a goof place to visit.
We just check in just today and room was nice but after longtime we came today it's good to see the room and location o khallel and anish from housekeeping khallel and ankush both are doing good
