They managed to find me a dress in 1 hour when it was 8 months that I was looking for a dress in the biggest competing stores in Brussels. I left with my dress the next day with, alterations done! A real pleasure !! The store worthy of American films. The decoration is magnificent !!! Basically I recommend it 1000%!

Very beautiful store and amazing selection of dresses. The girl who was helping me pick a dress was very nice, however she didn't speak English which made experience very difficult. This blows my mind that nobody really spoke English at the store except the guy at the front desk. When the time came for dress alteration I also couldn't explain what I needed because nobody would understand me. I really appreciate their selection and how they did everything on time for me in a very short period of time but they could definetely improve their service. Also, bathroom at the store didn't not work for a week - no comments there.

I give it a star because I can not give it less stars. If you want to feel angry, pissed, treated like you're worthless, and you waste your time, this is your place. As soon as they arrive they greet you with a "hello" and the next thing is to know the budget, we were several people and they did not even ask who the dress was for, I just wanted to know the budget. Our response was that we wanted him to make the bride feel like a princess with the dress. And I guess that was why they brought her dresses contrary to the tastes she expressed, and dresses of more than 7 sizes of difference that had to be fixed with several clothespins .... The bride tried on a dress and said she did not like anything, and the girl who taught it to others who did not care that she would not like that others had the right to decide .... Nor ask for a glass of water, or anything, because if you have not already chosen a dress and paid something, do not give anything at all ... Edge, rude staff, who treats with contempt, who does not listen .... Of course you will not buy the dress the bride in this company, or any of the same owners, or any person who goes to the wedding. Catastrophic !! for a Pronovias boutique which supposedly specializes in wedding dresses.
I went 7 times to the PRONOVIAS store in Barcelona for a dress that I picked up in August 2020 to order my dress in September 2018.
I let you see the creation of my dress after trying on the model for which, they had 2 years to prepare it, the alterations and seams are catastrophic despite my 4 more trips whereas for a dress it is 3 times. The seams do not hold besides we can see holes. 2 hours drive to get to the Pronovias Barcelona store I'll let you do the toll and diesel calculations. I made a complaint, the store manager never had the courage to call us to tell me as a professional is it normal to return a dress like this? . I had to deal with the platform at 08 ... who had Barcelona who replied that the dress was made according to the rules of the art? I do not know if he knows the terms of the rules of the Art? A shame for Pronovias. A tip to favor other shops in France which are certainly more professional in sewing than Pronovias Spain. IN ANY CASE I HAD MY DRESS TAKEN BY A COUTURIER IN FRANCE. We went to this store for my sister's wedding and bought 3 dresses: that of the bride (my sister), that of my mother and mine. My expectations were high since I thought we would have a special experience, personalized service and 100% focused attention on us 3. But it was quite the opposite, that store is the Zara for brides, a wedding and guest dresses factory and any Client who enters through the door is one more client. Eternal waiting times waiting in changing rooms with the dresses on waiting for a shop assistant to come and put the needles in our dresses. The testers are like a day of sales in Primark of the number of people there are. Uncontrolled situation, the girls in the store overflowed and the treatment by the staff was correct but I sincerely expected a more exquisite treatment. We are talking about a firm that positions itself in luxury and in the bridal sector, which is not only very competitive, but is special; we are not talking about fast fashion or the low cost sector. They even added a last minute bustle so I will need little to no alterations before my wedding day. They were very accommodating even though my family and I spoke very little Spanish.
